I have my wedding postponed until further notice because of this pandemic. This is the second time and it is very frustrating. I was on a very tight budget and planning my wedding was something I didnt look forward to anymore because of the stress. I bought everything on discount and second-hand, including my wedding dress that I got for $25 and it still held the original price tags. I thought I got a good deal and as the months passed I realized that I didnt like the dress at all. I wanted to experience how it would really feel like to be a bride and take my family to a boutique to try on something unique.Since the wedding is going to be held much later than originally planned I have this opportunity to spend a little more money on something that makes me feel beautiful and I was able to get all of this and more at Bedazzled. I couldnt tell you how many times I walked by their shop, gazing at the dresses and I always thought, I can never have that. To my surprise and delight, I was proven wrong and I was able to say Yes to the Dress, and it was under my budget.I cant tell you how magical the entire experience was. I never had the opportunity to ever have anyone help me in the way these ladies did in the store. It was personalized and it made me feel important in a way that I never thought possible. I have very low self-esteem and they were very positive with me. They never made me feel like I wasnt important and the best part was that they loved my parents.My father is going blind and I wanted him to see me in my dress because by the time my wedding comes about, he might not be able to see. He said I looked like an angel and I will keep that memory for as long as I live. Thank you so much for this once in a lifetime experience.

Went to the Hickory location this past week since they were closing & liquidating inventory. The stylist/bridal consultant with the short dark hair asked me what my jean size was then told me to try on a size 2. No interaction from her after that. Not to mention there were no size 0 dresses and very little variety of size 2 dresses. Came in & left empty handed. Hopefully the Gastonia location is better.

Bedazzled has a great selection for great prices and they are able to work out a variety of payment plans so you can get your favorite dress, regardless the occasion!

We such a great experience!!! A week before my wedding I realized the original dress I picked wasn’t going to work. My mom rushed me to Bedazzled and Jennifer greeted us at the door and immediacy began a determined mission to help us find something I would love. She was so sweet and bubbly and made something that was already a stressful task for me fun and exciting. In less than 45 minutes I walked out with the perfect dress. All of the employees there were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend visiting, I now have a dress than I am so excited to wear and it’s all thanks to Jennifer and Bedazzled!

I was not happy with the service when I first came but my issue was resolved. Raj the business owner is very kind. Lisa (I hope is her name) the last few times I have been in the store has been very kind. She checked up on how I was feeling (I am very pregnant) and worked with me with the dress I bought. I would recommend Bedazzled. I had a misunderstanding with Lisa at first. I was actually very rude to her and was very upset with her. I highly recommend asking questions. I have never been in a bridal or formal shop before and the first few times I was in there it was very busy and they didn’t really have a moment to explain the full process. (Hence why the confusion occurred.) The dress I purchased is a little too big but I again am pregnant and will be very close to my delivery date. Lisa gave me a list of alteration places to help with the wedding.

Im giving this store 4 stars for a few reasons. 1. I bought my wedding dress here years ago and it was a wonderful experience 2. My friend was looking at dresses to try on and get to know what exactly she wanted, we talked to 3 different associates. The first one made my friend feel fat bc of the sizing, even though sizing varies by designer, and told her basically that if she didnt have a ring on her finger she didnt need to try on dresses. No offense but you can buy a wedding dress for things other than a wedding. The 2nd lady we spoke with brushed us off and if its two sizes up from her pants that it should fit but she shouldnt try on dresses unless she loved it. Now Lisa was the last person to help us and she was amazing! After explaining the situation to her about the other 2 consultants she made my friend look and feel like the princess she is. And we didnt go in expecting to buy a dress but bc Lisa took us seriously and made her feel beautiful we got my best friend her dream dress. Lisa was amazing and the best person to handle our group. So thank you like we will forever be grateful for you and the time you took with us.

Came to visit Bedazzled bridal on a whim as a walk in, and after visiting again a few weeks later I ended up saying yes to the dress!! The service here is absolutely incredible, and I am so thankful that I got paired with a Vickie as my consultant. I described to her what styles I liked and was looking for and she literally chose so many perfect dresses for me to try on. She was patient, helped give advice about accessories, and made the experience amazing. We laughed and really connected. The other ladies in the shop were fantastic and so friendly and encouraging as well. I am so thankful to this store and the employees for helping me find my dream dress and feel confident in my decision. Thank you all!!!

Only gave it two stars because the dresses were pretty. I drive over an hour away because the website said walk ins welcomed and I had a close friend get her dress here years ago and RAVED about how great you were. I walked in and she was assisting someone else so I waited nearby patiently and was never approached after the customer left so I went up to the counter and said I came in to look at wedding dresses. I was told I needed to have a date set already because some dresses can take up to 8 months to come in. I told her I have time to wait on my dress and I’m not getting married until at least 2022. I was then told they also want brides to look online first and see what I like. I found this shop online and have been looking at for over a week. I was so excited. Anyways I was then told I needed to know my budget before I was allowed to try on or look at dresses. Which I told her I did. So she pretty much told me to come back when I had my date and budget. Also i would like to add that she didn’t even ask about me as a bride at all. My wedding is going to be an elopement and waiting on my dress is not an issue at all. I have a set budget. And I have been planning my wedding for a while now. It is no issue to move my wedding back due to my dress. And I don’t mind paying or waiting if I wanted the dress at all. She would know this if she took any interest in me as a customer at all. I was super excited. The selection here is great. The customer service wasn’t. I hope that that girl was just having a bad day. But I also want to add besides the customer that was there before me there was literally NO ONE in the store

If you have anything planned afterwards, I don’t advise to rent from here. Crooks that will charge you 25/ day late few. We were scheduled to go out of town the next day. Wedding ended after ten pm. and left before sun can up next morning. Returned it as soon as we got back in town. Wanted someone else to bring it back for us. Family was on vacation with us. Friend went out of town too. House sitter didn’t have a car. Just not fair when they knew we weren’t physically here to bring it back!

They take advantage of these young men going in to rent a suit. These young men’ can go and buy a suit and the shoes for what they charge. They treat take advantage of these young people. So advise to parents go with the young people if they are going to shop here.

Very busy, going out of business sale. Even though my granddaughter didnt find a dress it was a good experience. I think 6 people bought dresses while we were there.

This store carries beautiful wedding and prom attires. Both my sister and I have bought our wedding dress from here. I bought mine the day I tried it on and took it home! My sister had hers customized and it is gorgeous!

Consultant was very rude to a plus size bride. Wasnt sure if the consultant was purposefully not letting the bride out of the dressing room because the dress didnt fit that well. It was very awkward just standing in the way of everyone coming in and out of the dressing room while trying to show your party the dress. Rudely stated that the bride wouldnt fit any dress and started picking whatever she thought might fit off the rack after previously explaining that any dress could be custom ordered. Didnt let her try on dresses she had picked out. The consultant had to be asked to let the bride try on the dresses she had picked. Disregarded the style the bride specifically asked for and had an attitude when it was pointed out to her. Do not recommend this place to plus size brides

Amazing bridal salon!! After driving 2 1/2 hrs to go to a different bridal salon (HORRIBLE experience) we decided to drive around and see if we could find another one in the area. They had us in and with a consultant within 10 mins! Jessica, my consultant, was AMAZING. I have been to 5 bridal salons prior and you can tell the girls here love their job and enjoy helping everyone that walks through the door. They offered amazing advice on sizing and color of the dress. After going home and thinking about the two color options, i called the next morning and asked for pictures of the color that they did not have in store for me to try on the day prior. They gladly sent them and even changed my color even though I had bought and paid for my dress in full the day before in the other color! Amazing customer service and friendly staff.

Vicky is a blessing! After attending two other bridal shops I finally said yes to the dress with her help! She was so understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would 10/10 recommend!

I bought my daughters prom dress from this location. The workers were so polite. They gave great customer service, went above & beyond to help find the perfect dress for her. They provide many sizes up to plus size 40. They didnt judge on how we looked & dressed unlike a lot of boutiques I have been in. I will be referring as well as returning to this location.

Really friendly ladies work here! They helped me find my wedding dress and were super helpful helping me find my bridesmaids dresses as well! The even called later the next week to thank me again for choosing their store and to check to see if there was anything else they could help me with. Went on to purchase earrings for a pageant. They had a pretty good selection. Not really what we were looking for, but it all work out. The sales lady helped us match something just by looking a picture of the dress on my phone.

Prior to calling Bedazzled, I was on the HUNT for a Morilee dress that was discontinued! I searched the designers website for all locations carrying her dresses in my area and, after many let downs, I came across Bedazzled. I called, Jennifer answered, I told her exactly what I was looking for and she delivered! Luckily, they had two sixes and she held the dress until my arrival. Once I arrived, she knew exactly who I was and was eager to help! We tried on the dress and I said YES! Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with and met all my needs and request with a smile and some laughter. The location was clean, easy to access, and had plenty of options in reference to brides, bridesmaids, and grooms. I would highly recommend!!

I traveled over 2 hours to get to Hickory and had visited other stores and tried on several dresses but had to say, No. I finally said YES to the dress at Bedazzled Bridal and most of all was provided great customer service and stayed within my budget! I went to several bridal stores before Bedazzled Bridal, and I wanna tell you I’m kind of happy I saved them for last. My experience there was so wonderful beating out all the other stores I visited, it was truly amazing! Everyone there was so fun, helpful, and sweet! I’m so thankful, my consultant was really humble, I felt like she was the best fit for my bride maids and I. She made me feel beautiful in all the dresses she put me in, and I never once felt rushed or pushed into a sale. Bedazzled Bridal is definitely somewhere I would recommend all brides to go to for an exceptional experience and amazing dress collection!

The time frame they give u on when your dress will come in is always wrong. I payed express shipping on one dress to be in in 4 weeks on 7/25. Its been over 6 weeks and still waiting. I call and the person I talk to acts like they cant find my dress and something about notes on my order. I call next day because they never called me back like the woman said they would. Now my dress is late( it already is) and will not be in till friday.......so 7 weeks not 4 weeks like I paid for.......have another dress that was supposed to be 10 weeks paid on 6/13 an its been over 12 weeks and they told me it will be in sometime at end of month. Thats 15 weeks. And pray to God I have time to alter the dresses..... because wedding is in October....will not be going there again after all this. Honestly they will probably see this and make me wait longer because that seems to be what they are good for......even the agreement said approxment shipping so 5 weeks late us approximately....no approximately is like a week off not over a month

I found my dream wedding dress at Bedazzled Bridal &a formals,really enjoyed my experience picking it out! However, what really blew me away was my experience with getting my dress fitted. I have never heard someone comment on how well a brides dress was fitted until my own wedding when I received the compliment multiple times. My fitter made each of my three fittings such wonderful and fun experiences and did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend having your dress fitted at Bedazzled Bridal & Formals...

Honestly, I had a wonderful experience at the Bedazzled Bridal and Formal store. My consultant Vicky was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the inventory. As a bride shopping during COVID, I was worried about my safety while finding a dress. However, Bedazzled ensured that every dress was clean and that all individuals had masks and shields. Vicky chose a lot of beautiful options for me to try on that incorporated what I wanted and some that took me out of my comfort zone. I would definitely recommend this boutique to anyone who is looking for a positive wedding dress experience, especially during this pandemic.The only reason that I gave this boutique four stars instead of five was that I was informed during my visit that the dress I chose could come in a particular size and afterwards was called and told that it only came in a larger size so I would have to spend money on alterations or choose a new dress. As a bride that came hours away to visit this boutique and found a very special dress while I was there, I chose to get the dress I ordered and find the additional funds for alterations. But if I was unable to work out the additional funds, I would have had to forgo my written contract and find a new dress. The boutique could have done something to mitigate some of those funds since it was their mistake and they did not.Other than that, great shop!

I am from Hickory, and I went to shop in Charlotte for my Bridal Gown. I found the perfect gown in Charlotte but I decided to sleep on it. I was in Valley Hills Mall and stopped into Bedazzled for a quick look. Lisa took me in and showed me around. She was amazing. She found the same dress I had found in Charlotte for cheaper. I had a much better time working with Lisa and I saved almost $200 on my gown! Love this place, plus I did not have to drive back to Charlotte.

I had a great experience here renting the suits for our groomsmen. Jennifer was extremely helpful in showing me choices and helping me decide what looked best together as well as keeping me informed of when they arrived or keeping me updated with anything that was late. She worked with us in every aspect and was so sweet and friendly! She was also a HUGE help with my veil crisis and I cant thank her enough!

It was a little of a rough start trying to book an appointment...very rude on the phone. But I hesitantly went for the appointment and was surprised with the service!I was there for a bridal dress appointment and Vickie was so helpful and thoughtful. She gave me suggestions on what she thinks would look best and helped me stay in my price range. I felt very taken care of and in great hands all because of Vickie. If I could give 0 stars I would... When I first arrived it was busy and I can understand that. Waited an hour and half to be helped... But here comes the worst. I am 198lbs and I had given birth to my 3 rd child 6 months ago.... The consultant basically insulted me. I wanted to look a another dress that was just a size smaller... And told me and my family that I couldnt cause I was too big and I would rip the dress..... Im already body concious and for the consultant to say something like that was extremely hurtful... I left in tears. WARNING TO WOMEN WHO JUST HAD A BABY OR OVER 160LBS. BE CAREFUL COMING HERE.

I really enjoyed my experience. The shop itself carries beautiful designers. I tried on at least 12 wedding gowns. I found my perfect wedding gown and I am so excited ! Bedazzled Bridal is a perfect bridal store. It was friendly and amazing. We loved the service and we are going back soon.

Worst experience ever! I went into the shop yesterday. Asked one of the associates do they have short wedding dresses. She stated no. They don’t sell well. “People think by getting a short dress, the price will be cheaper.” There is no dress less than 1,300. I stated I just want a short dress, I don’t care about the cost.” I will never shop there again. Rude and judge mental.

They have awesome collection of gowns. They have various designs and patterns that I have never seen so far at other places. I visited this place with one of my friend. Both of us are more than satisfied with the dresses that we purchased from here.

Great selection of Beautiful dresses. They could use some work on their Customer service a bit. Not all of the girls- just a few. Mainly the heavier Asian woman. She comes off a tad rude each time Ive visit the store.

My wedding is August 29th and I came in with my future sister in law looking to try on dresses! This was the first place I went, other than shopping around online. I told the woman helping me, my suggested budget, although I was willing to spend whatever if I fell in love with a dress. She stared us down as we barely got to look through the bridal selection, then grabbed me and told me with my budget, I should look at bridesmaids dresses “because they can be ordered in white”. No bride wants to hear that. Then practically rushed us out of the store. Horrible experience and made me feel terrible. I ended up going to David’s Bridal in Asheville and the team was so helpful and I found the dress I absolutely love!

My sister found this place for me and I personally loved it and sales staff was super helpful and listened to what I wanted in a dress, which no other place had done. Everywhere else I had gone wanted me to wear a ball gown, bc of my size, but when I arrived here they had a big selection of the type of dress I wanted and the stylist definitely gave me peace of mind with each dress and didn’t make me feel like I had to settle for a dress bc of my body. This store provided the best experience during my wedding dress shopping quest. Upon entering the store, I was promptly welcomed by Amanda and was made aware of their wedding dress consultation procedure. The entire process ran very smoothly and didnt feel rushed or hurried with help of Amanda; I said yes to a gorgeous, affordable dress! My family also felt welcomed during this process. I would do it all over again if I had to as the customer service was warm, welcoming, and courteous.

We had a great time at Bedazzled Bridal & Formal. Their inventory is beautiful, unique and plentiful - So many dresses to try on. The boutique itself is adorable and although they take multiple appointments at one time, the change rooms are in different spots so I never felt like I was sharing the space. I got there around 10:45 on a Saturday morning and was the first one there and was taken back with the consultant right at 10:50. I worked with salesgirl and she was everything you could ask for and more. She listened to what I liked and picked out a dress I never would have chosen on my own. After trying on countless dresses I finally had that bridal moment you hope for and was brought to tears. Had an amazing shopping experience when picking out my sisters gown that I made my appointment the same week and found my dress. They had more plus size dresses in store to try on than most and were super accommodating and friendly.

I wana say Bedazzled Bridal & formal is the best.. just dont go anywhere else. As per me I was one of the most complicated customers they ever had. My wedding was 27 days away when I walked in and I wanted to get designers dress for myself. I couldnt make up my mind what exactly I wanted to wear on my wedding. They supported me with every single step. They got my dress in 17 days, My dress came out to be the best dress I could ever Wish for!!! Google only allows 5 stars I want to give them a trillion stars.. I surely will recommend this place to family, friends and EVERYONE!!! Very reasonable prices, she works with your budget.

Initial consultation at the Bedazzled Bridal & Formal which was a great experience thanks to friendly staff! we had a great range of styles, my sales assistant was AMAZING! She made the entire experience about what I wanted and needed! She allowed both my mother & mother in law to pick out dresses, she guided what type of style we were going with and helped pick out the dress I ultimately picked! Great Experience & Great Customer Service!!.

Sales assistant was amazing! She was so patient and kind. She knew exactly what I was looking for. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she brought dresses that were my style. She also brought dresses that were not necessary what I wanted but she knew would fit my body type. I had 1 idea in my head and the dress I picked was completely different from my visions. When I went back to buy my dress, I asked if I could try on a few more dresses. She was more than helpful during my second day of shopping. She was informative and gave her feedback. From trying on dresses, to figuring out how my hair may look, to actually purchasing my wedding gown was amazing at Bedazzled Bridal & Formal Ashville, NC. I highly recommend this store. All of their associates are welcoming and willing to help.

Poor people skills

5 stars is not enough! I shopped at the Hickory and Gastonia locations and the staff was amazing at both. As a bride I wanted to feel special and I got that feeling at both stores. Ultimately I found my bridal gown in hickory and went to the Gastonia store for my Bridesmaids. Everything went well and I just love this store. Thank you and expect pictures of my wedding soon. Love you guys!

My sons pants didnt come in until two days before a wedding he was in. When they came in they were an inch too short. They said they would add an inch to them. They overnighted them and when we picked them back up they were still an inch too short. They were the exact same length as they were the day before. We didnt really have any other choice but for him to wear them in the wedding. They didnt offer anything or seem to care that after driving over an hour one way to pick these pants up twice, they were still too short.

If you are looking for a Bridal gown this is the place to go! Before I found my gown at Bedazzled I went to four different bridal boutiques. All four bridal boutiques was a huge disappointment! I was skeptical of coming to the mall for my wedding gown... but I am so happy that I did!!! My bridal consultant was more than I could ask for. She listened to me and was very personable. I honestly couldnt ask for a better experience!

Wow, I don’t understand all the bad reviews here. I came in on (late) Saturday evening without an appointment and was welcomed so promptly. I actually stayed until the minute they were closing to decide on a dress. Never once did I feel rushed even though they were closing.I had a super bad experience prior to this at Julian’s Bridal Outlet and was so frustrated before I walked in. But, this staff and shop really gave me my hope back. The staff is SO helpful and considerate of the things you specifically want but also recommend things that they feel could look good on you. Even though I did not say yes to the dress here, I have to say their customer service is phenomenal. To be exact, the dress I contemplated on for 2 hours was one that SHE picked (I would have never picked that dress out of the bunch on my own). I would definitely recommend anyone here that’s looking for a affordable wedding gown and wonderful customer service!!!

I purchased my wedding gown from them a year ago. Very friendly and beautiful boutique. I love the collection/designers that they carry. The sales ladies there are friendly and knowledgeable yet not pushy. I have gone to 5-6 places before I discovered Bedazzled Bridal & Formal. I have been to places that do not allow me to take any selfie, places refused to have me try on more than 3 gowns and pushed me to decide on a style on the spot etc... My experience at Bedazzled Bridal & Formal was very pleasant and they helped me to narrow down to 4 different dresses after 2 sessions. After a few days of soul searching :), I purchased a perfect wedding dress and the rest is history.

Back in high school I bought a prom dress here and loved it! Then the other day, I was struggling with finding the bridesmaid dress I had found in a bridal store that closed!So after looking and calling salons around my area, I went in and asked if they had Allure dresses, told them my story, and then they hurried to find the dress for me.They indeed had the Allure bridesmaid dress I had sooo badly wanted for my wedding! I was just a walk-in with my bridesmaid and they immediately got her in to try on the dress!! The women at the salon were sooo awesome and kind. They even offered a 15% discount!! Cha-Ching! They really did had phenomenal service.
