Will not be going back there since I had to mask up, even though I had the vaccination for Covid with my card to show. I have shopped at Walmart, Menards, At Home, Hobby Lobby, Best Buy ,Petsmart, and several other stores with no mask, no problem. The ones that have not been vaccinated need to mask up!!! I will get on with my life after waiting over a year. They just lost a good customer. Maybe they should rethink their policy!!!

A great place to find a good deal for gifts, home decoration, furniture, and kitchen equipment. I think this location have more option than downtown chicago.

This is my favorite store at geneva commons. I always find great things for my house, plus it is fun shopping there with so many items. I also buy many items I wasnt looking for but thats the fun of shopping. Prices beat department stores.🎃

This was my very first time in a Home Goods, and I have but one recommendation: invest in larger carts. Huge. Because, between throw pillows and framed art work, lamps and everything in between, you will find what you are looking for when shopping at this location. Very clean, and a wonderful staff. I really enjoyed my experience all around.

This place is always great to shop in. My bestie and I were out just looking, but found something that was irresistible. This shop is nice and clean, as well. The sales associates were kind and gave the place a sense of home.

Worst experience ever at a Home Goods. I was there yesterday morning and that will be the last time at this location. Its hard to social distance when the aisles are narrow but that wasnt an issue until you go by the coffee mug section. You have your crazy Rae Dunn middle aged woman clearing all the shelves and not moving or letting anyone else go through. Its bad enough that they are allowed to hoard everything but they dont let anyone else get by or even see anything at a SAFE DISTANCE. I patiently waited for them to move and nothing. I left to go check out other things and half hour later, they are still there blocking the area, carts full and just standing by taking pictures while continuing to pick at the shelves. I asked an associate if she could ask them to move and the associate did nothing!!! I gave up and continued to look around. Finally when I checked out there was another fiasco. This poor girl who was at another check out lane had paid for her items and somehow her items were given to one of the Rae Dunn fanatics. How does that happen?!? You then see the associates run outside to confront this woman because one of their own staff gave them someone elses items. I did not stay long enough to see what happened but I saw the woman outside, and she was claiming everything was hers. The whole thing was just ridiculous!!! Im sure this is an issue at other locations, but really, I dont understand why managers/corporate let this kind of thing happen. It ruins the experience for all shoppers. I understand that it is all about making $$$, but still.

One of my favorite stores to wander around and catch some really great, unique finds! One issue I have is they often sell broken items on clearance. Seems odd to me as I would have no use for a broken item but maybe someone can use it.

One stop shop for beautiful home decor at a great price! Right now they have fall, Halloween, and Christmas decorationsin stock

You can find some really nice things here, at good prices. Staff is helpful. Be warned though, place is crowded on weekends. When you mix crowded narrow isles, with just about everyone pushing a cart, and bargain hunters racing from item to item... well, its like a bunch of mice in a maze crawling over each other to get the cheese.

Home Goods is my favorite store to shop for just about any item for your Home smaller then a sofa. They even sell chairs & other small furniture along with large area rugs, lamps, all your kitchen needs, bathroom & bedroom needs, dog and cat needs (except food). To much to list. They add more items daily. The staff is helpful and friendly. Love it! Leave a lot of time if youre going to shop there theres so much to see youll want to spend a long time there. I love it!

The usual Home Goods treasure hunt experience. When you find something you like youre sure to score a bargain price. Neat, well organized store. Friendly staff.

Terrible management. Karen and Chad should not be allowed to work with people. They are rude, condescending and discriminate against customers. Visit the Wheaton or Algonquin stores if you want to be treated with any respect.

I think the people that work in the store are extremely friendly, the store is always well kept. My only complaint with HomeGoods is it seems that all of the products come from China. However this does not reflect on the individual store

Most of the furniture is poorly made. It just looks nice. Prices in basics like shower curtains were excellent. Not a lot of choice though.

I love all the stuff this store has, but I can barely ever navigate in this store. The isles are so small that two people cant really look at the same time. Then I get so stressed that Ill bump and break something. I find myself backtracking because people block the isle (which is not hard to do). Its also hard to look at things because they pack it in on the shelves, and again, Im scared of breaking something. However, they have great decor items and gift items.

Update: I don’t even know why I continue to go back to this store. The people who work there are rude and the short man with the long blonde hair and glasses that works in the back is a straight up A-hole! If he even sees I’m in the store he will remove items he knows I want from the carts in the back and won’t bring them out! Today was my final straw. Every other store I go to is helpful and seems to want my money. Awesome customer service guys!!!! 👏🏼👎🏼If you collect Rae Dunn, dont shop here! They dont follow any of the cooperate rules and the staff will purposely not put out merchandise if they know you are in the store. Why wouldnt they want my money???? I know, I cant explain it either. Wish I didnt have to travel far to another homegoods so I can keep collecting.

They have a relent gourmet section with gadgets galore + stainless steel cookware. I buy my towels + bedding there. All name brand items at discount prices. If you are looking for unique decorating items You Will Be In Decorating Heaven! Mirrors, globes, Chinese Garden Stools,and lamps for every room in your house! It is not a TJ MaxEnvironment! No clothes, but they do have a lovely collection of soaps + bath products. If you are looking 4 a Perfect Rug for your home, look no further.On my last visit I purchased a11×12 Pure Wool Rug!! It is Beautiful. Yes you can find your8/10 Polypropylene Rug there also. All marked down at discount prices, not because of flaws, but because of overflow.Although I must admit I got asleek wooden coffee table w a small Nick on the side + was offered a additional discount!I love Home Goods! Only 3 doors down from the Whole Foods Market ! Who Can Resist? Oh, dont forget Joannes Fabric is in the middle!!I dont know about you but, Ialways need 2 pick up something there 2! This store was so disorganized that we put an item back on a shelf and something in the next aisle over fell and broke. Maybe this was why the manager changed the price of something we were buying clearly marked $50 to $80 while we were checking out at the register... but it made for a horrible customer service experience.
