The technicians were professional and efficient. They arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of our sprinkler system and found and repaired a leaking water line. They restored the sod over the area they had to dig up so that it looked good. They explained the operation of the control panel to me so that I can make adjustments. Will use American Irrigation again for future maintenance and repairs.

We had a pipe burst and they helped us temporarily resolve the issue late on a Friday night. They then promptly came out to fully fix the issue. Great folks!

We needed sprinkler repairs after a landscaping job left some heads and water lines damaged during removal of overgrown bushes. Not only were the repairs carried out satisfactorily, our technician Juan was also able to quickly add two drip lines to a parched area of the flower bed. Juan revised the sprinkler start time from very early in the morning to 7:00p in the evening to allow daytime warm up before running sprinklers in the winter months. Smart.

My sprinkler system was not working correctly so I called American Irrigation for help. I spoke with Krysten, explained my issues, and she was able to get me an appointment quickly by moving some assignments around. Cecilio, the technician, came out to the house right on time the enxt day. He and his partner did a very complete inspection and review of the system. They identified some sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced, and others that only needed a minor repairs. They did an excellent job, and can visually see a vast improvement in the operation of the system. I am very pleased with their work, and highly recommend American Irrigation when you need repairs.I also like their maintenance plan, twice a year they will inspect the system, make adjustments, and perform repairs if needed. This insures my irrigation system is performing properly all year long, and the investment in our landscaping is protected.

The actual work was great. Everything was done as expected. The guys were helpful in explaining some of the issues and redone as requested. However the charges could have been a little more clearer.

I needed to move two irrigation heads so I called these guys for a quote. They came out and gave me a quote to move those two heads, told me I needed to replace all of the irrigation heads and said that three of the valves needed to be replaced because they weren’t working.I can’t blame them for trying to upsell me, but none of the heads needed replacing and I had just tested all of the valves days before and knew they worked,. I just wanted them to move two heads, but I could not get them to come out and do that.I had, days before, tested all of the zones so I know that all of the irrigatioon valves had been working. Then after about three weeks I noticed that there were three zones where the grass was starting to die.I had my normal mowing guy take a look at them, because I was starting to suspect that this company somehow disabled them. Sure enough, there is a pressure adjustment built into the valve that they had turned off on three of the valves, giving the appearance that they were broken. All he had to do was turn the pressure back on.So basically, they came out and broke my system so that I would have to pay them to fix what wasn’t broken.

I replaced a 30 year old irrigation system and I have extensive landscaping. These folks were polite, on time,and very professional. They took great care in replacing the sod and not damaging my plants. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

The job was to add a new zone with 14 bubblers to our sprinkler system. The guys had to lay lines under a couple of stone walls and up and down several 4 foot high slopes. Called to get an appointment and the lady on the phone tried to say on top for the $279.00 to add a zone they would have to charge me 109 on top for a tune up even though my system is functioning correctly. I recommend no one use this company. Rip off!

Juan came out out and fixed our irrigation system damage from the freeze. His work was thorough and professional. They replaced the main valve and tested and fixed a bunch of broken rotors and pop ups. One star deduction because it took weeks for them to get out here and they are pricey, but the work was great.

Mike and his assistant arrived on time. He listened to several concerns I had about coverage and addressed them. He checked all roters and sprayheads to make sure they worked correctly. Mike patiently explained use of seasonal control on Rainbird programmer and how to program more time for roters than spray heads. I was very impressed with Mikes professionalism and knowledge.
