Came to target to get an album they said they had 10 in the back asked one guy to help and he went to the back to look for them left and took about 30 minutes to come back with no info. asked a girl to help, she left to the back took even MORE time at that point i was waiting there for about an hour just for her to come back and tell me another worker put them up and she couldnt find them . very bad service, wasted time .

The only reason I come here is for the employees like Kyle. Always in a great mood and ready to help.

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: DRIVE-UP. While ordering on the App, it says in four different places that the order will be “Ready in 2 Hours.” HOWEVER, after talking with the Store Manager, it’s actually 2-4 HOURS. I found this out at 8:30pm when I discovered I’d have to come the next day to pick up my order. Just wanted to let others know in case you believed what is stated on the App.

STEVE in Guest Service acted as though he didn’t want to help my sister out ! She asked if she could purchase 2 things at the service desk and he said with an attitude “ That’s not really what we do here but I guess I can do it here “ I’ve seen multiple people buy things at Guest Service as I used to work there . He just seemed soo rude as if he didn’t want to help us out . We were the only ones in line . Some customer service he has. NOT !!!

Today was a day that I was followed by a male shopper around the store with my kids. I reported this and they jumped in to immediate action, they formed a circle around my kids and I and walked us to the bathroom when my daughter had to go, kept the circle around us as we checked out and then walking out of the store. And escorted us out the store and watched till we left. They let me know that we were safe. This being a single mother going to Target to get out of the house to do something with the kiddos, was amazing to know that I was alone in looking out for my kids. Thank you ❤️❤️

Sadly I’m leaving this review on my favorite location.The staff has helped me numerous occasions by going above in service. I used to consider it friendly and the example that all locations should mimic. The cleanliness is still great however the atmosphere has changed since masks ...I’m leaving this because I have witness it several times with other customers and now that it’s happened to me I’m inclined to leave this review.As I walked in, before I could say anything I was approached with a patronizing ,yet almost passive aggressive tone about wearing a mask. It felt repelling & almost like I was greeted by an officer. It would have been better if they welcomed and greeted me first instead of going straight into the reprimand as if I’m a 6 yr old. The People around me and myself felt awkward and uncomfortable. I wasn’t even given a chance to reach in my pocket to get my own mask before the employee reached for her own box of masks... that was such a mood killer for the rest of the experience. I won’t be going back to any target until masks are optional.

Staff was so friendly and helpful in assisting me right at the door. Was able to browse. Make selections and even modify them before I submitted it and was ready within hours!

This target is always out of stock of so many things and their variety is not the best. I’ve been to smaller targets with more variety of things such as groceries and clothes.

The person who checked me out. She was so friendly and had such a positive, “can do” attitude it made me feel really good about my shopping experience. The other very important thing to me is the cleanliness and how Target is so committed to keeping the store as COVID-19 free as possible. The shopping carts, the wipe-down stations and personnel taking care of cleaning the carts and baskets, masks if needed, the checkout stations, all of it! Thank-you Target for caring and for hiring great people!

This is a huge store, well lit and clean. I havent been to this specific location Im a while so when I was there I marveled at the size.There is a lot to choose from obviously with this size. They have a large electronic section which I love and really good prices. They also gave a red card that if you use you get another 5% off your purchase.There are over 20 checkout lanes and two self checkout lanes with a total of 4 stations. I didnt immediately see other services like that at the front of a Wal-Mart.

I bought 3 different pints of ice cream and 2 of the 3 had freezer burn. It looks like they melted and we’re refrozen. The store it’s self is ok but I wouldn’t recommend frozen items.

I did self checkout but the team member who was over seeing self checkout was so kind and helpful. She wrapped up my glass items for my while I was scanning other stuff. I felt that she went above and beyond. She did not have to do that and she did. Also she helped me with scanning my gift cards that I purchased. Overall everyone I met their this morning was very lovely and helpful.

The customer service is outstanding!!! The Target employees that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are always willing to assist regardless of the task. Theres no task too large or small.

Target is my go-to store. I pick up groceries, dog treats or food, cleaning supplies and most important grandkids toys. Every employee I have come into contact with at this store, if they see me looking, always ask me if I need any help. I save with my target card, but unfortunately miss out on the savings only available through your cell phone; I have one but it does not connect to the internet.

This store has been an excellent store to visit during the COVID pandemic! They keep the store extremely clean and have a great process to keep checkout areas and carts clean for every customer. I make it a point to come to this location in North Garland.This location is far superior to multiple locations I have visited in the area; including Frisco, Plano, and Wylie locations... I have been to them all.

This Target has some serious issues with stocking fresh food products. This is my 4th time buying expired food. Please check expiration labels before buying. It costs more to drive back to return than tossing it out.

Target has great Target circle offers and RedCard offers. Love the more natural brands for almost everything!

I give this place no stars because of one of their guest advocates associates!!! i was shopping for a pair of socks when one of their store associates that appears to have been working in the jewelry department kept glancing over at me shopping; from the department next to the one i was in. like i would steal a pack of 12 socks for $5.

I went here to return my airpods because i bought the wrong item. But the lady Ka* did not let me do that and she said the series number not matched..... I had never used it...how it couldnt match? I went to another location, they accepted it and said everything matched.... very disappointing....

So easy to order in App. And pickup was a snap! First time Ive made a curbside pick up order and it was awesome. I will be back again and again!!

I asked a question and got helped right away by Target employee Daniel. He took the time to go show me the product and brand I was looking for kind of like a salesman. In and out right away! Completely satisfied with my product and customer assistance!

Im at Target right now speaking with Nathan who told confirmed they have the 70 inch Elment TVS for $299, but were told not to sale. We knew this because the other target sent us their way because they sold out of theirs. Nathan used his Walkie to ask a guy named Antonio or Antoine to confirm why they cant sell them, and Antonio said the big boss said dont sell them yet because they are way too cheap and probably a mistake (meanwhile all the targets in Mckinney and surrounding areas are selling out and even told us they had 2 in stock. Nathan then asked another lady through his walkie by the name of Annie and she they said not to sell them, and to tell (me) the customer they are out of stock (I heard this through the walkie talkie and she didnt know I was standing right next to him). Annie finally comes out and says they are all out of stock, and claims she audited them out. Meanwhile, I tell her i heard everything she said. She just looks at me all agitated, and said we dont have any in stock. Horrible, dishonest service service from them, and corporate needs to know.

I would most likely tell people to at least check Target out if they are looking for something. Ive had mixed feelings about most of my visits to Target. Todays visit was no exception. While some things were great, other things were not so great. I find prices high at Target except for some of the clearance items. The signage is confusing for prices. There was a 50% off sign over one of the counters but only some of the items on the shelves had sale tags on them. I asked an employee to help me. He acted as if it was a hassle and he didnt want to be bothered. He looked and ran his wand thing over the item I was interested in and said it wasnt on sale. I told him that the signage was confusing since it said 50% off right above. He tried to say that maybe it was the other side that was 50% off until I explained that that side said 30% off. It doesnt make any sense to have a sign over a shelf where half the things are on sale and the other half are not. We were happy to find that one of the clearance items we bought rang up less than it was ticketed for. Had we known that other items might have been marked down further than what their tags showed, we might have bought several more items. They lost out on selling us more because of this. Happy with the 2 items we bought but annoyed by the customer service and other issues with store.

The Target location I went to is in Dallas county. Garland East. The governor of Texas has mandated face masks in all businesses. I wear a face mask. I saw customers in the store still not wearing face masks. I spoke to the manager while I was there and informed him of the customers that were not adhering to the mandatory face mask policy and he said he could not enforce it. The manager told me all he could do was post signs on the front of the store. I couldnt believe it. Very disappointing. I will be reporting this manager and this store for not following the mandatory face mask policy in Dallas county and I will not be returning to Target.

The barista Melody made my mood go from mad to happy! I just got off a bad phone call and she and her cute pink hair were a bright spot in my morning. Target and Starbucks is lucky to have her making guests have an excellent experience.

I love this store. I never need to go anywhere else. It has everything and the nicest staff at any Target or any store ever. SALMA is the best!!!!! She helped me out tremendously today and has every visit.

Good customer service from a nice young man named Mario. He saw me looking for a price on a lawn chair and stopped to help me. I gathered from his conversation, he was on his way to do another task, but asked if I needed assistance. He checked the price on a price check machine and when I asked if that was including the 20% off sale price, he couldnt tell me because he didnt know if $27.00 was the original price. Calling another nice young man over with a hand-held price scanner, it read$27.00, but the posted sign clearly said 20% off through Saturday, June 8th. Both agreed that I should get the discounted price and that brought the price down to $21.92. Its service like this that makes me keeping coming back to Target or really any store or business. If I dont get good customer service when Im out shopping, I will not do business with them. There are too many stores and businesses, that sell or have the same products to be bothered with poor customer service, whether they are having a bad day, woke up on the wrong side of the bed or whatever, thats not my problem. My time and money can be spent someplace else. Thank you for a great experience on a late Friday evening when I really didnt want to get out. Mario put me in a good mood and wish I got the other young man that helped us.

I love everything about target tbh

My son and I came into target to buy the How to Train Your Dragon: the Hidden World video release and when we went over to the display and started looking an employee named Hannah that was walking buy stopped and asked if we had seen the movie yet. My son who is a big fan of the franchise excitedly said yes and started talking about his favorite parts and how it had related to previous works in the series and to my surprise instead of walking away like an employee at most other stores would she stayed and had a lovely conversation with him. It was clear to me that she must have also been a fan as she appeared very knowledgeable on the subject. After the talk she helped us pick the right version of the video for us and continued on her way, but let me just say the experience made my sons day! will definitely be choosing this target over other retailers in the future!!!

I like to price match and save money for my family. I went to target last night to price match Shampoos. The cashier called John because she didn’t feel comfortable price matching them to Walmart for me. John came looked up the items on their little hand held thing and couldn’t find it. I asked if they didn’t price match because I was clearly on the Walmart app and showed him how I got there on my app. He said if he would find it on his end he would price match it. Target has a deal buy 4 get a $5 gift card so of course I had 4 shampoos and 4 conditioners. He found it on HIS PERSONAL phone and then said “oh I can only price match one item”. I clearly had all of these on the belt and he could have said that before having me wait 25min at the cashiers to find it. If I came in with a newspaper price matching it sure would have been a different story I’m sure more like “yeah no problem” but the fact that I had it on my phone they must have thought I was trying to pull a fast one. Price matching is not a bad thing and they make it seem like it is. I just feel a little discriminated how I had a cousin on the next line over getting the exact same things for her house hold and price matching and all went well and she was able to save her family money. I will be seeking legal action for discrimination

Been there a few times for quick items to grab during evening commute. Pleasantly surprised to find non-existent queues for the different modes of checkout so convenient (and satisfying).

Very much enjoy shopping at this location. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the store, the selection of products and the quality of the products always make it nice to come in and browse around. This location is a little further than the store closer to our home, but we prefer to take the extra time to visit here.

Every Target employee I saw as I was entering the store greeted me. The lady at Customer Service was helping someone, but even she looked up to say hello and let me know shed be with me shortly. Its small gestures like these that makes a difference in where I shop.

Quick, easy, accurate. I got an email offering an item on sale that I had recently looked at but had not yet bought. This is the kind of email ad I really need! I ordered before church and it was ready before I came home. Pick up took less than 5 minutes. This is what companies envisioned when they started all this online shopping stuff. Satisfied customers return.

Ive always been a huge fan of Target. This location is always clean, neatly organized, and everyone that works there has been very helpful with any questions I have had. Easily accessible location from George Bush Turnpike.

OK for prescriptions but the grocery dept is very limited. They always have rotten grapes and they dont carry the common dog food I use. Always have to go across the street to walmart to shop.

Walmart has a Detergent on sale, it’s on their app these location wouldn’t price match it even tho I pulled it up on my phone. Called a different target and they had no problem matching it, the lady at the register said “well I have to be able to pull it up on my phone.” Why does that even matter? I had it pulled up on mine, and showed it to her.

95% of time have good experience at Target. Store is clean, the target App works great, Target employees are always nice and friendly and helpful.

I was doing their drive up where you just sit in your car and they bring your order and load it into your trunk. I went home and opened the bag. To my surprise, they put free stuff in there! What an awesome gesture! Thank you!

I originally posted because I was so sad they no longer carried Vermonts King Arthur Flour. Yesterday I found they stock a small supply of it again. Nothing beats this flour when making bread. Thanks for carrying again.Also, found they have a target brand of organic durum wheat lasagna noodles at an amazing price that makes 2 large lasagnas!. Also, they have the Ben and Jerrys vegan nicecream that our family loves.

Avoid love this Target because its next to me physically and location. Recently I found out there are other targets that have more items and then. I prefer going to those targets which is why Im giving this one up for stars. Otherwise I would have given it 5.
