I put a $1000 deposit down on a 2009 War Eagle 754ldsv with a 50hp Yamaha around 11am on Monday 6/14/15. When putting the deposit down I explained I was on vacation and looking for a boat to take the kids out in the marsh to fish and play on.I offered to take it on the spot on Monday but Bruce said there was a fuel issue and wanted to make sure it was in good shape before I got it.At 4pm on Tuesday 6/15/15 i got a call from Bruce stating he had been trying to call me all day but hadnt had a chance and that he could no longer sell me the boat because Brent had already promised it to someone.So here I am with a written purchase agreement and now cant buy the boat. This is bad business.If Bruce had any courage or understanding of customer service he would have made time to call me as soon as Brent told him what was going on.Tailwalker marine just left me hanging and has made no offer to make things right. I explained to Bruce when I showed up on Monday that time was important. Had Tailwalker had their act together and been straight up I would have moved on on Monday and bought a boat somewhere else.If you want to deal with a boat dealer that cares about doing the right thing then go somewhere else.Brent told me point blank that the other buyer did not have a written agreement or put down a deposit.

Slow to get title. I felt if you pay cash you leave with title. Unable to apply for temporary or permanent registration in my state without it. I got the boat but have been unable to use. More than four weeks still no title Ughhh. Find another dealer! I would give it a negative five if available.
