The staff here are ALWAYS friendly. Like, Chick-fil-A level of friendly. They always help me find the kind of scents I want in my soaps and wallflowers, which I high appreciate. Give their awesome smells a try.

Since the Greenville location closed due to being charged to much in rent weve had to buy from other locations. That means driving to Rockwall or Garland, and thats at least a 30 minute drive. We often get soaps and scents from competitors due to this. My wife was happy to get some stuff from B&BW today.

The store is beautiful, but seriously, from the time I walked in AT LEAST 6 people asked me why I was in today and if I needed help and if I had tried this and that and how did I like it. It was overkill - and that was all in the 1st 5 minutes I was there. I barely had a chance to look at anything because people kept trying to assist me. Im not a needy shopper and keep to myself, unless I really need help. If I need help, I know how to find someone to help me. It definitely awesome to welcome your customers and see if they need help, but that should be sufficient. I really would have loved to explore the store and smell the new scents. I was armed with my coupon and everything. I look forward to exploring, but the constantly hovering help every time I got close to smelling anything was too much. I ended up buying the one thing I was out of and an antibacterial and I left.

Bath and body works in general is always a friendly store, but this Firewheel one is extra friendly. My wife enjoys this location because of some of the staff she has dealt with in the past. Today we had the pleasure to meet Mrs Veronica, she explained today 3 for 3 sale and was telling us about all the new products and how they were made, lot more than they just smell good. The store is smaller than some other locations, which is great for my wife since she has trouble walking long distances, they are still always well stocked.Bath and body works seems to be carrying a lot more essential oil products. I feel they have gone from a scent store to more of a body care store.I had to check out the mens tiny section over in the corner. Great stuff, just no purchase today.My wife made a 3 for 3 purchase, also used her coupons.Sign up for their Emails and Coupon Program, great offers

DeQuita was an excellent help. She knows the store front to back. I love the way she refers to products as he or she. DeQuita asks good questions and listens. She doesnt waste time or energy trying to talk you into a scent that you dont really like.

There was a guy in the front. Very helpful. There was another young lady that helped me out. But just kinda offered one or two products and walked away. When I got to the check stand the girl did not say anything. I would have expected a, “did you find everything okay”. Not even that. No sort of communication skill. I had a coupon on my phone and she turned and told im guessing the manager and she just seemed frustrated and said no we don’t take coupons. Gave me an explanation to why they didn’t to be honest if a coupon wont work I wont make a big deal out of it. Worked retail before... I know sometimes coupons don’t work in some stores. One of the most saddest experiences inside of a bath and body works.

You really need to work on your customer service skills. I just spent $140 on CANDLES and I asked for an extra bag because the one with 2 crates was too heavy for me. So I am told that they cant give me an extra BAG. A BAG, its a piece of paper! I was told by two employees that they cant give me an extra bag and I quote we need them to last us through tomorrow. Smh Then as I am walking out I see a lady with 2 bags. Horrible customer service experience today.

This store is terrible. The managers here have a horrible attitude. I have personally heard them argue with a lady over returning a wallflower plug in that refused to return. Same thing happened to me today, except with a lotion that was curdling. I had to call customer service and complain, because it was such a terrible experience and I know that’s not how it’s supposed to be based on my experiences with other stores. Customer service completely agreed and said it is not how the store should be run. I really hope they either train the poor attitude out of them or replace them with people more deserving...reading some of these reviews, it looks like this kind of treatment towards customers is common. I will say the woman at the door with the hijab was sweet as ever, they should make her manager. Also, I completely forgot to mention to customer service that they flat out refused for me to use any coupons during the sale. I had two, one on the app and one in hand.

They always have a tremendous assortment of stock to choose from and if youre patient you can find deals on the things you really want and need. Weekend shopping can be a little cray cray tho heads up as they are packed.

Coming from a guys perspective; and this guy has a very acute sense of taste and smell, this place is a sensory overload! However. The prices are pretty good and they have a large selection of lovely smelling soaps, lotions, candles and body spray which all make my wife smell great and that makes her happy so... Im happy.

This store lacks in customer service big time! I was the only person waiting in line and none of the five employees tried to help me. They were chatting behind the counter. A fat lady with dark hair was talking to the other employees and she told one of them “ring me up.” I said , “Hello... Can someone please check out my items.” They kept talking. Very disrespectful. I would fire all of them. Then a guy said can I help you? Really?! Anyway he rang up the products and he asked me for my phone number I said why do you need it? You don’t really need it. He said no! I said ok! Theses people need some serious training or fire them!

I would have given more stars but the sales clerk refused to give me smaller bags. I told her I prefer smaller bags because I want to split the 15 soaps into 5 but refused. Actually for a Senior to carry one big bag with 15 hand soaps is too heavy for my shoulder. She should at least have put them in 3 bags but refused . She told me she can give me small individual plastic bags , so I said ok although I have no use for them.But there was one staff who was friendly and I asked her and she was nice to give me some smaller bags. So I gave you 2 stars.

Everyone I know and my entire family LOVE the 3 wick candles! We shop in person, online, and send these wonderful candles as gifts! I especially love scents like Warm Vanilla Sugar. I like the way the house smells like Ive baked! I use these at work also and customers always compliment how good they smell. Customers really like the handsoap as well! :)

I purchased 10 shower gels in semi annual sale as gifts. Then I would like to have 7 smallest paper bags to split them to my friends. The staff made me put those paper bags back even though I paid a lot for my stuff. Never come back, bad customer service. I should have purchased one by one and made your job more difficultly???

I wanted to initially give no stars. In order to leave a review, you have to give1 star. They don’t deserve any stars. Notice the consistency with bad customer service. They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have never had a good experience at this location. Tried to do an exchange and the cashier had a major power trip. She informed me that they have a policy if you don’t like your product, it has to be more than half full, the next time I decide to do an exchange or return. I was told to keep that in mind. Then she pulled the trash can out and stood there and poured the entire lotion I was returning into the trash in front of all the customers. There was a line of 8 people behind me. Insisted that was policy and the customers could wait because I was returning product I didn’t like. She was rude and the manager watched this and was having a separate conversation as she was leaving for the day. None of the employees are friendly and have a negative vibe. The product sells itself, not the employees. Upper management needs to do a surprise visit on a Sunday before closing to see who is representing the company. Guarantee that they would clean house. This store is dirty, dead bugs randomly thru out the store and the associates are rude. Stay away from here, this is a horrible place to shop.

They would not allow us to use 20% coupon because they claim. The physical copy has to be present not true every other store has allowed me to use a picture and gave me the discount. The manager was just mean mugging if you hate your job. Do something else. I will not be back to this store . If I could do no stars thats how I would rate this store.

We have experienced negative experiences on numerous occasions. The newest one is that they refused to take the 20% off coupon even though it was the legitimate one, just because its on google. It was the SAME EXACT coupon that was given in the email. We couldnt pull up the email at the time which is why we pulled it from search.In the past, weve experienced rudeness from the manager over the pricing of a candle, which we got overcharged for while it was cheaper online. When I attempted to show her the online price, she stated that she doesnt accept the online prices and got rather snarky with me.We normally enter this store joyful looking at products, go to checkout (or try to!) and leave unhappy -- usually after putting items back and leaving without purchasing in disappointment.We will never give this location any more business. There is friendlier locations than this one. Such as the Frisco, Plano, and Allen stores.

I always like their products. Even though the price is a little more than the usual products. The fragrance of the lotion or the mist is always unique. Thwy had some promotion going on. We bought 3 lotions at a very good price. Unfortunately they ran out of body mist for women. In fact I did not find any such product for women on the shelf. And ended up buying body mist for men. The staff at the counter didnt seem to be apologetic about it.

The manager is quite snippy. She always comes up with a reason for why I can’t use my coupons. I try to go when I think she won’t be working but she is always there! Even if the coupon says in the fine print that it can be combined with another coupon, she comes up with a reason as to why I can’t do it. I went to another location in Plano and they allowed me to use my coupons for what I wanted, no problem. The Firewheel location is closer and more convenient for me, but I will be going to the Plano location from now on :(

Horrible customer service!I purchased a large amount in one order from this bath and body works. I ended up taking everything back because I noticed the prices online would ensure me a better deal. NOTHING was ever taken out of the bag (I literally purchased the items no more than three hours prior to returning them.) I explained that I would be purchasing online since the candles that I actually wanted were on sale online (I had originally picked out the candles I wanted in store, only to be told they were not part of the $15 deal....despite the sign sitting directly in front of them.) I picked different candles from the $15 shelf, although they were not the ones I originally wanted.When I went to return them, the original lady was very nice and patient. I gave her my receipt and the full (untouched) bag of merchandise. She scanned the receipt and began scanning items back into the system. When she got to two hand soaps, she said they were not on the receipt. I explained that that was impossible because I had not touched anything in the bag since I purchased it. She called another girl over...big mistake. I really wish I would have caught her name because she was RUDE. She briefly scanned the receipt and said these arent on the receipt. Again, I calmly explained that that was not possible because I paid for everything together and nothing had been removed from the bag. She asked me who helped me earlier and I described her to which she replied well, thats our manager and I can GUARANTEE she didnt make a mistake. Cool....so managers arent humans now. Good to know. She continued to have an attitude and she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I didnt hesitate to accept...another mistake. The manager on duty was rude as well....although she WAS able to find the products on the receipt..crazy...they were there all along as I had said. She refused to take my license because I didnt have the physical copy (its in the mail, but I did have a paper copy.) Annoying, but understandable...policies are policies and I cant fault her for that. She said I could not make the return without a valid physical license, so she loaded everything back in the bag and sent me on my way.Think its over? Nope. Think again.The next day my mother was kind enough to return the items while I was at work, knowing the policy on the license situation. Since mine wont be in for another week or so, she took them back for me. She went in at 12noon and the lady told her she didnt have enough cash to do the full return, but would return the candles and she could come back after work (5) to return the rest. No biggie. My mom comes back at 5PM and tries to return the remaining items. Again, they give her trouble and almost refuse to return the items.Now look, I can completely understand if I brought in a half used filthy bag of candles and asked for my money back, but these were BRAND NEW...never been touched...hadnt even exited my car!!! I came in with the original receipt time stamped for not even 3 hours later....why give me such a difficult time? Why be so horribly rude to a CUSTOMER?!? Its not like the company wasnt getting my business (until now)...I had planned on placing a large order online....now? Forget it. The bad experience in this particular store has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have never had such bad customer service and as much as I adore bath and body works, I simply cannot shop at a company that allows their employees to treat their customers that way. I can overlook a lot...people are stressed...it was Saturday...they were busy and I was making a return. I get ALL of that...but rather than being a total jerk, how about a smile? How about a Im sorry after you treated me like scum and basically called me a liar when you couldnt find an item on my receipt, yet your manager found it promptly when she reviewed it. How about a you know, Im so sorry for the inconvenience but our policy is blah blah.blah... Sad that one group of employees ruin a good place like this. Happy shopping (just not here!)

It varies depending on day and helper. Generally, I have a nice experience. Usually can get help and are greeted at front. However, high prices and a varied and seriously inconsistent product offering makes for frustration. The more I like a product, the less of a chance I will ever see it again! Many others have complained about this too. Apparently, corporate doesnt really care. I wait until I have some really good coupons and they have a clearance sale before going in. That is the only way I can shop here. Otherwise, its off to Walmart!
