They knocked the wrap and lettering out of the park on our work truck and for a fair price! I cant put into words how happy we are with the design and quality of the wrap. They under promised and over delivered on this. Even had some great ideas to add to the design! I was able to go in the back and see some of the work they do in action and let me tell you what, they have a very strong team of designers and installers that work hard to make sure the work is top quality! We will be bringing our other work truck in soon to have it done along with many other print material needs! Thanks again Image 360!

I own a small business & I had Image 360 wrap both company cars. Not only did they do a great job and were very fairly priced, but they were the ONLY company that even replied to my emails about the job. Great to know that Image 360 takes time for us little companies too. Great job! I highly recommend them.

Theses guys are awesome. I highly recommend them. When I went to pick up my van there was an issue with the verbiage.partially my fault. WOW!! I said... and Tim said whats wrong? I told him and he said with out taking a breath... WE CAN FIX THAT WITH NO PROBLEM!!!! he asked if I could wait and of course I said yes. 45 mins later it was PERFECT!!!! He took care of it and I was out the door.

Very poor communication. They were not flexible or understanding, even though I was patient through all of their excuses for slow or no responses (staff member out sick, tech issues, we had to outsource so we don’t know). Even though my client had paid in full and the final files had been submitted, I never got an ETA on when things would be ready. Even if you’re outsourcing something, you can still tell the customer: “It typically takes 3-4 weeks” for custom orders, or something along those lines. We got nothing, except: “We’ll call you when we know.” Well, they rarely called and never seemed to know anything when they did, not even when the in-house signs might be ready. My client wanted to be completely hands off, but even they ended up calling directly to get some answers. To make matters worse, when everything was ready, I still got no call; they were just going to up and go to the site. So the deliverables weren’t produced on time, and they were unwilling to offer us a free or reduced price solution for the inconvenience. They might have competitive prices, but they’ll keep charging you for their poor communication. In my 11 years designing, I’ve never had this experience with a printer. The two stars are for: 1) Beth still kept a professional tone despite our tension; 2) the on-site installer was cordial and professional.

Fast friendly service. Best place this side of town. They listen to what you want. Then, they add their talent!

My son was diagnosed with plagiocephaly and has to wear a DOC band for 8-12weeks. We sent numerous emails to wrap and sign companies to see about getting our sons band wrapped. We thought if he had to wear it we wanted it to look good. Tim was the only one to get back to us. Not only did he say they would wrap it but that they would do it for free. They realize that insurance doesn’t pay for the band and they wanted to help in this way. I was about in tears. Today we had our sons band wrapped. It looks awesome! Tim, the owner is such a great guy. He came out to chat with us for a while. Beth was awesome getting us scheduled. Justin, who actually wrapped it did a great job. Terrible customer service. Stopped by for a quick estimate on some hood lettering. They wanted my life history to be able to quote a very simple job. 4 hrs later the owner Tim left a msg. Called him right back and he told me to find someone else to do the job. Thats fine i will let everyone i know how they do biz. Worked with his brother Jeff in the past and he was great but he no longer works there. Go figure.

This company has terrible service. We ordered an item that we literally could not get finished. We were told over and over that it would be there in a day or two. Finally we had to cancel the order. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered an item that was supposed to take 6 weeks. After 3 months it still wasn’t delivered after being told on numerous occasions it would be ready in the “next couple of days”.

Horrible customer service. After waiting a month and a half and several calls and emails, I still havent even gotten a quote for my new signs. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
