I drove 45 minutes to purchase a range, that I had verified you had in stock. I couldn’t come into the store because I didn’t have a mask. The employee In the store was kind and sorry he didn’t have a mask to offer us.Store owner, you lost a very easy sale and wasted my time!

Wouldnt let us in without a mask and the lady was rude about it so we went to another Used appliance store purchased a freezer, refrigerator ,stove, washer and dryer for my sons new house. they lost a good sale

I bought a used set about a month ago. A few days after it was delivered the timer went out on the washer. They sent out service techs promptly and replaced the entire washer. I’ve had no problems since. The lady in the store and the lady I spoke with to coordinate the repair were both amazing.

Bought a washer and dryer. Both were junk! Wasted $600. Dryer began to screech after a month, then quit working. Theyll waste all of your time coming back and forth to your home in a BS attempt to act like they know how to troubleshoot and fix appliances.So so instead of honoring the fact that we consumers chose to patronize their business- the owner becomes argumentative, then the gas lighting begins...look at the responses to the other reviews. I will be filing a complaint to the state.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. FOLKS AT C0NNS AND BADCOCK ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL just to name a few.

Purchased an almost $800 range from this store. I was told there is a 1 year warranty on my purchase since the unit was brand new. I bought the stove for use at a rental property. Upon installing I noticed the back legs of the stove were damaged due to a dent. The dent caused the leveling kit to be ineffective. I was not able to install the anti-tip bracket because of this. I called 2 days past my 30 day warranty which was not conveyed to me at time of purchase. Took 5 days to get in touch with the owner, who claimed I reached out a week after my warranty expired. My phone records indicate otherwise. These stores are located in low-income neighborhoods and are no better than the rent-a-centers, taking advantage of the residents. Do not shop here. You can get a way better deal shopping lowes or home depot. I bought from here simply due to convenience.**Updated for feedback from Owners**YOU sell product. YOU state there is a 1 year warranty. YOU should make it right. I even offered to buy another product that would work. YOU did not nothing. Manufacturer will not warranty product without original receipt.

Great experience with ts appliances... even though theirs a (no refund policy) since nothing was taken out of the store they were kind enough to return my money... I must say it was not because of the products but due to wrong measurements on my part. I would definitely recommend this place (two thumbs up)

I have a rental property and my renters called me with a flooding issue. She let me know they had purchased a washer & dryer from Taylor smith Appliances. Upon installation the washer wasn’t hooked up correctly which caused renters carpets to be flooded throughout the night. As the property owner I contacted the company to let them know the issue & was giving the owners phone number. When I contacted him to let him know the washer wasn’t installed correctly which caused flooding in the home & caused damage to the carpet, he told me he would NOT come out to soak up the water that had flooded our home but would “fix” the washer. If the washer would’ve been installed correctly by his employees we wouldn’t be having this flooding issue. He stated he wasn’t responsible for the carpet but would fix the washer. This is bad business & very unprofessional when the issue was the installation & now we’re stuck with a possible carpet cleaning bill because of a mistake they made. Nothing wrong with making mistakes we’re all human but FIX your mistake and make it right. I would NOT recommend this company!

My wife and I went everywhere to try and find a deal on a washer with no luck. I found this place and they were wonderful. They had plenty of options and worked a great deal on a washer. They are the perfect place to get any appliance you need!! Had a great experience there!.

Taylor Smith is a family run business. And have great merchandise, they also have affordable prices, great costumer service. On my vacation I stopped in and picked out a great washer and dryer for my boyfriend.

Love this place! Was in a pinch and needed a dryer! They were very reasonable and after a year dryer still works great! I tell everyone who needs a good appliance and good prices to visit these guys!!!!!

They were very honest regarding what was wrong with my dryer as to the people I called out who wanted to replace a part that was not broken and charge a lot of money. The people there are also very polite and friendly. I recommend that everyone in the Kings Mountain area to go there.

Will never step foot back in this store again. The customer service was terrible. If I spend money in a store I expect to be treated with respect. Would not recommend to anyone.

Don’t believe the good reviews about this store. This store sales repaired items with a 30 day warranty. My dryer lasted one month and 19 days and broke after hardly no use. They wanted more money and rudely hung up the phone saying “I can’t help you” over and over. It would have cost them next to nothing to fix the issue. If you choose to buy there after reading this you was warned!!

I purchased a refrigerator from them for $400 after 10 days the freezer stopped working and the fridged quit working I had just purchased groceries. Once I contacted them they send out someone to fix it after 5 days the refrigerator did the exact same thing. Frost up and stop working, send out tech again after 3 days same exact scenario by then I had already lost over $300 worth of food, I asked for a different fridge this time I received another broken one, called them to ask for my money back or half of it and they wont do nothing about it and claim my house has infestation funny how all of the other appliances are working just fine. I have no roaches or mice .. its cheap but dont buy from this place it will only cost you more in the long run. I payed a tech to come and look at it, And I just simply got ripped off.!! The fridge is not fixable.

We drove from our house in Clover when it was storming outside to see a refrigerator at this shop. We arrived 20 minutes prior to closing, only wanting to look at the refrigerator, not wanting to purchase it at this time due to funding not being in quite yet. When we arrived at the store, it was 20 minutes prior to closing, they had already turned out lights, and the lady inside said they were closed and offered nothing else, not to ask if we were there to see something or anything. It ended up being a wasted trip, in the rain and thunderstorms. It is also very clear that they do not care about doing much business if they are so willing to turn away a customer, or potential customer. My advice, go pick another shop. Bad customer service can lead to so many other problems that it isnt worth your time to shop at an establishment with these policies.

Purchased a refridgerator that does not work. After a week having this refridgerator for a week we realized it doesnt work. We have a receipt with a date of warranty date of 2/12/17. They offered to come get the refrigerated and bring out another. The other is a much less of a refrigerator with much less options on it. The original was a 2015 kenmore stainless steel with ice and water dispense on the front. They replaced with a Samsung 2010 with no extra options. When the owner was here delivering I stated I wasnt sure I liked the refridgerator and the man stated he was NOT returning it to his wearhouse. I stated that was ok I understand not hauling it back that we would bring it back to them for our refund. He stated he was absolutely NOT refunding and left the old and new refridgerator here and said he did not like the way I was talking to him and was leaving. When they delivered the refridgerator last weekend they tore our vinyl flooring under the fridge. When they arrived to deliver today I forewarned them that last time the floor got torn if we could be a little more careful this time. As they went to take the original purchase he lifted it up and tore the floor right in the middle of the kitchen as well as knocking our walls while coming through our foyer. I am very dissatisfied with this business and was told we were absolutely getting no refund even if we delivered these back to them. On top of all this, the replacement refrigerator is covered inside with mold. Who on earth delivers that to a family for use, and expects them to be satisfied with your business.
