It was okay. The furniture is in disarray without properly placed price tags. I had to Google prices for everything I was interested in. Waiting in line to pay was unbelievably long. Other than that, its Target... and Target is pretty good

We needed to pick up a few things and stopped in here. I like Target as a discount store. They have a nice selection and display of items, and the aisles feel spacious. This store was very clean and well stocked as well. Checkout was real easy as well.

The convenience and ease of the check out options in the store are great. Drive up and pick up with the app are Awesome! Would seriously recommend for the shopper that has multiple stops to make in their day.

This store said that they were hiring and needed people but as soon as i put in an application they said i’m not “qualified.” What happened to needing people to work for you? What happened to being short staffed?

Iv had a horrible experience with trying to get a job at this location. They discriminate against the LGBTQ here. I applied for multiple positions that I am more than qualified for ( I have 7 years customer service experience) 3 of those years are in retail. I am a Transgender woman and i guess because of that they do not think I will be a good fit. Will definitely be contacting corporate about this location!

Such a breath of fresh air if you’ve visited the Walmart off the same exit. The employees here - essentially the opposite of those at the Walmart- which in this case is a great thing.

Got ripped off! I bought a keurig elite a few days later went to Walmart and found the exact one $40 cheaper!

Man, it is sooooo hit or miss at this location. You either have terrible experiences or really great ones, but recently its been the former more often.

Love their curbside pickup. Normally only takes them an hour to gather the items after placing the order online. When you pull up sometimes its as quick as 2 minutes and theyve delivered the item to your car. My wife is a nurse and dealing with covid clients and it helps us to keep others safe by staying away from crowds.

One if the big retail giant needless to say they are one of the best got good kids collections.

After buying madden 21 for my son we couldnt seem to get the bullseye pack to work, i contacted EA directly, what a waste of time. Brought the card back to the store and Hayden, department manager, not only happily exchanged the bulleyes pack card, but kindly explained his experience and gave us some advise that worked. I was extremely pleased with his customer service.

Terrible on line experience and in store guest services wasn’t any better. I ordered an item and was granted extended time to pick it up, same day order was cancelled and credit card was charged. I called the store and was told that the credit card wasn’t charged if the item was cancelled, again the credit card was charged, she said come to the store to get a refund. I went to the Gastonia store and went to guest services and was told they couldn’t refund on line orders, so I ask if they could reorder the item since they had already charged me. I was told that the item was out of stock and that I could go to Pineville and get the item, so I ask again ask about a refund and was told that my bank was holding the credit and that I needed to call my bank so I went to the car in their parking lot and called my bank and was told there was no refund showing to credit my account and that Target had indeed charged my account. So I went back in the store and was told by the same girl at guest services that I needed to call corporate, she gave me the number. I went back to the parking lot and called corporate and was basically told they didn’t know when my credit card would be credited. So let’s get this straight, Target charged my card, cancelled my order, and then says they don’t know when I will get my money back. At least at Walmart, you get your money back right then. No more Target for me. I will tell all my friends and family about this situation too.

I just want to say that me and my sister went to target March 29 2020 and I must say we was impressed with all the cleaning and disinfecting that was going on around us, an employee was cleaning the buggys, cashiers was cleaning the registers and those areas, shelves all over the store was being wiped down, the lady taking care of self checkout was wiping before every customer use. Everyone was friendly with smiles too. Me and my sister both agree that from here on out this will be our go to place for essentials. GREAT JOB EMPLOYEES!

This Target has a great layout. Ive been to other Targets and this one has the best open layout walking in. Checking out is a breeze. Any time lines start to get long a register opens to relieve traffic. Very helpful guest service. They truly value their guests and have a great team of employees any time of day i have walked in.

I was able to order what I wanted and just walk in and they have it ready for you. It saves time.

Love this Target, clean, friendly workers, adorable merchandise for everyone. A bit pricey but the quality probably makes up for the cost for the most part.

Nicole from electronics was beyond helpful. She exhibited kindness and knowledge during our visit! Among the wonderful customer service was the manager named Chelsea! Chelsea was kind and patient with our questions and assistance with a price match from Amazon (shipped and sold from amazon). Chelsea and Nicole are assets to Target and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service, knowledge, and response time!

Let me start with my review by mentioning. I prefer Walmart to Target. 2 reasons they are cheaper and closer to my house. And open longer hours. Anyways. Target is really nice they have fancier stuff than Walmart. But as I was saying it is higher. I went to Target to get a mens Casio watch. But ended up going to Walmart anyway. Because they barely had any watches and the ones they had cost $42. I got one at Walmart for half that. This Target also has a Starbucks. A CVS Pharmacy and a Small Pizza Hut. I also had to mention just like Walmart when you need help you cant ever find anyone

The store had everything I wanted and I enjoyed my visit. I shopped the dreaded toy isle, purchased gifts and saved $64 as indicated by the wallet in my cartwheel which I enjoy so much! Games were buy two get one free and a special text toy allowed me to save 25% on one toy. SCORE!

I find Target stores clean and orderly and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

I usually don’t do bad reviews because I like to give multiple chances but we drove to two locations because Target said online they had a specific crib in stock and even the person at this particular store told us the other location had it 100% come to find out when we drove there they both don’t have them. We also called another location since we didn’t want to waste more time driving that once again online said they had it in stock which we got told they don’t. Really frustrating to try and buy a product that you claim to have in stock to find out you don’t. We shopped at 5 different brand stores to finally have our hearts on this one at target to get our nursery put together but we can’t even do so since there is none. Extremely annoyed from the false advertising of you saying you have it. We were thinking of having our giant registry at target but with this luck maybe by the time people go to buy things for us you might not even have it in stock.

Great location. Easy parking. Excellent customer service. This store is also a grocery store! They have a wonderful selection in each department. There is a pharmacy. They also have a Starbucks inside. I forgot to mention that they have a hot food and drink stand between Starbucks and the pharmacy. It seems like a comfortable place to be if you are waiting on a prescription.

I am a regular customer at target store #2565. This is my favorite place to shop and specifically my favorite store , the associates at this store are amazing and will do absolutely anything they can to help. Recently I visited and interacted with 2 young ladies makalah and Shannon both work in the beauty department at target. Makalah has beautiful butterfly tattoos on her arms which caught my eye so we started talking, I had been thinking of getting a tattoo for 7 years but was super nervous and I knew nothing about how to care for it or prep for it. Makalah helped me pick out all the best products and took the time to explain how they worked. I now have a healthy beautiful tattoo and I am completely knowledgeable on the proper care and maintenance. Shannon also did something very special for me on a recent visit I was struggling to find a product to help with some pretty intense stretch marks I had from my daughter. I was very insecure and frustrated having had them for so many years and nothing working I explained to her that I was feeling discouraged and insecure. She recommended a bio oil her father used for a wicked scar he had when nothing else was working. She shared her dads story with me and helped me feel more secure and comfortable and willing to give the product a try. Both of these ladies shared a little bit of themselves with me on these visits to not only recommend good well working products but to ensure that I was also educated, comfortable and confident. This is going beyond the extra mile I may be a regular but Im also a stranger they took the time to help with out making me feel silly or ignorant. This is the exact reason why I shop at this target. ❤

Great store, always clean, and good choices. Need more employees to help customers, and a more organized Baby clothing area. Items are often out of place and unorganized. But, will still continue to shop at this location. I do however wish I had a Target in my hometown. I normal have to drive about 30-40 mins.to get to this location.

This Target store and its staff as well as security personal are awesome. My truck broke down with a load inside it, I got a replacement truck but there is no way I could have unload the truck and loaded into the good truck. The security team went above and beyond to help me unload & load so I can be on my way. I dont have a target credit card, but I have applied for one and from now on, Target will be my store to shop anywhere. Again, thanks to the entire staff and the security team in particular. World class employees!

This is a great Pokemon place. If you play Pokemon go. Also its a good target and it has a Starbucks in it. I love the dollar section. And those big dogs in the boxes are so cute. You dont have to wait long in line and they have a self checkout too.

I went to the cosmetic aisle and Emily was stocking there. She was so very helpful not only to me, but I heard her helping other customers! It was so nice being helped by such a lovely young woman who knew her products.

Lady at guest services was extremely rude and acted as if she really didnt want to be there which I cant really blame her she was only one working over there and line was backed way up it took an hour to pick up something I already paid for

They have a larger selection of whole30 food than most other stores.Also, this store is very clean and has great employees working there.

Great store! They always have good quality product and the wait times are usually short and pleasant. Even when shopping on Christmas eve and the day before, the employees (who were, Im sure stressed out) were very pleasant and helpful!

A good shopping experience. The store is fairly organized and easy to navigate. The cashier that checked me out was nice and friendly and helped me with my cartwheel coupons. The only negative was that the manager on duty would not allow me to receive a gift card for an item that was supposed to get a gift card. I just decided not to purchase the item.

REMEMBER THIS ASSOCIATE NAME LAKEN!!! The associates took an extremely long time to process my order. Because of this I decided to purchase it myself in stores. Once I entered the store I asked the associate at the Guest counter if she could process my order now and her immediate response was “no”. She was very unhelpful and rude. I walked back to the electronics department to get my item and I couldn’t find one single associate to help me. I won’t return to this location due to the awful customer service I received. This Target is the dirtiest, worst kept Target Ive ever been in. I never see adults working there. Only kids. The first mess is upon entering. Trash on the floor, trash in the carts. Carts everywhere. Just a dirty mess.Go to Charlotte Target. It is kept up, clean entry and organized.On the flip side this Target has one of the best pharmacists and assistants. They are great!!

Stopped at the Pizza Hut in the Target store. at 6pm on Saturday night. Staff person was apologetic that she only had 2 pizzas left (3 in our party). Several customers behind us also wanted pizza. I let management know so they could monitor inventory levels for the future.

This Target has really become a main attraction and a regular stop for everyone in the area. Its a great place to go every weekend for household or food items and having a pharmacy too makes it a one-stop shop. Only in the last 5-6 months Ive noticed sometimes they need more cashiers at peak times (like 5-7pm).

That young man, I believe his name was Joshua. He aided me with my purchased and encourage me to sign up with the Target rewards system.

Came here because the Starbucks across the street was too full. First thing I noticed was how disheveled the parking lot looked with random shopping carts left all over the place. I mean I’ve never seen a lack of care for first impression this severe at a retail location in my life. Carts were left along the sidewalk blocking the path to get inside. Inside the Starbucks was interesting. I can tell they were having a bad day with technical difficulties so I’ll give some grace here.
