I purchased an ITALGI brand Multipla pasta extruder and ravioli maker on 3/27/2020. I spoke with James directly and he was an absolute professional to work with. James responded nearly instantly whenever I had questions, doubts, or inquires about the process. The purchase itself went smoothly and the item was packed up and put on a freight truck nearly instantantly. As you can see the item was packaged extremely carefully with attention to detail clearly obvious when it arrived. There wasnt so much as a scratch on the item when it arrived. With as many places closed or closing you would think there was more availability in this area but it can be hard to find. Your Equipment guys have a very neat, clean and organized warehouse, overflowing with better than average condition commercial appliances. In some cases there is a manual taped to the piece, which really helps if your looking for a specific electrical connection or capacity. If you are opening a kitchen of any kind, stop in here first.

Thats when the owner called his local police and tried to have charges filed based off his lies. Once the police contacted me they realized it was a lie. The owner tried to BULLY and THREATEN me, what kind of person does business like this? I settled with the owner for a reasonable amount, and I paid him after all this. Just wanted to express my interaction with this shady business, BUYER BEWARE !
