Phenomenal service. Alter going to another business and being charged an absurd amount, I noticed them across the street. They were polite and efficient. I needed some files off of a phone that was no longer accessible. They were able to help me out with a more than reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame. Within an hour. I purchased a phone from this place. 4 months later it gets reported stolen. I called tmobile and explained that I had bought the phone from this place and they told me not to come here anymore. Chris was the phone messaging me on offer up. Now I have a stolen phone that tmobile wont let me use. All my lines are Frozen. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a phone from this place. I dont know what kind of operation they have going but, all there devices are stolen. So embarrassed and lost all my money. They dont answer the phone and have been ignoring my messages.

This place is amazing. I got two great deals on IPHONES. One iPhone was having activation issues took it back and they fixed it with no problems or hassle. They have a customer for life.

These are the go to guys when you need phone repairs, new phones, watches, cases,etc on a budget. They always have a positive attitude and really try and help where they can and provide a warranty on their work.

I wanted to come leave this review because I was also one who came into the store and I looked at reviews and was scared from the reviews, but I gave it a chance and the guys there were wonderful. The iphone I bought was unlocked and Ive had no issues with it. They also gave me a guarentee for the IMEI on the phone. There was Nothing shady about there business to me. Lol and Im not fake or anything like that. They are legit business men. The bad reviews that are on here I have no clue why. I did not experience anything but good service.

Went it today looking for a Pro Max due to their listings on OfferUp... No luck. Had a few that were in subpar condition, and although the guy said he would work on the price... It just wasnt what i was looking for. He did also mention that they would take a trade in and the value he was giving the phone was fair, but still a little disappointed because i went in with high hopes due to their claims of stock availability on their ads and the raving reviews. I will try once more in the future perhaps, but today the experience was just ... Ok.

Bought a S8 Plus & I could barely hear the other person on the line even though the call volume was all the way up. I went back & they swapped the phone for another S8 plus. I went to Metro to connect it & they told me the phone wasnt working. I took it back once again & upgraded to a S9 plus & I connected that one, had it for a day & then the screen just went black.
