Went for a rapid covid test as advertised on website. After driving all the way to Gardner and taking the test I was informed I would have my results in two days. I’m not sure why I was told it was a rapid test. ???

High prices probably 20% higher than other pharmacies in town. No service. Walked through wntire store and had one employee who could not be bothered while stocking shelves.

Was going to get my 2nd covid shot Decided not to because the pharmacist girl was very rude to me, went to Walmart

I went to this CVS location for a rapid covid test that I had scheduled online. Since I work in healthcare, it was very important that I knew my results very quickly. I drove over an hour one way, (from up by the airport on the Missouri side) only to be told I would have my results in 2-3 days. The lady at the drive through window was also very rude when I arrived. I scheduled my appointment for 10AM and had the appointment confirmation on my phone, but she made me wait until 11AM to take the test. There wasn’t a single human in line behind me. The entire process took about 2 minutes to complete and they made me wait an hour to take my test!!! Shame on you CVS for making someone who is very ill wait in their car for an hour to take a covid test! I have never been to Gardner Kansas in my entire life and I can assure you that I will never go back again after the show CVS put on. I will be contacting Ken Hrabar about this issue as well. It’s nice to have family connections with CVS regional management.

Horrible horrible customer service. The lady pharmacist is the rudest human Ive ever encountered. She doesnt care about customers or her job apparently. Its obvious shes miserable.

Waited 20 mins for a flu shot that I had an appointment for and then got asked multiple times the spelling of my name how to say my name what time my appointment was by multiple employees theres four people working they cant get it together.

Pharmacy staff was FANTASTIC they helped fix a clerical error in my profile. And they were really kind to me.

The pharmacy staff go above and beyond! They always make a point to look for discounts on my prescriptions and take the time to call the doctor if the prescription is out of stock and something else can be substituted. I recommend The Gardner pharmacy 100%

I just got my first credit card and Im young but when I was struggling paying I just gave half cash and she didnt give me my change and she pickpocket my change .

Pros:The pharmacy staff are extremely hard working. I can’t imagine still being able to work like they do serving the sometimes difficult customer base. The cashiers are also very kind and considerate.Cons:The pharmacy staff aren’t superhuman. The owner needs to add at least one more person back there to help. They deserve it

Always prompt, courteous and professional. Willing to make the extra effort when needed so that my medications are ready.

Like any retail job theres always going to be awful customers that think the store should go above and beyond for their needs. I appreciate this store and their workers, they are stretched thin as it is with all of the things that are put on them to do. Between serving customers and a million other small tasks they have to do, I can wait 5 minutes if need be to be served.

The employees are always helpful and the ladies in the pharmacy are kind and patient.

I was excited to see them come to Gardner because WalGreens could never get my RXs right. They have gotten too busy and lost site of their customers now. Poor service- i was at the drive up window over 6 mins and no one showed up. I called and was placed on hold. I called back and was told that they would try to get my RXs done in 2.5 hours but it has been 5 hours and they still arent ready. Too bad the store manager isnt aware of what is going on in the store. Back to Wal-Mart- at least i can expect poor service there!

Its unreal how discriminatory and awful this place treats their customers. I will never be back to this location. When asked who their hireups are.....they got amnesia. Not professional at all! Welcome to Gardner!

They are not good people. They came at me and my family in a wrong way. and it was not acceptable. Not a good place unless u want to get judged.
