Auto Pros is a great place to go for any of your mechanical needs. Our car was broke down for 3 weeks, which is a Chevy Malibu. We had a Chevy mechanic look at it 3 different times. Each time we were told it was something different and had it fixed by this Chevy mechanic all 3 times. Only to find out certain things were done to our car such as wires cut and taped, alternator hooked up wrong etc.. took our car to auto pros explained our situation as well as our financial situation. They never turned us away they never were rude to us, etc.. they were nothing but the most nicest. Reliable, and best mechanic we have ever been too. The cost was a huge fraction then we thought it would be. We will always go to them for any kind of repairs we may need in the future. We have never had such a great experience with a mechanic shop as we have with Auto Pros.. If you are going to buy a used car one of the many concerns is the reputation of the car dealer. Auto Pros not only does what they say they are going to do they do more. My daughter recently bought a car from Chris. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. It was a holiday weekend and the car needed new tires, which is to be expected when buying a used car. He made an appointment for her to come back after the holiday. They replaced the tires, brakes and did her inspection too. Auto Pros stocks quality used cars and I definitely recommend them for your next user car purchase. Auto Pros deserve their 5 star review rating they earned them with me.

I came down to Delaware for the holiday weekend and was about to leave Tuesday night and my car wouldnt start. I called Auto Pros first thing Wednesday morning and Ed, the owner, was overly accommodating, he said he would get it checked out in a day, no problem! I called AAA to have it towed and my car was ready that evening for pick-up. They replaced the battery and also did an entire safety check to make sure everything else was running great. This is THE place to go if you have any type of car trouble in Delaware!

I was figuring on spending 2 or 3 hundred on rear brakes, an oil change, and a mysterious harmonic vibration. They said I didn’t need brakes and fixed the harmonic vibration with a heat shield clamp. Cost: $42.

I took my car here after seeing the excellent rating they already had; I needed to have tires mounted and balanced, and an oil change. I had an appointment at 2 pm and they took me right in. By 3:30, I was on my way. Before I left, Ed (the owner) came over to my car and thanked me for my business! Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

There vehicles they have on their lot are doctored up so he can make a quick buck. Ed yelled and was very unprofessional because I didn’t end up liking the truck that he had in the shop because there were so many things wrong. But I still decided to stay for a little and look at other vehicles on his lot when I could put my hand through the frame of a Dodge and see straight through a bed from so much rust and he told me he put quality stuff on his lot I decided to walk away and go to a real dealer. I got approved with better rates on the more expensive truck with less money down I do not recommend Autopros

I needed tires and an alternator for my F-150, they found a leaking seal and a suggested some very reasonable repairs, oil change and radiator flush. They explained why the tire had worn unevenly, that a lower ball joint was bad. I was bracing for a huge bill but was very nicely surprised the bill was half what I thought it would be. I love this place, I have brought my wifes and daughters cares here and always had first rate service. Two thumbs up!

Auto Pros installed a new battery a bit over a year ago. Recently, our car was failing to turn over when attempting to start it. Thinking that it was a failing battery, we took the car back to Auto Pros. They determined that the battery was good, but there was a faulty ground wire. They not only took the time to carefully explain everything, but they then corrected the problem. Out of a concern for the longevity of the battery, they contacted the manufacturer who then issued a replacement. This was all done at no charge to us. I believe Auto Pros not only has a concern for their customers, but they also show genuine integrity in their dealings.Thank you guys.

After talking with 5 (rather sketchy) garages, I finally found Auto Pros who took on a very labor-intensive job (8-hrs) on my vehicle. This place really cares about their customers. Imagine that - something unheard of these days. Auto Pros is a little far for me to travel. However, that doesnt really matter as I will drive the distance to have work done by an experienced, competent staff. I plan to buy another used car this Spring/Summer. Auto Pros is where Ill go as I know they will stand behind whatever vehicle they sell me. IMPRESSIVE !!!

Let me say I couldnt be happier. Not only did they beat their own quote when I went to pick up my car, they beat Honda dealer price by 525 dollars. That is a big cost savings. Plus they didnt try to push any other service on me. My car was showing it was past due for an oil change by 2300 miles. I put synthetic oil in it and can go at least 5000 past what the cars idiot light suggest.

The car inspection is included in total price and I didnt even need to go the DMV, the plates are sent straight to Auto Pros who put the plates on for me.
