I have been dealing with Jose and Jeff since 2016. I have purchased a living room set, dinning room set, entertainment center, and several beds from them. He has always taken care of what ever issues I have had. Also Jose has delivered my stuff every time and let tell you I live no where near there store.I have had ups and downs when it came to being able to make my payments. Jose is awesome he worked with me even when he probably shouldn’t have. Let’s face the facts people and be honest, if we could afford to finance things we wouldn’t be going to a rental company. Yes you are going to pay probably 3xs the amount that you would if you finance thru a normal bank. Word of advice contact them before your actual due date and they will work with you.

Great place to rent what you want at budget friendly prices.

Fraud!!! I had to call the bank to report them because they kept taking money out of my card with out my permission! They took money out even when I didn’t have any in my account & had to pay an overdraft fee they don’t understand that people are going through tough times during this pandemic & the same thing happened to my sister in law!

Purchased a dining table everything was good at first until I started making the payments on time I was supposedly not getting charged interests rates but I would make $150 payments which was more then my actual payment and my balance before the payment was around $890 after the payment my balance would be around $835 I flipped out! Never disrespected them just return their item and never looked back!

Dryer wouldn’t level when delivered. Installation guys said it was the floor. When I go to move 8 months later we find the dryer has frame damage.Moving. On a temp disability called Bestway to see if they could and set up at new location. I was told they don’t do that I told them to come pick them up. 3 calls over 1 week later no shows. They tell me they have to schedule pickup but fail to call me for 7 days. Called a 2nd location to get a district manager. The second store said they would call the original store. As of today no call no show. Leaving in the hallway due to lease is up at 12 am.Take your business elsewhere!!!

These people are horrible they wont wait for my elderly mothers payment.. During this time that we are going through an epidemic crisis. She can barely buggy food and is always current with her payments. I will make it known how you treat your customers!

Bad vibes and didn’t want to rent to me because of the area i live in, claiming that they don’t deliver (it’s 10 minute away BTW). White guy with pony didn’t look me in the eyes he just said no , rudely.Didn’t even want to confirm their records. I make Over $7500 a month & they lost a sale due to laziness and racism.

Awesome place!!!! I have paid off a tv stand and also have living room furniture with them. They are very understanding when life throws lemons your way.....Jose is awesome!!!

Went asking for a price of a payment plan since I was curious. A 200$ Xbox one will come out to be 1500$. I wouldve understood if they priced it up 100 or 200 more then the original price since its payments. But over 1000$ ?!? Worst company ever.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The office staff is rude & when you check em, they accuse YOU of cursing at them. The prices are way over priced. They have ALL old, broken, used up items & they dont even have a grace period so if youre even a day late - because life happens - they harass your entire reference list. Rent-A-Center or Aarons has much better items, MUCH better staff, better prices, & they work with you. I would recommend they hire new staff or shut down this location.
