They are honest. They made sure I was given good care of. The technician drove me home and when they were finished with repairing my car. The technician came to pick me up from home to pick up my car. I will use them in the future.

This was my first time here but for sure not the last. I just had a tire repaired, so no big project, but I appreciated the ability to drop off without an appointment and the advice (without pushiness) about replacing tires that are very close to their last miles. I just felt a trust you dont always get from auto shops. I will be back.FOLLOWUP 2 MONTHS LATER:Got my new Bridgestones thanks to advice from Rich. He knows his stuff when it comes to tires and cars in general. I have been referring others to this shop. Thanks Rich!

The Customer Service was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I appreciated the courtesy and attention rovided to me as a customer from the time I entered the establishment, until I left.

The lady that works the desk is very friendly! Rich is a lifesaver! I took my 2003 Ford Taurus that was gifted to me by a friend to another shop and was advised to scrap the vehicle because it wasnt worth fixing. Only had 73k miles on it, but needed a water pump and rear springs. Went to Midas and Rich fixed it for just over $1000. Runs like a dream now! Took my 2006 Scion XB there a couple months later to be fixed, as it had been sitting for almost a year. Front axle was broken and other places wanted $600+ dollars. I wasnt sure if I should even fix it because it has 150K miles on it. $300 later, it runs like new! Highly recommended! I wont be going anywhere else.

Brought my car here because it was close to my home and the reviews said reasonably-priced services...HAHA $900 is not that reasonable, but because I needed my car to start I was at their mercy.

Fastest service in the world, Rich and his crew of technicians are amazing, fixed my car one in shot.

They are way overpriced and dont like to fix it when they should but the apartments aint bad and the pool is nice but youre paying way too much so do not buy or rent from here you could get a house for cheaper

They honored most of the coupon advertised online, however my tires werent rotated as advertised. Otherwise, I was in and out in about 30 minutes and enjoyed my servicing. I would recommend Midas to a comrade.

To much to put into words. But the owners need to get rid of Rich. Hes a con man and manipulator. This rating should be a zero. The ppl he works with knows what type of person he is. So sad.

Called asking if they were talking oil changes by walk in or appointments. Before I could say rather I wanted to schedule or not I got hung up on. Very unprofessional

These people charge crazy prices..Make all kinds of excuses to not work on your vehicle and try to scare you in buying things you don’t need. For instance I wanted a tire rotation and the mechanic said I’ll break your brake lines if I take off your tires. Two things; one if your takin off a tire and you break brake lines you’re bad at your job. Two even in some magical world my brake lines are that bad (which they weren’t) If all it took was some pressure these pot holes would of already broke my brake lines. I also wanted an alignment done and he said I needed all these parts (which I don’t) and they wanted to charge me an extra $1000 for parts that only cost $165. You’re telling me labor cost $800 that’s crazy and places like this hurt real mechanics who actually take care of the customers. Never coming back here..They might charge me for leaving.UPDATE: emailed them and they never responded. Don’t go here! They use fear tactics and over charge for parts/labor. Also contacted BBB as well as AG. Please if you have a similar experience report them. The community deserves better.

Always friendly, helpful and never take advantage of you or tell you that you need work that you dont really need. Been going here for about 20 or more years. I never go elsewhere.

Called in and set an appointment to my jeep looked at as it had been making a strange noise. I asked the to please make sure it was safe to drive. They told me it was fine just need the brakes done soon. I said cool and went on my way two day latter my tire flew across the road without the rest of the car and caused damaged to my veichle. Called them told them the situation and they got snippy with me asked for a refund and damages and they told me they would give me a refund but it was my issue. Someone could have died if this had happened on the express way. Called corporate and they said someone will call me back but at this point Im about ready to call a lawyer.Edit: yeah thanks for the canned response super helpful. 🙄

I dropped my car off for an oil change today at 2:45pm, I missed a call from midas at 4:15pm according to the website the store closes at 5pm today, when I arrived at 4:40 the doors were locked and my car was locked inside the building, I am very upset, calling a person once and leaving a message is unacceptable, I can not get my car until Monday morning..I will be calling Corporate.

They didnt fix my nieces car properly and I had to threaten to sue to get them to fix the damages that they caused.
