Drove an hour and got there @5:30 and the place saids it closes by 6. It’s cool that it happened once to me, but when I got there, there was an elderly couple that were confused as well, standing outside to the closed sign, but this is the second time that happened to them. The first time they came an hour before close and the sign said closed... that’s not cool

He beat our best quote by over $300!! On installation day he notified me the installer was on his way. The installer was amazing! JAMES (mgr) ROCKS!! I had a carpeting emergency, while 900 miles away, and he spent hours of his time helping me resolve the problem. He patiently handled my calls and texts, and sent me photos of his best recommendation. I paid over the phone, he dealt with my installer, and sold me top of the line carpet for a rock bottom price. His carpet prices are unbeatable, and his service is top notch. I was so impressed, I ended up buying carpet to redo all three bedrooms, rather than just the original one. I have multiple rental homes, and wont buy carpet (or any other flooring) from anyone else in the future. Unimpressed with the installers. They left piles of screws, nails, and razor blades in my driveway (luckily I didn’t run them over). Dings in my walls, messed up furniture, inconsistent materials used in door ways, nails sticking up and poking us.

Went there to purchase a pad for a 9x12 rug. There were no choices---only one pad and it was cut exactly 9x12 which meant I had to trim the inch all around to make it the right pad size. Also very little choice in rugs. Some flooring choices. And some tile. Not enough variety for me.

Everyone wants a deal, but Moeen goes out of his way to pass on untouchable warehouse pricing to my clients. The newly completed renovation still gives access to warehouse treasures, including amazing remnants and LVP, but the spacious showroom of custom carpets and flooring makes shopping easy. Lighting is great to select the right color and fiber. Love this place!

James at the Gastonia store did an excellent job helping us choose coretec plus for our flooring. The installers, Miguel and his helper did a professional job installing the product. We love it and it also seems to be holding up well to our 125 pound mastiff mix!!! We would not hesitate working with James in the Gastonia store again for any future flooring needs.

I went in with idea of just looking at new flooring for the kitchen, walked out with kitchen laminate, carpet for Living Room, Hall and a bedroom. The prices where LESS than expected, including installation. Crew arrived, started ti work right away and within 6 hours all work done, cleaned up and crew was pulling out of driveway. James the sales consultant was great, ssme with crew and WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! When Time to replace carpet and vinyl in other rioms will be back. GEEAT JOB GUYS!!!!

This was the last stop for us in our search for flooring. We are really glad that we stopped there. Moeen did a fantastic job at describing which products will work for us as we were looking for solid hardwoods on a slab using glue. He was very professional and paid great attention to detail He was also willing to work with our schedule as we were renovating the whole house and putting hardwoods throughout. I could not have asked for a better experience. My floors are beautiful.

The customer service was poor. To bad , had three more rooms to carpet. Wont use them again. Had to repaint trim work, didnt caulk door jams. No follow up call.
