Ive now built two facilities with racks from Simply Racks, and they have always been top notch. They helped me with design and eductaed me on the things I needed to know to maximize my storage options. They delivered promptly, and their crews were couretous and professional. Theyve always provided great service and follow-up after the sale. I couldnt ask for more from a company.

I am absolutely Horrified by the Terrible Customer Support. I had a nice conversation with Julee on the phone one day. She sent me a quote, and I revised the quote along with some questions I sent her. She replies with NO answers to any questions and says simply they cannot help me, and are refusing my order for nearly 10,000 dollars. On what planet do you refuse a customer order like this, I have been very nice the whole time, she gives no explanation when I called her to ask why? She HUNG up on me.

Very good service. I walked in one day and got all the information I needed to measure my space. Got the quote the next day, paid and then it was at my doorstep the very same day. Purchased some additional shelves and found out this is a local, family owned business which makes me even happier. Thanks again guys.

I have ordered from here multiple times and every time has been a easy purchase. I call, place my order, and in a few hours they call back and let me know that it is ready for pick up. I will be ordering more racks for my cabinet shop again real soon.

Incredible customer service. We purchased the racking for our new warehouse from Simply Rack and they delivered and installed within the same week! We were in a bind so it was greatly appreciated, PLUS they were less than the other quotes we received. We definitely will be back and will refer our neighbors!

Had to write a quick note about our experience with Simply Rack & Warehouse Equipment, Inc. We needed a racking system in our warehouse so I googled warehouse racking. After a lot of review and phone calls, we requested a meeting with Tracy at Simply Rack. She came to assess our warehouse very shortly after our call (I think within 48 hours?) , and had a proposal to me a couple days after her visit. The proposal was thoughtful, insightful and took into consideration needs that we knew we had, and needs we didnt know we had. Tracy comes with a lot of experience which served us well. From the initial contact to the installation - we couldnt be happier with our experience with Simply Rack & Warehouse Equipment.

Extremely rude and condescending

Wow, I have been giving a lot of 5 start reviews as of late, but I want to give recognition when I receive great service. Simply Racks had a bottom line price and it was very fair... Not the cheapest in the country, but certainly good value, and located so close I was able to get the pallet racks I needed the same day and Jennifer was very knowledgable about the setup of the racks, specific even to my industry. Super friendly, no haggle just quality product at a more than fair price. Friendly and professional to boot. I purchased the racks a while back... Yesterday I got a followup email making sure that I was satisfied, and if I had any questions that they were happy to assist. In my mind that type of customer service is rare, so I decided to leave a review. Kudos!P.S. There was no solicitation for a review of any kind in the followup email, I just felt compelled to share. :-)

Customer service is #1. I have purchased racking from them on several occasions and have always been blown away by their efficiency. My orders have always been ready to load, they have me loaded and ready to go in no time at all. Rack Quality is Excellent. A+++ rating in my book.

I deal with Tracy and Ive ordered three times. Im about to order more shelving. These industrial racks that I buy from these folks are tons better than the flimsy racks I used to get. Also, they seem to cost less, take less time to set-up and they hold tons more stuff too. I love knowing about this place. Dont pick the stuff up. Pay for delivery. These shelves made the storage of my foam machines and foam powder packs so much more efficient.

Order was ready when I got there, looks to be in good shape. Looking forward to doing business with them again. Beware: Google Maps location is off by a few hundred feet north, they are just before the I-35 off ramp, not after. I missed it while I was watching for exiting traffic.

Emailed for a second quote. 10 days and no response. I call and the sales person Tracy is gone for the day. Told them I was in a hurry and I would more than likely have to go elsewhere.Dont shop here if you have a time frame and dont have time to deal with overly sensitive women.

Literally a 5 star company. Also, dont try to install yourself. Let the pros do it!

They tried to charge me more AFTER the item was shipped stating that I needed a lift gate. They should have disclosed this BEFORE I purchased everything from them. Then they refused to own up to the error. Poor customer service.
