I am from Toledo ohio My car broke down on the way back from a family vacation They put engine in my van I was driving the Van I broke down In Finlay Just 2 hours when I got it off their lot They would not help me out When I called management there they hung up the phone on me Would not help me out On top of a $5000 I gave them it cost me another $500 out of my pocket I try. And a bad thing is Im on sosecurity disability calling The dealership and talk to the people in charge Nobody will return my call Im a good person we dont treat people like that where Im from dont ever buy a car from them people they will rip you off
Human error will also exist, but it’s a lot better than sacrificing our jobs for to the machines; automation is taking over. The people who work here are fantastic and their attitudes are beyond reproach. Very customer-centric dealership.
Received oil change. Oil plug was not tightened enough. After I got home I noticed some oil but just figured it was some drip left from the oil change. Then I noticed it the next day and oil was still dripping.
