The customer service at this location is horrible. Its like the employees devalue you if they perceive you NOT to be of Hispanic origin. The cashier did not speak English and didnt tell me yet when front end mgr. Arrived to see what I was requesting, she continued to insinuate that I couldnt read the ad posting as a store representative on the floor told me that they were substituting another water brand. The front end clerk seemed to become annoyed when I asked her if the male who stated this to me didnt speak English either. I requested to speak to a store mgr. At this time she left the front area on what I assumed was to tell store mgr. That I wanted to speak with them. I waited for 12 min and 49 sec. before a Mgr. Arrived. The employees also seem to take for granted that if you dont look like them, you dont speak Spanish. Not until the 8 min. mark did the front end Mgr. Make a loud speaker call requesting a store mgr, in Spanish might I add. The store mgr, Isabel finally arrived. When she did, rather than coming to speak with me as Id already waited over 12 min., she went to front end Mgr to allow her to give her story. I asked Isabel if she thought this was professional in which she replied she wanted to hear what my issue was. I told her that Id already waited long enough and that her front mgr. would no doubt be there after Id left. I told Isabel that there was no point in speaking with her now because she had already shown impartiality and requested to speak with a GM. Isabel told me that she could not give out his number, only his name-Carlos. I requested the corporate office no. And left store. I sat in parking lot crying after the way Id just been treated. As I sat there, Isabel emerged outside of the door on her cell phone doing what I would bet the farm on: calling Carlos to try to beat the story of the unprofessional behavior of her and the front end Mgr. When el rancho puts a sign on their door stating Mexicans or Spanish speakers only I will stop shopping their stores. And then I will call LULAC and NAACP Dallas chapters to demand justice. They must do better by consumers paying their wages!!!

So I thought I bought BEEF and I go home start cooking then realize after everything,the meat I got was actually PORK well none of my family eats PORK so I had to turn off everything of the middle of me cooking. I went back to the store and told a employee about them giving me pork and not beef so the employee called a manager then THE MANAGER EXPECTED ME TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE OF THE MEAT! it was not my fault that they gave me the wrong label on my meat thats their employers fault but they really wanted me to pay the difference.

The fresh tortillas I bought had green mold the day after I bought them and they still had 3 days before use date.

This is good place to get cakes bread and all kinds of stuff

As soon as you walk in the smell of freshly baked bread will have your stomach growling. Super fresh meat section with the widest selection and variety I have ever seen. Its not a big super market store so not every small thing is there, but believe me, it more than makes up for it.

SEAFOOD LOVERS : U have to go to this place because they make the best Ceviche de Pescado like OMG 🤗👌💯🙏 with some tostadas any kind will do but I love the chipotle ones, YOU HAVE TO TRY IT TO KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. ... DELICIOSO ! ! 👍😊

You can find food and other things that you cant find in other foods. The fruits and vegetables are also ripe and not moldy like other stores. Highly recommend.

Mostly offers Hispanic products at cheap prices but every one is welcome to try it out you never know it might become one of yours favorite stores.

At first I was so excited that they had open an El Rancho near my home. Since theyve opened, Ive been here at least a dozen times and today was a very disappointing visit. I ordered chicharrones/pork skins and crumbling cheese from the fresh meat/cheese market area. The cheese was hard, salty and stale tasting. The pork skins were chewy and stale. I will only return to buy corn tortillas in an emergency, otherwise I will do the rest of my shopping at the store on Coit and Spring valley.

The beef at this store is excellent and the selection is very different than American grocery stores. I shop here often but I dont recommend getting bulk groceries here due to higher prices than Kroger or Walmart but definitely visit here for pastries and meat.

I live very close but hardly ever do to this store. I probably go 3 times a year and just because I cant drive all the way to my fave store. This store is clean and very well organized. I should be going more often. Just the parking lot is always jammed with cars and is always full. Nonetheless its a great store to go to if you are making a Mexican dish and you needs specific ingredients. They literally have everything youll need !!!!!!! Will definitely return sooner than later.

Neighborhood Hispanic Supermarket. Prices are good and the price of beef was really good. I felt a bit awkward at first because I dont speak Spanish and everything is written in Spanish, but people were helpful and friendly (Staff and other customers) and made sure I found things. I will definitely shop here regularly.

Great Prices ( Price per unit ), Reasonable meat options / prices .If your looking for a grocery store with international imports goods this is the store for you . They have multiple fruit / vegetable options. Also have a meat market area for fresh meat . Within the store the have sevral small vendors ( hispanic based ice cream , desserts ) at you disposal . Additional vendors of small jelwerer and cell phone service domestic / international .An for the men they have beautiful flowers at the entrance of the store for purchase for the women you would like to impress at a stagering Dozen @ 10.99 USD

Could use better parking and the store needs to upgraded to a bigger facility. Its too small for the amount of foot traffic. But the staff is nice and helpful to find items

Nice to shop at..

Though they usually have good bargains, this store is only a go to for pre-packaged items for me. They have a persistent problem with FLIES. There are usually dead flies in their produce, meat dept, and dairy refrigerators.

Good selection of Latin products. They lack organization and is constantly smelling like the food is rotting. How the product/displays are organized makes it hard to move around the aisles. Better choices close by.

This store will not honor price for 88 cent lunchables in Flipp ad. They claim that it was a misprint. I have been using Flipp for a while and I have never experienced this.

Customer service is definitely not number one here, they have alot of young high school/college kids here so it makes sense. My rating is more based on the deals you can get on meats and the quality, always fresh and marinated well and they always have specials. My fave-Chicken Milanesa, so cheap and perfect.

I was new to the area and wanted to just stop in and see how it was and I found a sweet bread with cream cheese in the middle in their bakery department that I am now hooked on. They also have very beautiful cakes that are freshly made to order as well as some to sell in store.

Very good meat market here. the fajitas marinadas are excellent. they also have a lot of checkers at the register so the lines are never long.

When Im in Dallas, I always stop by El Rancho in Garland. This is the best place around for Fajita Marinada. Its always tender and marinaded, on top of being on sale. I highly recommend it.

This place is great but I give it only 4 stars because its small and always very busy. The marinated fajita chicken and beef is the best Ive tasted, even better than La Michiocana.

Its just like all the other Ranchos except smaller and this one doesnt have the tortilleria, juice/salad stand, or the hot meal kitchen. They do have a very small kitchen where they sell pollo asado, carnitas, barbacoa, chicharrones etc. and a bakery.

Its a nice store thats very clean. Come check-out time it was like being at a Walmart. 60 ppl and 2 lanes open. Ppl with full carts going thru the only express lane.

Staff is friendly and as helpful as they can be... just wish there were English speaking meat market workers. Store is clean and bakery is awesome.

I think the only thing I like is that its close to home & some employees are nice. I dont like that there isnt enough parking outside The traffic in the parking is horrible & people are rude & dont move or drive by to fast. Some dont yeild for pedistrians. Rude! (So watch your kids) The store is very small & crowded inside. A lot of times they dont have what I came for. Sometimes the fruit & veggies are fresh but Ive also seen other times that they are not so fresh. They dont have much of a wide selection of pan de dulce. They have some already prepared food at the back. Its pretty ok good, but kinda pricey for the size. I dont really like the constant fast crowded hustle of this place. This is why I dont go there anymore.

El Rancho Supermarket needs and express lane 15 items or less. Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 items.

Not bad, but as usual the parking lot is horrifying. Either there is no where to park (not so bad all the time), or there are pot holes every where.

Wide variety of mexican grocerys, love coming here for the fresh vegetables and fruits.

They had every thing I needed an more for a quick trip to the store I Will b going back there many more times....it was very clean
