I drive a pretty new Lexus and I’ve always taken it to the Lexus dealership for any accidents I’ve had 3 where they had to do major body work. This time I took my car to S&C and I was nervous about anyone else working on it. It was major body work, painting and parts. Let me tell you S&C did an AMAZING job. My car looks brand new and they went above and beyond in every area. The cost was also WAY less. From now on I will only have my car serviced and repaired at S&C. They are family owned and they really care about their quality. And it was fixed amazingly fast by top professional like Tony who has been doing body work for 30 plus years. The father and son owners are awesome. So personable and professional.I’m totally impressed with S&C Body shop and Auto Repair.

Dropped off a front bumper to have it repainted on 7/3/21. The owner told me it would take a week. Called today on 7/12/21 to ask if it was ready for pick up. He tells me they haven’t even started working on it yet. When I asked why, he tells me that they were really busy. I would have been more understanding but he made no attempt to reach out to me to let me know. Overall, poor communication and bad business ethics.

This is a great place not only for auto body repair but also for other automotive services.You can expect very personable, sincere, transparent and conscientious service quality which is not something you can take it for granted now-a-days.I would very highly recommend this place to everyone.Keep up the good work

I have had several services performed at S&C. First, a catalytic converter.It only took 2 days, one to order the part and one to have the work done. No more engine light on. I have had 3 more services since then.My car is a Volvo and their prices were better than the dealership. Since then, I only take my car to S&C. I have not been disappointed yet.

This place is AWESOME!! It’s family owned and operated. Cornelius (The Father) is very honest and straight to the point which I like. Jong (The Mother) is very sweet and polite. She’s ALWAYS smiling and provides GREAT customer service. Then there’s John (The son) he’s my favorite. John is honest, prompt and he stands behind the work done by his techs 100%. I will Never take my cars to any other shop. S&C Auto is a DIAMOND in the rough!!!!!

I’m so satisfied with the great service and price! My Toyota Prius had a short and they were able to diagnose it and repair it the same day. I totally love this body shop. The prices are affordable and they are always giving you updates about your car while it’s in service. Very professional and friendly people. John has always given me the right info for any services and unlike other body shops they tell what exactly is wrong with the car instead of lying to have you pay more.

The staffs are very nice and professional. I had a car accident that morning and wanted to check if my engine is working. It just took an hour and they fixed the little flaw of my radiator without extra charge. It makes me feel very appreciated and definitely come back if I have some other problems later. I would recommend this body shop to anybody that needs a reliable place with affordable price. ♥️

They are fair and fantastic! I came in with a problem that turned out to be a something that was under warranty with my car. Unfortunately neither of us knew that in the beginning. They worked really hard and when I found out that the part I needed was under warranty, they didn’t charge me for the work. I can’t say enough positive things about them. They communicated frequently, were honest to a fault, and were kind and courteous! I have no doubt they will be my go to shop for ANY and ALL of the service needs on my vehicle! Great job!

I cannot thank Jon and his crew enough for getting my windshield replaced immediately! My car had a specific windshield that included the logo for my Range Rover sport, and Jon went above and beyond to get it in ASAP. This place does excellent work. They’re very accommodating for tight work schedules and have always been upfront and honest about what the repairs entail. I hit a puddle of water on the day it stormed here in Dallas and heard a clip and turned out a piece had ripped off the car, a fender garnish (tire fender) off the Tesla X. I went in and John Kim quoted me a cheaper price, I heard great things, like this body shop services the whole police force of Garland cars. If garland police trusts S&C do their cars then I do it. Service was so fast in 2 days and at a great price. Amazing service at great prices.

This is my third time coming to this shop and every time I feel welcomed. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer and/or explain anything questions. Prices arent outrageous like most shops either. Love coming here over any other repair shop.

This shop is fair and honest. They wont try and sell you on things thats arent pressing to get you back on the road, and will give you a good price and great service. This was my first visit but I will most certainly be doing business with S&C again. Jon in the front is great, and the guys working in back are awesome.

I am the type of person who wants to be the only person to work on my vehicle. A friend recommended this place to me, and being in a bind with time I had to send the vehicle in to be repaired. They provided excellent service and kept me up to date as to what needed to be repaired. The job they performed was not an easy task, and they did it well and in a timely manner.

They are fast, reliable, and always put the customer first. This is the best automotive mechanic shop around. Youd be doing yourself a disservice to not check them out at least once.

If I could rate this place six stars our of five I would. Theyre fast, theyre knowledgeable, and they dont overcharge. Everyone there is so NICE! When I said I was going to walk home rather than wait they insisted on getting someone to drive me the half mile up the street because it was cold and rainy (I tried to talk them out of it because I had a warm coat and an umbrella but they wouldnt let me). When I realized I was low on oil and lost in the auto parts store I called they told me exactly what blend my car needed. When FS took almost $3k out of my pocket and STILL didnt fix my car, S&C had me back on the road for less than $1k.Really, I cant rate this shop high enough. Its frustrating as a woman to take your car to a garage because you can FEEL them ripping you off but, not these guys. They never talked down to me, never made me feel like a POS because I drive a beater, and even recommended a Korean spa to help me relax my muscles when I mentioned how tense they were after my accident.They go above and beyond every time I pull my car in, so thats why Ill continue to take it here whenever I need work done. THANK YOU S&C!!

I was referred to this shop about 7 years ago at least. I have not used anyone else since. They are great mechanics and even better people. John is a genuinely awesome guy that is honest and very respectable. They do great work and have exceptional service every single time im been there. Unfortunately bc of car accidents and such ive been way to often. Also, there is no job too big or small he has always made time for me and helped in a timely manner as well. Ive referred several members of my family and friends to go to S&C. And since my car just got hit by a MASSIVE racquetball size hailstorm yesterday John consider this my Ticket for service! I had been putting off a repair for 3 years... seriously! I had run over a parking stop and pulled off my front bumper. It was annoying, but i could re-attach it myself until it fell down again.. some rando mobile body shop fixed it for me once for $100, but it kept falling down later. I finally came here because of the other good reviews and just was going to get a quote. My quote was $80 and they said they could fix it within 30 mins. So I went inside and got my car fixed (less than 30 mins). All of this was a really pleasant experience. Everybody in the shop was so nice, and I will definitely use them again if I have to.

Im the type of person who gives a business a second chance. And thats what I did. On my first service they messed up the color of my car. Yes they did fixed it but it was time consuming.The second time around I came for a dent repair for my bumper, and I realized that the windshield was broken. Yes they were able to replace it for me at no cost. But it was another 3 days of me waiting until it was fixed,..time consuming.This shop doesnt keep your car safe from any circumstances. I will not give this place a third chance. Will NOT come back again!
