Brought my car in for an alignment, rotation and oil change. Bret helped me out and got the appointment scheduled same day I called. I was in and out in about 2hrs and they even had to put extra effort in to unfreeze rusted parts to get the alignment done. Bret is very friendly and goes above and beyond to explain everything and very cost conscious when recommending anything additional if needed. Where do I start... I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for just a tire rotation, and once the automated voice recording transferred over to Brets voice I could not even tell the difference. This man had the voice of a radio host mixed with some sort of God lol. He was friendly and got me all set up for my appointment today.Upon arriving I walked in and immediately felt welcomed and taken care of due to Brets great customer service. Due to Covid their Mavis location was taking on other locations bookings so I was asked if I could reschedule, but when I expressed that I couldnt Bret let me know that they would make it work and not to worry about. So today I came in after having a bad experience with discount tire and decided to give this location a shot. Bret helped me out with an affordable price and respected my input. The only thing I can say is the speed wish it could be a little faster but you cant rush perfection and you you have to respect the attention to detail that they have when they take the time to work on your car. I was immediately greeted with a friendly and professional welcome, I explained my issues and they clearly explained the process they would be taking to ensure they fix everything properly. I mentioned I also had a time crunch, and they didn’t flinch and moved quickly to assess and fix. After the initial inspection, they revealed several issues and continued to explain how we were going to fix it. They moved quickly and for me out the door in time to pick up my kid from school. Walked in without an appointment. Had two tires with slow leaks on my daughter’s car. They took the car right in and checked it out. Was expecting to replace at least the two tires if not all four. They found the source of the leak which was an easy and very inexpensive fix! Said there was plenty of miles still left on the tires...no attempt to sell something that wasn’t needed. Appreciate the honest as well as the quick service. Will certainly be back!
