Tire discounters was great to work with. They gave me all the options in price and tread patterns that were similar to my other tires and made suggestions. I have to say that it was probably the easiest experience I have had getting tires in the longest time. Tire discounters will have all of my business which could be a lot with five vehicles in the family.

Traveling on vacation from Missouri to Kentucky to visit the Ark and Creation museum. 10 miles from hotel after a 7 hour drive got a flat tire. Was able to pull over and put the spare on. Called around and other tire shops had hours of wait but Tire discounters welcomed us in. After 25 minutes we were on our way. Thank you to this fabulous crew of workers! Best tire shop around. To clear things up the star is just so I can leave a review this company does not get a start from me because the home of the free alignment means they dont do the alignment they mess up your car and then they wont fix your car they make you pay for getting your car fixed for their mess ups. So people beware when you get your car done up at tire discount and you get new tires and they say they did alignment just be aware go take it somewhere else I mean yeah you might have to pay a little bit to get the alignment done but just to get them to verify there is an alignment on it.Well they said theyre not going to fix there mistake even though its because of them I lost my job and and now have to pay almost 5000.00 to get fixed now

Hats off to this tire shop. Very nice folks, and had an issue with taking a while due to the tire not being there because of computer error. They made good on it and helped me out to make up for it.

I had 4 new tires put on 2 weeks ago @ TD. They did a good job, but it was VERY slow. I went on vacation that week and 1 tire constantly needed more air. I returned today to have them look at it. They replaced the valve stem - said it was rotted. (I think they should have seen it originally.) Then the guy who fixed my tire got in my car and moved it out of the garage without washing his hands and got my door handle & steering wheel covered with dirt from my tire and whatever he had been working on prior to my car.TD does good work & sells good tires at a good price, but their speed of service & attention to details is lacking.

Alas, there I was, alone and dare I say, afraid, of the squeaky beast beneath the hood of my car. I could not drive without drawing unwanted attention of on lookers as I squeaked along the road. With shaking hands, I call Tire Discounters and they say to come in and they will take a look, when no one else dared. I arrive and within 15 minutes, they wrangle it in the bay. Reluctantly, I rise when they call my name and they say, Twas a loose belt. Victory is mine for they have slayed the squeaky beast within! I leap out the door with joy and am on my merry way, giving thanks as I leave. Thank you again for your timely service and for assisting in my quest!

Tire discounters in Georgetown is amazing! Out tire wouldn’t hold air at all. I filled it up enough to get to Walmart and they wouldn’t help me. It only needed a valve stem on it. Walmart hours are 7a-7p and I arrived at 6:10 pm. They were sweeping and the manager said he couldn’t help us because all of his technicians were done for the day. Unbelievable. We took it to tire discounters and the not only changed the stem, they checked and filled all tires and charge us NOTHING!! Amazing people gave amazing service.

Pricing was ok. Time for service was fine. They generally give veterans a 10 percent discount, I told them Im a veteran when service started and was told they would apply the discount but they did not. I realized the lack of discount when I got my receipt and the overworked person who rang me up assured me he would apply the discount as a refund to my card, but that did not happen.

Cody and Jeff have been honest and fair about our tire needs and related service our vehicles have needed. The work their crew has done is on-track and when we have had questions, Cody and Jeff have always listened to our concerns and given us honest advice and service. We’ve had 5 sets of tires including 1 set of wheels installed on 4 vehicles at this store. Also wheel bearings, ball joints, and other services when needed. Thanks Cody and Jeff!

I love Tire Discounters of Georgetown Kentucky. I used to live in Georgetown but moved about 8 years ago. I tried the stores nearer to me, but was never completely satisfied with the service. The connection wasnt there and I discovered that they often told me questionable stuff, things I knew couldnt be true. I have been driving back to Georgetown for my service and purchases for years now. The staff there are so courteous and honest. Its a totally different atmosphere from the other stores I tried. I call this store, my Tire Discounters store.

I’ve always had a great experience, with tremendous service and excellent products. The staff has always treated me great, they are prompt. The place is always busy, but that is a good sign to me, that tells me lots of customers want to go there. Stephen and Corey the GM are true professionals and are great to work with. They even fixed a problem for free that another business made a mistake on. This is a great place for service.

Employees at the front counter are nice and seem to enjoy helping people.

As always they took care of everything in a timely and affordable manor. I do recommend using the chat feature on the website for making an appointment because you can go on and have them log the work that needs to be done. Dropped by car off at 11 am and picked it up at 2:15. Service done: AC, oil change, wipers, tire rotation, and an overall checkup. AC is working great now! Thank you! 🥵 to 🥶=🤩

First, be it known that I called days before to set an appointment at Tire Discounters of Georgetown. Why would I set an appointment? Well, first of all, my time is very important to me and has value to me and others. When I set an appointment, I Expect To Be given much more prompt service than if I just walk in off the street. Otherwise, why make an appointment?!? Now- I drive over a half hour from my home to this Georgetown Tire Discounters store, arriving ON TIME for my appointment. Getting to the counter, I tell the man behind the counter the problem I have with a tire I had bought From Them earlier. He goes and looks at the tire on my truck, then tells me it will be At Least an hour and a half before he can get to me. I said , “But I made an appointment to prevent this from happening!” He said they are covered up and cannot get to me sooner. I told him “So what’s the purpose of even having an appointment then?!!” He didn’t answer my question. So I made a decision at that point to NEVER enter that business again in my life! Even if they gave me FREE tires I would NOT go back. I not only wasted my time going there, but also the gas to drive an hour round trip. My truck get low mpg and I list that a loss too. They may be popular but they have NO RESPECT for their repeat customers or anyone else for that matter. My advice - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- where you are given respect for an appointment and NEVER expected to wait over an hour and a half for service!!

Five stars? Only five stars?! There arent enough stars for this kind of service. Very patient with a mature tech challenged woman. Called and offered pick up and drop off service which I gladly accepted. Good price on tires and excellent service. I didnt know service like this existed these days! Thank you! To replace a tire was to be 30 to 45 minutes. At or about 45 minute mark I saw my car with no one around it. The sales rep came in shortly after to tell another customer about his car, I asked about mine. He said he was looking for someone to back it out. He backed it out. When I got home the spare was not put up. Not going back. By the way, they did get my car in very quickly in the beginning.

These guys always take great care of us! They’re very professional and polite. If you need tires, an oil change, whatever... I highly recommend the Georgetown, KY Tire Discounters team.

Extremely long wait time just for rotate tires and oil change, over four hours. Then i got charged for an alignment when i bought the tires there. Turns out the commercial doesnt say the fine print if you bought them over a year ago the alignment isnt free. Apparently if you.losten real close they say it on the commercial(they dont).

I had a flat tire on I-75 about 4pm. I was able to get someone out to help with spare but it took awhile. I called the store to let them know I’ll be heading that way. It wasn’t until 630 that I got there but they kept a bay open for me. They had me in and out within 20 minutes. How awesome! Thank you

Great experience, and they are absolutely wonderful. I had a TPS sensor go out after a new tire install. They pulled it in and swapped it out in 20 min. I went to pay and they said not to worry about it. Prior to that I thought I might need an alignment and they pulled in on the rack and said they would only charge me if it actually needed one. Very honest group of guys.

Fantastic experience at this location! A bolt punctured my tire a little after 6 pm, and Tire Discounters was the only place open. They were busy (And getting ready to close), but still got me in and out in no time! I am sorry I did not get the gentlemans name, but he was fantastic, didnt complain, and was so nice! On a side note, I am a cancer patient, and have been going through a lot lately, and unbeknownst to him, the gentleman put some sunshine in my day with his kindness! I will definitely be back to this location for any future needs. Thank you!

I had such a great experience today at Tire Discounters in Georgetown, KY that I had to write a quick review.I arrived with a simple tire move from one wheel to another. There were a TON of people there. However, the guys at the counter was moving people through the system and the wait time was almost negligible given the number of people.They quickly took my wheel and tire back. I was certain that it was going to be a while so I headed back home. Much to my surprise they called less than an hour later. I ran back over. I expected to see the same group waiting and mad at me for getting to go to the front of the line. That was not the case. There was nearly nobody waiting. They had just keep the process moving and made people happy quickly.I am a super satisfied customer today and will 100% use them myself and recommend them to anybody that asks!Thanks for the fast and quality work!!!!

They do good work, but usually take longer to get your car in than they say even with an appointment.

Called in for an appointment for the next day and was told to just come in and Ill be taken care of. Next day I come in and they ask why didnt I make an appointment, itll be a 2+ hours wait.

After receiving some extra Christmas money, I went yesterday to Tire Discounters to get 2 new tires for my vehicle. I commute back and forth to college so getting new tires were a necessity. I got two new tires from Tire Discounters for a decent price. I paid 250$ for the cheapest A/S tire I could find, so that really wasn’t horrible and that’s not really why my review is only 2 stars. The associates kept pushing sales on me even though I had ran a quote online. I understand they are trying to make more money, but just because I am young doesn’t really mean I’m stupid too. Upon changing my tire, they told me that I would need a ball joint replaced. They quoted me $501 for both the ball joint and an alignment..... $501 FOR AN $80 PART??????? Luckily, I was able to find another place that could replace my ball joint and do the alignment for cheaper than my actual tires. I will not be using Tire Discounters anymore.

We were passing through on our first family road trip with 5-month-old twins when we got a flat tire. Joey and the rest of the guys were so friendly and accommodating. They got us in right away and back on the road in no time. They even changed the tire outside their garage with floor jacks so we could keep the babies in the car. I took the Church Van in for suspected tire damage. The staff there were very friendly and eager to diagnose the problems. After checking the tires, the service manager just looked at me and said “Get out of here, you’re good to go, no charge”. About 45 minutes were spent checking out the tires, eventually removing a piece of metal from one tire. Very Community conscious

I like this place. Ive had my truck serviced here twice since moving to Georgetown. They dont try to sell you something you dont need and the service is excellent.

Traveling thru area, had road damaged tire and wheel. The folks here could not have been more helpful and kind. They didnt have the unusual wheel I needed and went out of their way to help me locate one and get me on my way as quickly as possible. Kudos to the team :)

I came here to buy a new battery for my mower after calling ahead to verify they had what I needed. At the store, the red-bearded man at the counter asked me my first and last name, phone number, and finally my address, which I declined to give. He apparently thought was funny and shook his head. He could provide no reason for needing this information other than to have it for the file. Giving them my personal information to such an extent is certainly unnecessary for a simple purchase like this, and I felt it was rude of him to laugh at me. Otherwise, the purchase was fine. I hope they can learn to be a bit less judgemental.

We have been to other repair shops that try to upsell and it is nice to find a team that is honest about the problem and solution. We are very grateful for their work! Had to get 3 new tires for my sons new car. Cody was excellent to deal with and the price was reasonable.

Store has changed since I first started going there. The last time I was quoted $1200 worth of work that needed to be done to my car. One item of which was in regards to the steering components. I drive a truck for a living. I know a little about maintenance. I took my car to the shop at my work and they couldnt find anything wrong.My daughter just went there 1/04/18. They told her the coolant was bone dry and the battery in her car needed replacing it was only at 10%. She doesnt have a lot of money for repairs. Left there checked the coolant it was fine (nowhere on the receipt was a charge for coolant. So was it ok and just lied to or was there none and just real nice?) Took the car to get the battery checked. Operating at 100% no problems with the alternator either. Dont believe we will be doing business here anymore.

Communication was great, but when a customer asks you to hand torque instead of using an impact, please do as they ask. We shouldn’t have to practically stand on the torque bar to get the lug nuts lose after having tires installed.

Excellent customer service in at 6 p.m. out at 6:45 p.m. definately going back for future tire needs, and had my tires in stock.

Fast friendly and affordable

I cant say enough good things about Cody and this store. I have had some bad experiences at other TD stores in Lexington, but this store is outstanding. I have had at least 4 full sets of tires put on here, and also an entire front end rebuilt when I was in a pinch. They always go out of their way to make sure I get what I need and my vehicles are safe. They have never suggested anything I didnt need and are always willing to show me the problem then offer options to fix them. Honest, trustworthy, and just good people.

Only reason for 4 stars is they didnt have a lot of options for the size of my tires. Would recommend and will return.

Tire Discounters will always be mine and my husbands go-to auto shop. They have taken amazing care of us many times over. Even at different locations. But, this one in particular switched my husbands wheels and tires free of charge, and then took care of me when I got a screw in my tire. Its businesses like this that will always get our repeat business just because of how much they care about your safety and well being.
