Great place but I m sad they got rid of their prank things and its all candy now but they have great employees and lots of candy.

Wedding Gifts and Treats!Thank you Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for providing wedding treats to our daughters backyard wedding! The treats we put in the gift bags were perfect for the members of the wedding party! The party LOVED them! And the plate of chocolate goodies you put together for the reception was a HUGE hit! I received 3 boxes of chocolates for Christmas and every chocolate in every box including English toffee, and 2 assorted Caramel boxes were STALE!!!! Like sooooo stale... not even sellable and my friend paid a lot of money to get them shipped to me for xmas. Super disappointed and will NOT be recommending this company in future. Thanks but no thanks throw your stale cholocates out and make them fresh for the price you charge.

Best Chocolates and Caramel Apples in the area! I buy the caramel apples for gifts and they are always a hit. Lisa packages and ships out quickly. Service is fantastic-- Highly recommend!

Our candy maker abruptly canceled our order 7 days before the wedding. Frantically, searching for a replacement I found Lisa at this store. Folks she is the most sincere vendor I have ever dealt with. She made our whole spread and let me tell you all our guests couldn’t stop talking about our sweet table. We were also surprised because for the amount we ordered the quality and the attention to detail the price was very reasonable. Lisa actually called me several times in that week to show me pictures of our order and if we liked the bows she placed on our apples. We felt like we had our very own family member who was a candy maker.If you’re in a bind call Lisa you’ll thank me later.

Better then the grocery store but not as good as a local chocolatier. Standard franchise offerings. consistent but missing that extra step of flavor and detail you get at an independent shop. (In their defense there are a couple widely recognized chocolatiers in town.)
