Chad (and assistant Timothy) came out as scheduled. He cleaned, serviced and repaired my gas fireplace that hadnt worked in some time. He also gave me clear instructions on how to operate it properly. His charge was very fair. He was quite personable and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our gas fireplace had stopped working and we were told by another company that it could not be repaired. In an attempt to get another opinion I called Craft Stove gas log repair.Chad was not only prompt to respond but came to our home with Tim and assessed the problem immediately and fixed the issue . They were very knowledgeable and highly professional .I highly recommend them . In a culture where customer service seems to be a lost art , Chad and Tim proved that there are some companies that still value their customers and serve with excellence!

They came out to my home in a very timely manner, cleaned & tested my gas logs and had them working within 15 minutes, if that. Explained to me why they didn’t work, corrected the issue. I would like to thank Chad and Timothy for repairing our gas fireplace! They were on time and very professional and came with masks on! They took apart the gas fireplace and repaired it. After a few days a log fell and created a problem and they came back and fixed it again and the second visit there was no charge. Chad knows his stuff and I would highly recommend and will use again.

THIS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY ( CRAFT STOVE.) CHAD I BELEVE IS THE OWNER CAME OVER MADE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY FIREPLACE IT WORKED FINE FOR 1 DAY CHARGED $140 OK WITH THAT 1 YR. GUARANTY 5 WKS NO CHAD NO RETURN CALLS HE PICK UP THE PHONE 1 TIME GUESS HE MESSED UP SAID HE COULD NOT TALK WOULD CALL BACK THAT NIGHT NEVER DID 2 WKS AGO HE GOT ME NOT MUCH I CAN DO GAVE 1 STAR THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH.THOUGHT ABOUT SMALL CLAIMS CT.I DO HAVE WRITTEN GUARANTY I THINK HE THOUGHT I WOULD NOT WRITE A REVIEW
