I had been a customer from Kent Moore for over 10 years and bought 2 packages and miscellaneous items over the years. But now, hopefully in my final home-- the experience has been a nightmare. I have had issues with miss representation from the salesman, delayed install dates requiring me to lose vacation time and then no followup after the install. Soft close drawers falling off, covering up plugs, 6 cabinet at end of island instead of 18-24 as discussed with the salesman, but here is the kicker. On Friday 8/13/21-- we gave them one more chance to make it right. We had a time scheduled with all cabinetry empty for the touch-up guys(2 supposedly) to come in and make all the corrections. Instead, the ONE repair guy shows up at 4:15 and states he has 45 minutes to go through a 30,000+ cabinet package and make the corrections. Well as you can imagine he could not even begin to do the job correctly before going home!!!! Be very careful for what they commit-- After years of references and previous purchases-- I would never recommend them again. I am attaching a small sampling of the photos.

I had cabinet hardware installed and the gentleman who did it accidentally drilled a hole in the wrong location. Jetson with Kent Moore Cabinets came to fix the hole and did an amazing job. It was a quick process and you would never know it happened. Thank you Kent Moore for your quick appt scheduling and your professional highly experienced technician!
