Peachtree Crossings is a mobile/manufactured home community. It is a very well-kept community. I feel it is a safe place to live. I would like if Peachtree Crossings was more responsible for the upkeep of the trees on the lots instead of being the responsibility of the residents. Otherwise I am well-pleased with living here.

The most beautiful place to stay I highly recommend it to any small family. Definitely will stay here again in the future!!! A must!!

We are trying to buy a mobile home in the process of getting things worked out and Rachel Nails has been very helpful very polite and very honest! We are really hoping for this to be our forever home as my husband and I are both in our sixties

Nice ,quiet, and peaceful mobile home community

Very well organized mobile homes park. They do a great job at screening applications for occupants. Any one living there should feel safe and secure.

They have a great clubhouse and a pool out back of it.I went Sunday to the clubhouse where they let someone who lives in the trailer park,have a memorial service for her husband who donated his body to science,he died from cancer.So she was able to use the big room with a refrigerator and sink to have the service. They have table and chairs and had more downstairs that worked out perfect for everyone, It was clean and also had aircondinshing so very much a great clubhouse where you can eat and drink inside.Also big enough for a big crowed of people .So very much and pleased with the clubhouse and the surrounding area for parking. Overall a great,place to go to and have a get together or party.You clean up after your self so you can use it again if you followed the rules of the clubhouse.

Very quiet and looks very nice just from riding through looking. Friendly people answering the phone when you call with questions about making a purchase. Willing to take time and answer any questions you may have. I really liked that.

Was a nice place to live under previous management. New management rude, unaccommodating, knit-picky, unreasonable, and disrespectful of residents. I have spoken to new residents and long-time (20 yrs+) residents and so far all are in agreement. Attitudes or new staff need to change or residents will continue to leave.

I work 10-12 hour days 5 days a week most of the time though i get called in on my off days so i may work 11 days before i get an off day. That being said, i came home to an eviction notice on my door because i did not have my back porch repainted in the time that, Charles, the guy in charge, wanted it done by. So here i am at 930 pm scrapping, sanding, and painting my back porch instead of resting for tomorrows work day. I work alot and am barely home long enough to get a decents night rest before work the next day. Its not like i dont work and am always home with nothing to do, i would understand if that were the case. Sometimes i feel like im being singled out and that there is a double standard here. I generally dont talk to anyone much because i have severe social anxiety due to 2 tours in Iraq so i dont go out of my way to talk to anyone. I dont cause any problems and generally stay to myself. But if you dont do what he says then you will catch hell for it. Ive lived here for 3 years and never had any problems with management until he took over. They are always up in your bussiness here. My neighbor behind me has 3 or 4 small dogs that are constantly barking, especially when i am out back trying to paint. Charles was over here one day and we were both standing out back talking about my back porch and the dogs never stopped barking, he asked me if they always did that and i told him yes and he said he would put a stop to it and apparently he never did because they still continuously bark. I must say though that this is a great neighborhood for anyone with kids and/or family. I feel that my daughter is very safe here if i turn my back for a minute. There are two pretty nice parks here, a basketball court, and a pool. Sometimes they have activities at the club house. There are several other bigger parks just minutes away. Several restaurants and shopping right down the road, the schools around here, from what i understand, are pretty good. This aint your typical manufactured home community. As far as i can tell, drugs arent a problem, and there isnt a problem with people breaking into your house or car. And for the most part all the neighbors are friendly. So as far as the neighborhood and community, this is a great, safe and secure, place to raise a family/kids. But you better do what he says or else....

Ahh peachtree a friendly calm and quite trailer park pretty too not trashy they have pool for the residence, and i personally install private security for residents in this areakinda steep lot prices but id say worth it

Ive lived here since June. The neighbors are nosey and their garbage is always piled up and mice are all in it... they took in refugees and an ex is hiding there after being removed permanently....

A very clean trailer park. Management seems to really care about the care of the park and the people living here. There is a huge late fee that makes no sense to me. It is way to high.
