This store has shown a considerable improvment from the last time I was here a few years back. Well-stocked, friendly cashier. Enjoyable experience.

Today I witnessed the African American female worker, who seems to be in management, completely disrespect a poor senior customer. She seemed to be in a bad mood. She’s the type to let her emotions take over & get the best of her. I saw it for myself throughout my shopping. Someone like that should not be in customer service & should get fired immediately.

This would be my first and last experience at this location. I bought storage bin and some other stuff from this location and decided to exchange the size, during checkout the African American ladies were so rude and nasty I decided to just return everything and leave. Some other people were behind me at the line she was screaming at them to stand otherside coz she cant see them. All workers were very disrespectful and no manner to talk to a human. I felt very disturbed by them, I would never go there again. I feel terrible for children of these ladies.

I was pleasantly surprised to see they have produce and also carry my favorite coffee creamer Italian sweet cream.

Its has more food which is great nice clean workers are very nice l like to shop there

I like stopping at this Dollar General every now and then. It is a clean store and a friendly one. From all my visits from time to time, the store has plenty on its shelves so there are lots to buy from and choose from. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. The only downfall is the parking because right across is a business and sometimes it gets a little busy. But it is fine and its not that big of a deal, just something to keep in mind.

Black female African American worker is extremely rude my god hate that lady I came here to see I saw others reviews saying the same thing it’s a local store but because of her I don’t want to go.

Smaller than other dollar generals i have been too but a decent place to shop.

The staff is really relaxed, helpful and I am grateful that they not only have ample parking but that they tend to have great sales and keep the shelves stocked well. They make sure that if a cashier isnt around they get one up a.s.a.p. the managers seem down to Earth.

I had a $5 off purchase of $25 coupon. They actually had what I wanted to purchase. They rang me up and when they scanned said coupon it said it had already been used - it had NOT!! Fool me once 😠

They have remodeled the store and it is well stocked!! Go there fluently..

I would give this store 10 stars if possible.Friendly, everything you would need ,prices are great...the only thing they are missing is fresh produce...parking is a bit tight, but people are always coming and going..Thanks for being there.... Great store. *********

When the government requires anyone working in a store and you cannot comply i have a problem. There were also customers walking around without them. When i asked the associate to cover up nothing but a rude attitude. I will never go back again!

Dollar General is located on River Drive in Garfield the first thing I noticed was the store is a lot bigger then other Dollar stores it was also very clean they had a great selection not everything there is a dollar but I would go here over Dollar Tree any day they also have produce they have lots of frozen food my only problem. Is the service

Alot of stock at good prices

I havent frequent in this chain or this particular store oh, but the few times I did visit it is pretty ideal and convenient. A lot of products at great prices, however some are par with others just broken down into different sizes and quantities I believe. However thats great for people that cant afford pricey full-size items that perhaps they dont even need.Its overall a good spot. Convenient

Since the management changed along with sales associates I do not enjoy going here. Items are in disarray and a mess constantly. Staff hardly wear face coverings(including managers). Staff do not initiate where line should form. Staff members are rude.

Store looks great, remodeling good, new additions good but prices have gone up. No longer what I look for in a dollar store.

They always have good deals going on. At their end of the season clearance sale, we bought $7 charcoal bags for $2.10. You can always find deals on sodas too and other things

Lots of choices, clean, good staff and fair prices and plenty of parking space.

This is absolutely the best Dollar General store Ive ever been in! Infiniti, greeted me with the nicest smile. This store is clean, it smells good, and again the best Dollar General Ive ever been in and Ive been in several. Keep up the good work I would definitely suggest coming to this Dollar General store when you are in the Garfield area.

Employees can be a bit rude depending who you get. Storw can be slightly dirty at times. Wide selection of things you would find at Wal-Mart just less items. Pricea arent terrible. Mobile app helps you save.

Always pay attention to what prices are reflecting on the register. They scan a product and the price is always higher at the register!!! It is very annoying to have to be watching everything they scan to make sure they don’t overcharge you.

I love dollar General but this one is disgusting. Walked in and the only employee in the store was blasting rap from a stereo. Filthy and not welcoming at all.

Nice local place that is in a bad location. It is basically hidden and its not very noticeable while coming down river drive. But prices are good and it is Def better than having to deal with the long lines and bs at walmart
