Joe Turner was the man at RV Outlet Mall that helped us find the camper we wanted. Which ended up being a Bullet Premiere made by Keystone.We initially went in to get some parts for our existing unit and Joe checked on us to make sure we were taken care of. By that time, my wife had an interest in looking at the trailers that were on the lot.I told Joe that we were there for parts only and to please not try to sell us a new Travel Trailer. He was gracious and only took us to things that we were interested in seeing. We had been dealing with a couple of issues on our old unit and I think both of us were really ready for an upgrade. What I appreciated about Joe is that he simply helped us rather than trying to sell to us. I suppose that is the best form of salesmanship anyway.As you know, RV Outlet Mall is in Texas and we live in Tennessee. Because of that we were a bit reluctant to move forward. But, Joe and the folks at RVOM were helpful and made the process of selecting and purchasing a new camper pretty easy.I would highly recommend RV Outlet Mall to you if you are looking for a new camper. If you happen to go there, ask for Joe. He will take care of you without pressure and will do his best to answer any questions you might have. Our whole experience with this dealership was comfortable. Our salesman, Paul was awesome. I do not like pushy people, period. Paul won me over quickly with his personality and struck me as just people like me. We werent sure exactly what we wanted and had only 1 specific requirement, a bathroom. Wed always thought of a pop-up being what we wanted, and he showed us several. All were very nice but didnt quite fit us, so then we moved on to lite campers. The first one is the one we wound up buying even though we did check another one too. Everything went smoothly from decision forward. We pick it up in a few days when they will install our hitch and school us on how everything works. We are excited for our first adventure in it and so thankful for Paul! Tell him I sent you!

Sales staff is great. Its nauseating to read the reviews...regarding the sales staff. Really? Its their job. Do your homework, know what you want in an RV, and realistically what to pay. The service department is what the focus should be on, and I was at first satisfied with the Service Department. My new unit had issues. Fortunately I was set up close to the dealer. It would have been better to have a mobile RV Tech. come out, but the Service Department did correct the issues in a very timely manner, which I havent experienced at other RV dealers. There are plenty of RV dealerships all along the I35 corridor.AC quit working, and the door would (seriously) not open...did not have a great opinion of Forestriver Geopro. However I was in Indiana near where the unit was made, I was able to bring the RV to them and they fixed everything. Downside? I had to stay at a hotel at my expense. I think RV buyers need to be informed and aware of the RV Service industry. Dealers are scheduling 2 -3 months for any repair, and many Dealers will not honor warranty work. You pay and then have to be reimbursed by the Manufacturer. Thats not right. Ive edited this post again. There is another issue with my Geopro. Fortunately nothing that will keep me from using the RV, but seriously, again...10 weeks out for an appointment. Those customers happy with their RV sales experience are in for a rude awakening when they need service.

Just bought a travel trailer three weeks ago and it’s already having problems that no one cares to address. We are currently stuck at a campground because the electric hitch doesn’t work. We’ve been calling RV Outlet Mall, our sales guys James and another guy named Tom, no help! They already have our money so of course. The “24 hr roadside assistance” through Route 66 is a joke. They said we had to pay out of pocket for a mobile mechanic then never called back. We’ve called twice in the past 16 hours.The auto stabilizer is also not working. There’s an error code to check wiring. $50,000, THREE WEEKS and our first time out camping!!!This isn’t the only problem. This thing has other issues.

I purchased a cable that ended up being different than what I needed. When I tried to return the cable in its original box with the receipt, I was told that no refunds are issued on electrical parts, which is understandable. Im leaving a 1 star review because of the employees demeanor when he informed of said policy. Apparently they wont let you return for store credit toward the purchase of propane.

Tom was amazing....he greeted us and showed us a pull behind camper....it was too big for my liking. So he showed me popups. He was kind, relatable, and answered all our questions. Amazing man. That part of the purchase was amazing. I out money down that day for a moderate sized popup. A few days later I found a bigger one they had..mi hadnt seen....but wanted. We had decided Id use the truck to pull it so I wasnt being limited by the pull capabilities of my jeep. I asked questions...the biggest reason for upgrading was 1 an actual walled bathroom (shown on their site video walk through) and 2 a bigger kitchen. I confirmed by phone and email the bathroom was walled. On pickup they were wrong. No one had taken the free moments time to go check. Worse was when I brought up being happy overall but disappointed in that feature the sales manager was abrasive. She said Well if you say it doesnt have walls it probably doesnt, but if that is true none of them do. They dont do custom work. Take the camper or leave it. Im not sure what you expect . She then called the rep on the speaker phone to confirm she cant get it custom made (I never asked). Then she called in their technology girl to ask who approved the videos (it wasnt even her) and demanded she get them taken down (while a good idea...she wasnt respectful in her tone). I wasnt being mean, I wasnt even angry until she came in, honestly. She asked what would make me happy so I laid out a number. She left the office and was overheard by my mother bad mouthing me to staff on the floor. 🤷 I mean...if a customer asks a question about a camper they cannot see...you are their eyes. To blindly say it has features it clearly didnt was your mistake. To bad mouth me on the floor was another. IMO Tom deserves your job title he works hard, kind, honest.....everything you lack. There was also a lack of care in preparing my camper....the Velcro in the showers is all wrong, the Velcro on the seating is absent. We fixed it ourselves. The door wont lock. The one part of the canvas pulls out a lot. But overall we do love it...we are happy...every camper will have its quirks. I just wish Id never met her and I wish more care in properly preparing my camper had been taken.

Just bought a new Rockwood 5th wheel from RV Outlet Mall. The experience couldnt have been any better. Our sales rep Missy made every step of the buying process fun and easy. We were given a fair price for our 5th wheel trade-in. Edgar made the whole finance and paper work process straight forward and David in service did a wonderful job with our make ready and operational walk-thru. One of the main reasons I went to RV Outlet Mall when thinking about a new RV was the wonderful service I had received for repairs on my previous RV over the past few years.

Sierra and Danny were wonderful people, they help us true the sale of our G19FD, thank you, but let me tell you, this place is , let me say, a lot of happy campers working there, never seen such an unhappy place, we brought in a cashiers check for the amount of owned, the finance manager, Edgar Duran or anybody at this dealership ever offered a cup of coffee, tea or a bottle of water. There is absolutely no customer service. I gave it a 2 star rating because of Sierra and Danny they deserve a 5 star rating but the overall is a -0. This place needs to improve on customer service. Also, we were offered aa extended warranty for $2700, we thought it was a kind of steep, there were no limitations written on the extended warranty, we declined it. Edgar told us they had a special on for the month of December, that was a lot less than the previous offer. There is 1 year warranty on the trailer, you will get offers right and left when the warranty is about to run out, we put that money is a special trailer fund.

Our experience with RV Outlet Mall was very positive. Missy in sales and Edgar in finance made it fun, fast, and stress-free. Missy helped us find the perfect RV for our truck and family. Mike spent a good hour showing us all the ins and outs of our RV. We know that when we go back for any type of services that they’ll take care of us.

We had a wonderful experience! Our salesman, Brad Channell, made sure he knew what we wanted/needed and was able to zero us in on the perfect house for us. At no time did we receive the high pressure/used car sales treatment from anyone. We have been living in our old travel trailer full time for over a year and were ready for something new. We had to bring along our three years old grandson, and everyone at the RV Outlet Mall was very good with him. It is definitely worth your time to stop in and see what they have to offer.

These people are thieving crooks! Do not do business with them. Management is incompetent, and staff is lazy. They told me my RV was ready to pick up, and when I showed up 30 minutes later they said wont release it because they let the staff go home. Id give 0 stars if possible. Unbelievable!The manager Arron or whoever personally admitted to me he doesnt know how to run service department. How does one not know how to run the departments which they claim to manage?

We purchased our Evoke travel trailer 3 weeks ago and we still are waiting to pick it up. Apparently they found a leak that needed to be fixed. Now, Im glad they found out about this leak and are fixing it, thats not the problem. The problem is that they found out about this before we went in to sign the paper work and they never called us to let us know. We live an hour and a half away and my husband and I headed over there expecting to take home our Evoke. They should have called us to tell us this ahead of time so we could have scheduled another time to come in. Then when we did get there we waiting 2 hours before signing the papers but our appointment was scheduled for 11. Now since then we have been contacting them to get a status update with promises of someone contacting us and keeping us updated. That never happened! We were told it was going to be a quick fix and like I said here we are 3 weeks later and we still are waiting. My husband and I feel like they pushed and pushed to get us into an RV, but then failed to care about the rest of the process once the paperwork was signed! We give them a 2 star because the sales guy James was extremely helpful and great as well at the loan guy Edgar. However, this has been very frustrating and has even ruined our mini vacation that were planning to take before our baby is born. In our opinion we would not recommend this place.

No breathing down my neck to buy extras and warranties, etc... They seem to have reasonable prices and a good selection.I wish they had cleaned and detailed my new pop up camper a little better before I picked it up, but that’s not a big deal.I’d buy from them again.

Christian was very helpful with me in finding what I might need for various projects on my trailer. I am from Elgin so its about 110 miles round-trip. So I make it a worthwhile endeavor. Also around 4 months ago I purchased a hot waterheater and had to call a couple of times about the installation and they walked me through the details.

We bought a new bullet from them a year ago. I brought it back for some service. When I come to get it the connection between the battery and switch would not tighten up. Their service manager worked on then told me that is not the connection that came from the factory and I must have changed it. Pretty much calling me a liar without saying the word liar so I got the general manager involved and he pretty much backed service manager I think a one star is to much

Exceedingly Helpful.

The service department has continually been subpar. They have missed propane leaks after being paid for a full systems check, they have failed to find water leaks after being told specifically where they are (they finally found it after I demanded that they actually test the bathroom fixtures), and they failed to perform a state inspection after being specifically asked to do so. This dealership has wasted my time and I will never return.

This was a very good experience, almost better than when I bought my new truck. Every one was as helpful as they could be. I said this is what I want and Loyd quickly took us to the size RV we wanted to see. After looking at a few more we told him that we had decided on one and within a few hours we had a new RV.

Susan (Sarge, I call her) and the team in the parts and service department keep you informed and deliver what you need and what is promised. Do not buy here. We bought a brand new fifth wheel and used it three times over weekends. In less than a yr we have paneling falling off over the bed and the bottoms of cabinets dropping out. Wiring came loose on the slide out so we could not open it. The ac failed to cool the unit and the toilet leaked. We called our salesman and he said he would meet us the following Monday to discuss options. We showed up and were told he was off (after making a 2 hr trip). Nobody else knew anything. Let it for warranty repairs and were told less than yr old unit had roof issues. All told the warranty paid a little over $100 for $600 repairs. They claim ac is fine so no repairs there. Came to pick it up and RV Outlet Mall let the battery go dead. Never buy from them again.

Sales person, Brooke was amazing. She was patient and answered all of our questions. Edgar in financing was so helpful and really went out of his way to make the financing stress free. Denny did an awesome job with the walk through of how to operate the systems, especially the self leveling, and answered our questions and making sure we had what was needed.My only problem is that the trailer did not feel prepped to be given to us. It had adhesive glue on the table and the front of the trailer, and around the door. The cabinet over the table had a hinge not attached and almost broke the other hinge when we opened it.Over all we have a great trailer, and we will recommend RV Outlet mall to others, but the prep needs to be worked on..

They have a very good selection of beautiful RVs, and their little store had everything we were looking for. However, when we decided to look into upgrading our current RV this place failed. I regret filling out the paperwork, it was all for nothing. We got approved, yet a deal was not made. Yes, we haggled on the price, we have every right to do that. This isnt our first RV purchase. When we tried to negotiate the price, they were extremely rude and hung up on us. We havent heard back, this was a week ago. So you have a customer, who is approved for financing, has a great trade to offer...yet there is absolutely no follow up...not from our salesperson nor the finance guy. We do not have any kind of incentive to return (thanks to poor treatment,) unfortunately including the service department. We are taking our business to Explore USA. They want our business, and they are willing to work for it. There are plenty of RV dealerships out there who know how to close their deals.
