Professional and polite...greeted my wife and I as soon as we walked in. Helped us with gear for our motorcycle safety class. Knowledgeable and prices were very reasonable (even before discounts). I definitely recommend this store for your motorcycle gear. We came here after going to Cycle Gear in Charlotte. They didnt even greet us when we walked in and we walked around for ten minutes and no one came to help us. Now this is a review, so Im going somewhere people might be uncomfortable. My wife and I are black and the salesmen at Cycle Gear were white. We were the only black couple (people) in the store at the time. And there were white customers there also. We feel that they were taken care of more ...as a matter of fact ALOT more. Cycle Gear in Gastonia was totally different. As I said before, greeted us when we walked in and white customers were there also. We were all treated as equals...no one was more important. So in closing, if you need motorcycle gear, head to Cycle Gear in Gastonia. And if you want to go to the one in Charlotte, its definitely your choice. You probably will have a better experience than we did.

Made a phone call to the Gastonia store around 6:07pm on Saturday 7Aug2021 and was greeted by Jacob. I began to ask Jacob about an item of interest. He explained to me the different offerings of the items and explained them in detail. He even recommended one. He asked me if I needed the item that day. I asked him if they had to order the item. He replied, “no sir, we actually closed at 6pm. I had lost track of time but he took the call as if it was normal hours. Jacob, I did get by to get the cover you recommended.Thank you for your above and beyond customer service.

I mainly went in to see what they had in stock as I had not been to a store location before. I was greeted by a very friendly staff as soon as I walked in. They checked to see if I needed help while I was looking around but were not annoying.I also asked if they could price match a Cardo Packtalk Slim on Amazon. Even though they are not allowed to match Amazon, they gave me some pointers as to what websites to look at to find a price they could match.After finding the Packtalk Slim for a price actually better than Amazon on a different website, they price matched it for me. Then the salesman offered to install it on my helmet at no cost after ringing it up. While he installed it, we had a nice little conversation about motorcycles.Overall the customer experience at the Gastonia location was awesome. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for motorcycle related accessories.

The service was great. No one bothered me while looking at new helmets. The staff let me take my time and then, when ready, found the size I was looking for. Then, a gentleman reinstalled my SENA device for me.

Pricing is a little high and they only offer military a discount but what can you do, there is no other place other than the dealers to get stuff for bikes quickly and the staff is always welcoming and courteous. I just love when someone who doesnt own a motorcycle says they are so much cheaper to maintain than a car.

All the accessories you need but no parts

Ive been to the Mathew NC location and have been to the Gastonia location, Mathew location Zachary was awsome help in helping me size my big a.. head for my new helmet, over at the Gastonia location Melinda was a great help with helping me with narrowing down the companys when I was lost in all the new style of helmets out there, either store you choose to go to you wont be disappointed on the help & knowledge these guys have ( maybe on finding the right sizes if you got a big head like me 😁😁) but cycle gear has alot of options for gear,apparel and accessories whether it be steet bikes or dirt go check them out....Ill surely be back

Everytime I walk in even when its just me going in a buying something I already know I need someone still always offers to help, the opportunity to work here has added even more emphasis on helping fellow riders get the best fit and deal regarding any products we have to offer!
