This is my second time taking one of my cars to Alex. The first time my 2006 PT Cruiser was totaled out by the insurance and believed to be unrepairable. I had my front end repair after a collision. It was dented in so bad! I probably got a bit annoying calling every other day to check up on finish day bc I had a rental car I needed to return but he held his patience with me. Returned car just as it was before and I suspected wed have to pay a 500 dollar deductible but only paid 100! Parts didnt look cheap either so saved money ! They do hail damage repair so we might just use them again!

WOW!!! I have lived in Dallas for 59 years. Sooo, I have sadly had many collisions as well as vandalism. I have never been happy with any body shop until now. Alex is a true pro, a man of his word and did extra work without charging me. Car was delivered washed and cleaned inside and out with the tires treated. The quality of the work was exceptional and although I will be moving to East Texas soon, I will make sure Alex at Sure Shot does any work I may need in the future. Worth the drive. All that and very friendly as well! The prices? More than reasonable!

Just got my 2017 Subaru WRX back from Sure Shot Collision Repair. I couldnt be happier. This was my first experience dealing with an accident (Completely my fault btw...) and to be completely honest I wasnt sure about the ins and outs of dealing with insurance. Alex made this process so easy. I did shop around before deciding on where to take my car. I chose Sure Shot because Alex was really honest and walked me through the entire process. I am a total car nerd and wanted the car fixed correctly. The damage was all at the front end of the vehicle. They were able to make the car good as new. The paintwork is flawless and the alignment of all the new body panels is spot on. I had a very bad experience with a mobile car repairman, which I later found out were scams. My bumper was literally falling off and I just searched a place to fix it and thank goodness this place showed up. Alex and his wife were so kind and professional. I told Alex my uneventful circumstances and he told me about the mobile repair scams and how to never use them. He then agreed to put my bumper back on for FREE!
