I got a new phone. I’m happy with the phone. But the manager pulled a fast one by adding things to my bill saying it’s “included” which was a lie. No she just kept adding things like chargers and a case. Buy your Accessories on Amazon way cheaper.

T-mobile customer service asked me to go to a retailer store and find a representative physically verifying my identity.After Rep Victoria checked my ID,she gave me a runaround, told me to call back 611 myself instead of her or retailer staff doing it.She is unprofessional,lack of knowledge and unenthusiastic.

I used to love going to this store because of the attention and kindness of the employees. Now they have changed everybody and they don’t even look at you to the face. 2 weeks ago my husband and I went there to get an upgrade of my phone, that was going to be my Christmas gift...as soon as we get in the store we realize that nobody that we knew before was there. We waited for several minutes even when they have just one person before us. After they decided to pay attention to us, we explained what we want. I wanted to trade my Xr iPhone and get some money back but they said the promotion was over. We understood but he didn’t offer nothing else, it was like they didn’t want us there so we left. We decided to go the next week to see if we have different luck that day and the same thing happened. We went determined to get any offers that they were able to give us but nothing. I usually don’t like to give bad reviews but I could not let this go without vent.

Highly Impressive! At entering this location I was warmly greeted my the employees. I’ve never experienced a quick & accurate transaction at a phone store before. I felt that young lady (Ke’Ara) assisting me was polite & well trained. The manager Johanna was on the sideline answering all my questions as Keke worked on connecting my lines. I would continue to go to this location for all my TMobile needs. Finally a store that has it together!

I would give 0 stars if I could, and this goes to the MANAGER JOHANNA, I dont even know who put her to be a manager.We are customers here more than 3 years and spent over $5000 for lines and phones.Yesterday we got the new Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra and we got it with the bundle of screen protector and case for which we payed, and they got us the wrong case( for s21), and when we got back today to return the wrong case and get the one we needed to get, she told us that she cant take the case back and we need to buy another one and pay additional $120. I mean, are you for real, you made a mistake and we have to pay for it???? She even made a scene and told us shed call the security.Worse manager ever at this place.

Thank goodness for Leslie, who was very friendly and helpful. She was able to help sync my iPhone and iPad with the calendar app. Easy you say ?? Not for me. But she took the time to explain it and figure it out for me. The store was very busy, my only downfall with the place.

I had an encounter there today which led me to leave their store abruptly because of bad information provided. I was told in order to get the first responder discount I had to open up two lines or more and to get quality internet speed I would have to pay a medium grade plan I knew that information was not correct doing my research and contacting another store. Since the Garfield stores closer to me I went to them expecting the same service. Questioning the advice I was given by the female Spanish attendant at the front entrance I contacted T-Mobile corporate office and I was immediately told that the information I was provided or given at the Garfield store was completely inaccurate and that all that service attendant had to do was contact corporate.T-Mobile Garfield location lost a client today and it doesnt surprise me reading the rest of their reviews you have a very simple job at that store and its to provide phone service and accurate information and when you cant do either then you shouldnt be in that business.

I have been going to this T-mobile for a long time and always had minor issues with the employees, however today was just not okay. I’m pretty sure it was the retail store manager I couldn’t make out but I know definitely she was the manager in the department, well my issue was with her, her name is Leslie. My family came in to do something in our account, however we had simple questions that she would answer with an attitude and on top of that wasn’t understanding the questions being asked and answered inadequately. She didn’t help us with the issue we wanted assessed and overall I had never been treated so badly by an employee especially not a manager. They most definitely lost my service here, had a awful experience, there’s more to be said about this manager but that’s my honest and fair review for now. Changing to a different T-Mobile and I’m going to try my hardest never to return.

Leslie is amazing!! absolutely love the way she helped me with things. everytime i go i ask for her to attend me because i know she knows everything. it was shocking what the other girl said because she is always very knowledgeable about everything. she explains everything to me and once i went with my daughter and it was taking long and she gave my daughter a snack. the absolute best never has an attitude. totally recommend this tmobile and recommend her!

First of all do not pay attention to the 1 star ratings people have given this store. Went in to exchange my Note7 for the V20 the staff was great. They were very well informed of the V20. The staff worked very well together, helped each other out i was in and out. Ahmed made sure i was 100% before i left the store. Thanks for the phone Ahmed.

I have had an issue with my tmobile account for years.. that no other rep would help me with or just give me the run around about. When I went to get a phone because mine just decided to die I was taken care of by Gustavo and this guy went above and beyond for me . He got me a new phone and fixed the issue in minutes. Other tmobile stores kept telling me they couldnt do it or didnt know what I was talking about,yet he fixed it super quick. The service there Is awesome.

Worst customer service. They have no problem releasing information to a stranger about your account but have a problem finding a way to resolve the issue. Instead of finding a solution and apologizing for their mistake, employee at this location got a aggresive on the phone when I asked for his name. Unless you want your information released and an employee to get aggresive when asked simple questions. Do not come here! He needs to be terminated.

I authorize my daughter to purchase a galaxy note 5 phone. The sales rep didnt give her the choice to choose the color she wants. She go ahead and scan the product put it into the box my daughter says to her wt color it is she says gold my daughter told her I wanted a black one she told her she ave to pay $50 re-stocking fee for her to give her the black one. She also wanted the 64 gb and was given the 34. To make matters worse the phone is not activated. I pay $760 for a phone and this customer service rep did not take the time to activate it. I call customer service so many times they did their part but the phone is still not working and no one is picking up the phone in the Garfield store. This is the 4th phone I purchase there and it will be the last. I will be returning the phone and get it from somewhere else.

Jeimy,Marianny, who is a Sales Rep at store 1367, which is located at 206 Passaic Street, Garfield, NJ, restored my faith when it came to the T Mobile brand . I went to the store with the sole purpose of cancelling my account because my internet service was very slow, instead I ended upgrading my plan. Her product knowledge, concern and suggestions allowed me to buy additional products to fit my lifestyle. Marianny is an invaluable asset to your company. As a business owner myself, Im able to clearly see the great qualities she possesses. If one day she is no longer working for T Mobile, I would hire her in a heartbeat, so protect her at all cost because finding an employee of her caliber is like finding a needle in a haystack. Due to Marianny, T Mobile has earned the respect and loyalty of a customer who plans to use T Mobile throughout a lifetime.

I have used Tmobile for a long time now Im sad to say that these little franchise stores that represent Tmobile are not doing a very good job. I went into this store today and advised the representative (guy) that I lost my phone and a claim was already filed and I was authorized to get another phone thru my Jump. He proceeded to basically speak to whole store as if I was across the store and told me no I cant help and wont call customer service line and that customer service was basically useless. I just basically told him Im right here you dont need to be loud and create drama. Of, course he said no im not etc, etc. etc. I would definitely not recommend this store. Take an extra 10 minutes and go were professionals work.
