Mike is my hero! I’m not sure what his position is within the store but at no time do I come into the store and I do not feel as though I’m talking to a friend or someone who gives great advice. His smile and great personality enhances your shopping experience and makes it fun. In a year I’ve spent maybe 2k in bath and body works (yes I know it’s an addiction) but he makes it fun and so work that it! Huge shout out to Selena and Garret for always smiling and having a good laugh when we enter the store. They are super awesome and Kudos to them!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff!I feel like everyone was attentive, eager to help and I couldn’t be happier with my last visit.The store was very organized, clean and cute displays. I think the person’s name was Mike who helped me get 3 candles, He was so friendly☺️☺️☺️ I definitely will be shopping more at this location!!!

Staff was super nice and not pushy. I wish the store had more items on sale which was my entire reasoning for not ordering online as there is not a bath and body works in Bastrop Tx. It would be a lot easier if their signs for items on sale were displayed better and ensure that all sale items show they are on sale. I did end up spending a lot of money, was surprised I didnt receive a coupon for next my order.

Friendly and helpful employees along with a plethora of great candles

Visited this location and was greeted by a welcoming sales associate! She spoke to me as though we were having a casual conversation while letting me know about what they had going on instead of feeling forced to tell me about all the promos. The store wasnt that busy at the time that I visited, but I was impressed with how nice and in order their location was. I was there for something specific and didnt have time to look around at everything, but I would definitely visit again when I had more time to browse.

The very helpful staff helped me find exactly what my granddaughter requested.

Oh my gosh wow. I’ve worked in Wolf Ranch for a year now and and hadn’t gone into B&BW until today! I was looking for A candle, just one off a lots of ones from a tiktok I saw and was just looking when I was asked by Mackenzie (I hope I spelled that right it looked a little on your name tag sorry if it’s wrong!) if I needed help with anything and then she spent the next 30 minutes and helped me find something else when we could find what I wanted! I went in for ONE candle and walked out and 2 men’s body sprays, 1 men’s body wash, 1 woman’s body spray, 1 body scrub AND 1 candle! Mackenzie is magic, she sprayed all the scents for me, helped me figure out which ones I liked and didn’t, shower me her personal favorites (which I bought one of!) honestly if Mackenzie is seasonal high KEEP HER! ILL BE BACK! :D

I love the hand sanitizers from bath and body. I just wish they were bigger.Plus they had an online exclusive of a scent I wanted but it was more in shipping than the product itself.

If you havent been to Bath and Body Works recently, take a moment to stop by and use those coupons for some great deals. The store is newly remodeled and looks amazing! What a cozy and comfortable atmosphere to unwind and enjoy sampling the new Fall scents.

I went to BBW in Killeen mall for hand sanitizers, they only had pumpkin this and pumpkin that.Not a big fan of pumpkin but I defintely needed them so I bought 5.I get alot of comments on the scents.

We always get our soap needs meet here but recently ended up going for the candles. We were st the Yankee candle store and it was closing down. The employees suggested Bath and Body which was close so we checked it out. WOW! The candles are pricey but have the most amazing smells that fill a large room. We have had a hard time finding candles that would do that. Find my new candle store!

You need to hire more help or make sure there is ample employees because there were not—I lost the opportunity to buy the lotion I really wanted. Stopped in three days in a row attempting to buy my favorite lotions in your sale. Two days in a row lines all the way around the store with one employee is ridiculous! I had to leave each time to go to work two days in a row. Finally today the third day coming two hours early I was able to buy a couple lotions but not the ones I wanted they’re gone! Very bad experience ever!

Nice place to shop for all your fragrance needs and I really enjoy just going in there and getting hit with a rainbow of wonderful scents.
