Very nicely set up. May my grandson went down and looked around. Place is very clean. Has a very good inventory. I believe every type of rider could find anything. Or you can look for wheel Work horses/play toys. Sure Gibson hunting trip a whole different meaning. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The Honda we looked at was very unique.

As an almost sixty-year-old avid motorcyclist, with forty-eight years of riding experience, owning one-hundred-thirty-seven motorcycles along the way (practicing the catch & release method), I really appreciate the excellent service I receive from the staff at MS PowerSports.Just today I went by to pick up a parts order for my Kawasaki KLR650, and order some odds and ends for my Suzuki DR350. One of the parts for the twenty-one-year-old Suzuki has been discontinued, so Matt immediately offered to submit a locator inquiry through Suzuki, finding four dealers showing the part in stock. As luck would have it, the first dealer I called had the part, and now its on the way to me, allowing me to use the correct original parts. Needless to say, I am a happy boy.This is just one of countless times the staff at MS PowerSports has gone the extra mile to take care of my needs, whether it be in Parts, Sales or Service.I really appreciate it, and think you will too.I highly recommend giving the fine folks at MS PowerSports a chance to take make you a happy boy (or girl) too.

I bought my 2013 Honda Foreman from here when it was brand new. They have been very reasonable on all prices of replacement items I have purchased and fluids for regular maintenance. They have a customer for life with me. I ordered replacement fenders and splash guards and their prices were hundreds cheaper than anything I found online.

A family member bought a new bike from there and they were very nice. They are helpful and not pushy! I liked the way they treat their customers.

Staff were very helpful and very polite. While experience was painless, will definitely shop here again.

I have a 2010 Honda Ruckus that needed a tune up. Called and spoke to Dave who arranged for my scooter to be picked up. He kept in constant contact with me with regards to the necessary repairs and quoted a fair price. Fixed her up like new and delivered back to my house in perfect condition. Great service experience!

I have to say it is very nice to walk into a store and be greeted the very second I walked in and thanked as I’m walking out. Some of the people on the opposite side of the building making sure to tell me to have a good day even though they didn’t take care of me directly. Great job guys!

Would be nice if these guys actually addressed their contact us page. If you are not going to get back to people or answer their questions, then you should not allow people to submit questions there. A little follow through would be nice. It is hard to justify spending any money there with this level of service.

Stephen and the management of MS Power Sports really showed off their genuine character and concern recently in taking care of my bike. I had the bike in for a new drive belt in early June when I suffered a heart attack resulting in open heart surgery and 3 months (and counting) of recovery. MS didnt bat an eyelash when I called to inform them that I couldnt pick up the bike anytime soon. They kept the battery charged and ran the engine regularly until I was able to come get it. Cannot thank you guys enough for that. I can recommend MS Power Sports to anyone looking for a real personal approach to customer service and support!

I have been very impressed with the entire staff at MS Powersports. Over the past several years I have bought two motorcycles from their sales team and Ive had a number of different bikes maintained by their service department. Most recently I had a 2002 BMW R1200C in for replacement of the clutch plate and, while talking it over with the techs, we decided to upgrade the stock 5-speed transmission to a 6-speed unit from a similar bike. They did great work and the bike is performing beautifully. The parts crew is outstanding, often having special order tires and other parts on hand within a day and ready for installation. Since they are a demo shop, you can test ride most bikes in their inventory with proper licensing and endorsements. Great people and great service.

These guys are the best. The way they answered the phone immediately made me confident in their customer service approach. Steven had one of those obscure problems with my Honda engine but he kept pursuing the issue logically. He kept eliminating the obvious until he got to the root cause. My engine ran like new within an hour even though it is twenty years old. You get what you pay for. Nothing good is cheap and nothing cheap is good. Im set for another twenty years. Thank you Steven. Nice mid sized dealership. The times that I have dealt with the sales dept were, first time ok (2014), second must more pleasant, great sales person (2017). I wish that I could recall his name, thou he is in parts now. I hate to say it, but parts service, including service check out, can be hit or miss. Some times just finding an employee can be frustrating. When you do usually the service is good. This is due to minimal staffing in parts and service, management call?

They mention the extended warrantys and move on if you are not interested. They dont make you feel like an idiot if you dont buy one. Thanks to Matt and the Service Dept. I was on my way home and I had to get a rear tire for my Goldwing. They had the tire and had me back on the road within a hour. Great customer service....

Bought my bike from there, overall great experience and a great group of people to do business with

I paid for a diagnosis and they said that one thing was the problem. So I had them fix what they said was the problem and turn out that it wasnt even close to what the problem was. So one of the things thay they said that they done check was the problem and was on backwards. So I end up spending 173.73 on a part and 280.00 on there labor. Which should only came to 80.00 if they would have checked what they said they check. The whole point of diagnosis is for them to find out whats wrong, not having you throw money away for something thats not the problem. Then the bike still wasnt running when I pick it up. Cause they said it wasnt nothing else they could do. So I took it to another shop and not even a day they had it running. It was a piece that they so call check that was on backwards. So I had them check the part that they said was bad and it was good. So they had me spend money on things that that I didnt need . Its like the hospital you go in for a cold then you leave out with your arm cut off. Im just speaking on my experience. Having to pay two different shop for one cheap job

Im disappointed in this company. Im a fairly regular customer and called to get a price on getting a couple tire tubes replaced. They quoted me $70 which is high but I said ok. When i got there they said it would be $98 which is pretty big increase in 30 minutes. I assumed tax and cost of tube. My little boy was with me so I said ok because he was anxious to ride. When i finally got the invoice they had added $7.00 under misc which is 10% of the quoted price. When questioned about it they really couldnt come up with a coherent explanation and didnt offer to refund it. How about just saying We like to screw our customers out of an extra 10% just because?

Overpriced. Bought tires and charged me 150 dollars extra than what other places would have charged me for same tires. Took advantage of me because i needed my bike inspected and back tire wouldnt pass inspection. Will never go back and hope other people follow suit .

They didn’t do the job right the first time and they said it was done went to pick up the 4 wheeler and it was leaking and that was after two months of them having it and so they got a gasket and kept it another month and now got it home and there’s bolts missing never going back there again and they kept giving us the run around about it
