Health inspection came today...found this place close by and thank goodness! They had the test strips and thermometers I needed...even had the replacement blade for my can opener. Thanks JR. Will be back!

I found this place when looking for some kitchen gadgets. They have a great showroom of smallwares and new equipment as well as some high quality used equipment. I was impressed first by the selection and then by the prices!! Great place with great service.

I needed a specific size prep cooler fast and couldnt wait a couple of days for shipping. A friend recommended this place so I wouldnt have to drive all the way to Dallas (Im in Caddo Mills). I called and they said they had a used one. I was skeptical at first but the sales guy said it was in great shape AND it was already clean. A couple of hours later, I arrived to take a look. To my surprise, they had plugged it in immediately after talking to me on the phone, just so I could see that is was working when I got there. AND it WAS clean! Got it for a great price too!This place has new and used restaurant equipment, new and used small wares, and all kinds of other things. I found a small patio table with chairs for my house in the back of the warehouse and got those for a good price as well.Also found out they do online auctions. I am in!!

I have been buying new small wares, ordered special items from their store and purchased from many of their auctions over the past several years. I have always had great, friendly, professional, fast service from them and their awesome warehouse staff! I LOVE shopping in their showroom for small wares, they always have what I need and more! And every auction posted is as exciting as Christmas Day throughout the year! Hard to beat their prices, even online and hands down GREAT customer service! I love JR Restaurant Direct and will be doing business with them for years to come! They deserve a 10 star!

I had some restaurant equipment in storage that I was no longer using. This place explained they could buy it, consign it, or put it in one of their auctions. I decided to consign my cooler, and have them put the rest in an auction.Turns out I made more money than I thought I would from the auction! Thanks JR!

As an owner of a business, situations come up where we need to find a product fast and for a very good price. I can not say enough about Sean with JRs Restaurant Supply in Rockwall. Sean always does everything he can to help me find the item I am looking for and always works to get me the best deals. I work in Greenville TX and this place is a lot closer than driving all the way to Dallas for my smallwares. Theyve got quite a selection in house and if they dont have what you need, they will order it. Great experience!

Won some refrigeration stuff in one of their auctions. Guess what? All the motors and compressors were there. Just like the pictures showed.Screw the other auction companies.

The most unprofessional company. They will waste your time, and if you have equipment worth of $7000 they will offer you $1500 and then they say they will pick it up and then they say oh we cant today and then if you take a $1000 we will pick it up today. They are rude very unprofessional. They are scam. Dont even waste time calling them. The guy who his name is Jason will try to take advantage of you.
