Outstanding!!! From our first contact to the work being completed the communication and work with Country Tyme RV Center in Georgetown was amazing. They were always available to talk with us, always answered our questions, did amazing collision damage repairs, and were incredibly friendly and personable. We felt total confidence with them, and we were indeed in great hands with Jason and the team. Country Tyme went above and beyond expectations - and then some!Out tow hitch had snapped, ending with our car in the back of our motorhome. We were traveling through from Colorado when we discovered a water leak in the RV plumbing. The leak was noticed on a Sunday and we were unable to find an RV service| repair shop opened in all of Austin.Monday morning called around to all RV repair facilities. All were too busy to look at our RV and wanted us to wait anywhere from 6 days to 5 weeks. One told us to just turn around and return to our “ home base” in Colorado.Called Country Tyme and was told to bring it right in so the problem could be diagnosed and they would advise from there. Went to the lot and was greeted by service manager who knew right away why we were there. Rick the technician came right out and looked at our pluming. He found two leaking supply lines and repaired them right away. We were there less than an hour.The staff were polite, professional and prompt. I would highly recommend CT RV for any service or repair needed. Thank you Rick and team you are life savers!

My husband and I had a great experience here. We purchased a used 5th wheel, and Teri was so nice and made the experience so easy. Ive already recommended them to a few friends, and will continue to send people their way who are looking to purchase an RV!

Their service is top notch and very reasonable ! The sign out front states that they provide prompt service and that is so true ! Many of the competitors have a 6-8 week waiting list before they could even look at our trailer. The staff is so friendly and they really worked to make sure that we got our trailer back in time for our upcoming trip.I highly recommend them ! We have used them several times.

We were toward the end of an 8000 mile trip with our 36 ft 5th wheel. Had damage to our roof and A/C unit.Called and talked to Jason. We were real tight on time. He worked with Insurance Co. Put on a new roof and A/C had us out in about 8 Days looks great all worked great on our return to Arizona.Jason did everything he said he would do and even washed it for pickup. Excellent team of help. We are very happy and would highly recommend Jason and Country Tyme

Had some A/C issues with my older class A RV. Repairs were made in a timely and cost effective manner. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Quality work at a fair price is something you dont often find when dealing with RV repairs. Highly recommended.

I want to warn whomever contemplates doing business with these people... DONT. They are extremely pushy and talk numbers immediately out of the gate which clearly shows they are money hungry. I have submitted a review to the BBB as well due to their rudeness and disrespect that I received.

I was contacted by a sales person from CT to list and sell my trailer off an add I placed on Craigslist. I gave all my info again over the phone and several emails including the bottom dollar, what I needed to get out of the deal. They knew what I needed way before I drove an hour to take our trailer over there. Once we arrived and looked over the trailer the salesperson started the sales pitch that we need to lower our asking price because they needed to make money off this deal as well. The trailer being as new as it was and the price we were asking would make the trailer a hard sale and it could possibly sit for awhile. A new dealership would have better deals including a warranty, we understood this.I understand that its a business and you are in it for the money. A good business practice would be to not tell a client that you can and will work within the boundaries they have set.

Great place. We loved the fact that they allowed us to walk around and check out the RVs without bugging us. They were very polite and answered questions when we needed them. Would definitely consider buying something from here.

I had a blowout on my RV and it just happened to be directly across the service road from their place. Jason, Santiago and the rest of the staff saw to it that I got off the highway safely and into their lot. They then called a tire road service and arranged to have a truck come bring me a new tire. During my wait, they were very cordial and did not charge me anything for their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service and if I lived near Georgetown, they would be my preferred RV Service Center.

This is the second time they helps us on our way camping! Fast service, great prices, very nice people, great customer service, caring employees. Highly recommended!! First, they fixed our travel trailer toilet and today the awning. Will come back to them every time for any repair on our trailer!

May 17, 2016_Give this group 10 stars if I could! Installed a second air conditioner on my 2005 Cardinal fifth wheel. I could not be more pleased with the attention to detail on the ac installation. 4 day estimation to install the ac...due to Country Tymes excellent communication and planning, the installation was complete and ready for pick up in 2 days. Country Tyme is the only place that will touch my unit.

Had a wonderful experience. Teri was great to work with on purchasing our first recreational vehicle. We will definitely be back for our future RV needs.

My parents and I showed up to check out some of the RV’s on the property. There was not very many. But when we first walked into the office, the lady at one of the desks was rude first off. She would not answer any of our questions, telling us that we had to speak with the sales lady. So fast forward we walk outside and walk into each campers on the property, which many of them were very nice. Someone pulled onto the lot with theirs and he was looking around, we were speaking to him. Not once did he say “come buy mine” but we asked to look at it before we left. We were speaking with the individual about floor plans, brands, and experiences. As we were walking to our vehicle the sales lady named Teri began to scold us because we spoke to the individual that was about to put his RV up for consignment, She asked him to leave as well. Teri was very rude about the situation, we came to Country Tyme RV because of the ratings, in which became untrue throughout our visit.

Sales person was nice but the owner was a jerk. We picked up our camper after 8 months on consignment (not their fault it did not sell). When we got to our destination we looked in the battery compartment because it was not holding a charge. They changed out our battery and gave us someones old battery. When we called they wanted to split the cost and give us $40.00 towards a new battery. The new battery with tax is $109. I told them no that we want a new battery since ours was from 2011. He said we could bring in the old battery and give him $40.00 and he would give us a new battery that he stocks. Owner also stated someone must have come on to the lot and took our battery. I think that if someone was going to steal our battery they would not have hooked up an old battery to the camper. I can only assume that they sold a camper close to ours and the people wanted a new battery so they exchanged it with ours. We also had several items that were damaged inside the camper. Dont trust your RV with these people unless you really dont care what happens to it.

I am not related to nor had I ever met anyone at Country Tyme prior to doing business there. That being said, i first used them to sell my 5th wheel. The camper had a roof leak which I wasn’t aware of until it was too late. My insurance company was jerking me around but after taking it to Country Tyme, Jason was able to show them the damage in person and secure coverage for the repair. Once the work was completed, he sold the unit on consignment. Having a brand new roof was a great selling point and he moved the unit quickly. This year, I purchased a 2015 Outback from Jason. The unit was purchased “as is” with an aftermarket warranty on the major appliances. The new to me unit began to leak in a couple different places once the rain set in around September. Altho the camper was bought as is and leaks were not covered under the warranty, Jason and all his staff went out of their way to identify and fix the issues. Every time I stop by, I know I will be greeted with a hug from Terri, the sales lady in the office and treated as family. In my opinion, all campers are poorly built regardless of make or model. The best decision you can make is where you buy and have your service done. I will never use anyone else.

I cant say enough good about these fellows. We lost a wheel after 5 PM in the middle of nowhere, and our road service couldnt reach a nearby repair place. The boys at Country time were right at closing time, but they not only agreed t see us, but drove out and led our limping rig down back roads to their new place 16 miles away. They took care of the new axle in record time, and even rewired the ripped out electricals in our slide. The price was reasonable, the boys were knowledgeable, skilled and extremely supportive, and obviously have a lot of history in the area. Their work has proved first rate; if you ever break down, I hope you have the fortune to be near guys like this.

Excellent customer service not only did they save me money on what they originally quoted they finished my travel trailer repairs well before the estimated completion date. I highly recommend them for anything camping you need very honest people who aren’t looking to just nickle and dime you.

A+++++++ - Outstanding company and customer service. Ok folks here is the story. During this summer we had the air conditioner begin to blow warm air. We had a summer trip planned for the Texas coast/beach that was only 7 day away. Nobody could get the trailer in to fix it - EXCEPT Country Tyme RV was able to help me and they did it in less than 12 hours! The air conditioner was under warranty and they took care of all the paperwork! Wow these guys were awesome and very easy to get to their shop off of IH-35. I spoke with Jason and he was top-notch and a great communicator. Go see these guys!!! Cory

Stopped in to look at buying a trailer. Was directed to the ones that were for sale. To shortly after being ran off by the owner driving around honking his horn on his truck to tell us they were locking the gate. Very unhelpful, would not waste my time stopping here!!!

Jason and his team are nothing short of amazing! I hit a limb on July 4th needed a new a/c and roof replacement done by July 15th for another trip. Most places would say that is impossible, but Jason busted his butt following up with my insurance to make sure they had enough time to get it done. He got it done with days to spare and did so in a way that you will not get from most RV places, he was honest and not pushy. Their prices are great and quickness is amazing! Their shop is low key and not pretentious, but their service is first class. Use them and thank me later.

I had my radiator blow up right in front of this place and I was lucky it happened here! They were soooooooo helpful trying to figure out what to do! Got the parts sent here and Wally changed it out for me! So lucky there are still good people in the world! Thanks KS to all the work there!

My rig sat on their lot from November till I moved it on June 1 to PPL. No communication from them the entire time unless I went to ask them and each time they thought I needed to reduce the price, which I did. They wouldn’t run the generator monthly, which I also had to go do and it waS not kept clean. They were Very rude yo me when I picked it up and very sarcastic about PPL. Well, long story short, it was sold in two days for $7K more than Country Tyme thought it was worth. They do not have the traffic to pull buyers in like PPL does.

Good price on a used tire

I had a woman contact me, I think her name was Anne. She saw my RV on craigslist and wanted me to bring it to Country Tyme. While it would be a lot easier to bring it to them instead of the place in New Braunfels I was looking at, she could not help but bash the competitor I was bringing my RV to. She also told me that they didnt have any sort of #s as far as the success rate for consignment, and also they did not advertise in RV Trader for consignment RVs. She saw photos of my rv that I put on craigslist (I just added the dealer stock photos) and told me that She usually doesnt take RVs on that the photos do not match the actual RV. Keep in mind, these are just stock photos, and I live down the road from them, Im assuming they would take photos and inspect the RV before they put it out anyways. Either way, it did not make me feel like this was the best place to consign my RV. Just a really bad all around feeling I got from this SPAM call. Sucks, because that would have been great for me. My advice would be to work on who you have calling people, because I would have used them, your sales person (or whatever she was) was terrible.

Have always been willing to work with me in regards to any repair work that my RV required.

They treated me right to get some things fixed in my 5th Wheel..Jason worked with me and did what he promised. Strongly recommend.

These folks are the best, Teri, Jason and crew provide a great RV shoping experience. I bought a 5th wheel from them. Right from the start Teri introduced herself, told me to walk around and holler at her if I had any question. I found that simply amazing as most other places seem to push you. During the buying experience at one point she even told me to think about it overnight, no pressure from her ever I loved it. After I decided on the unit I wanted financing was easy tho not at all connected with them, a good thing to save you interest percent. Before I arrived to pick it up they apparently fully inspected the unit, as they found a issue. I was called and told they were taking care of it with extra cost to me but needed a day or two more ( was under warranty). I was very greatful to have the unit 100% ready and wait a day or 2 more. I arrived to find a fully powered and completely operation 5th wheel.Let me tell you if you find a RV you like here, Teri, Jason and crew will give you there best. Maybe they have a smaller lot, with a older building, but who cares, Im buying the RV not the shop. I dont need to pay thousands more to have a fancy building. However good people that treat you right are hard to come by.I should mention they have a great website, mobile friendly, with a abundance of correct info and pictures on every thing they have for sale. Super easy website to search and scan for units coming and going.
