This is an amazing place to get a piercing, especially for a first timer!!! They took such amazing care, especially Cas!! The location is so convent in the mall and I highly recommend this place and it’s where I have gone for both of my ear piercings!

I have shopped with Piercing Pagoda since 2008. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The ladies there always go above and beyond to help me. I have had my 2nd and 3rd holes pierced as well as my cartilage and it is perfect. My sister took my 3 year old niece to get her ears pierced here as well and they were so good at calming her down and explaining everything to make her more at ease. The piercing earrings are really secure and even hard for me to get out. I have never had one just fall out. I have also asked if they could change out my cartilage earring and they are not allowed to do it. Its policy, not personal. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Very unhelpful. This place sells body jewelry and they do piercing. I bought several different pieces of jewelry and one of them was an earring for ear cartilage. My ear is pierced in a place that is difficult for me to change the earring on my own - no big deal because I usually have my sister or niece change it for me. Since I was buying several pieces of jewelry here and one of them was for my ear, I asked them if they could put the new earring in for me. The answer was a quick NO - they claim that it was because of liability issues. I believe this is a crap excuse since they will pierce the same place - the ear cartilage. I was told they could charge me for piercing and pierce the area that didnt need to be pierced because there was already a hole there. Ridiculous! And the two ladies just sat there chatting to each other for the first 5 minutes I stood there without even acknowledging there was a customer present. Awful, horrible, customer service! And you can find way cuter body jewelry for much, much better prices on Amazon!!

Chasidy was such an amazing help when I went to purchase new earrings. She is super personable and professional. Her recommendations were exactly what I ended up purchasing. I also ended up spontaneously getting my second holes pierced by her and she did a great job. Overall great experience! Thanks Chasidy. Love your nails, btw.

Not enough training with professional piercing. They should only allow ear piercing. Good intent isnt enough. Not rude but definitely not great customer service in my experience at this location.

To pricy..but my daughter loved the items they had..

I had my one year old daughters ears pierced here. They were extremely lopsided so they had to re-pierce one of them. We had a 30 Minute ride home and when i got home, i noticed one earring was missing. If it was put on properly, there is no way a one year old could get it off. It was very difficult for me to take the other one out. I spent $58 two times (i tried piercing her ears at 6 months old and had the same problem with one continuously falling out) and the only response i got from the company was a generic automated apology. Went to walmart once her piercing completely healed and got the same gold earings for $27, and had absolutely no issues. You would think that a company that specializes in piercing would be competent at doing so.
