I rented tables and chairs for an event, and we had a great experience. Aside from the prices being really reasonable, the staff always goes above and beyond. They worked with me when I had to arrange for a late drop off, they gave me table covers free of charge, and also lent me their first aid kit when I showed up with a crying toddler (dont worry, just a splinter!). I will continue to work with Great American Tent Company, because they are the best in town! Also great to support a small family owned business.

I love Great American Tent Company! I have rented party supplies from them and they have great product, prices, and wonderful customer service. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We also had a party in The Wherehouse rental space. Its a beautiful, versatile room that accommodated our dance party extremely well. Its clean, modern, and the staff do a great job of decorating for the party. My guests were very impressed with the facility, and didnt have any trouble finding the place since its so visible right off highway 31. I was very happy to do business with a local family company. I HIGHLY recommend this place! When I graduated law school, my friends threw me a party here, and it was perfect. It had a nifty sound/video system, cool lighting, room to dance, room to eat, and a stylish look. They had the tables, chairs, and linens as well. My daughter liked it so much that she had her 11th birthday party here too. And the staff was incredibly nice, and the prices are very reasonable.

We at Outlaw Film Productions love the Great American Tent Company. We used a couple of their tents for our film Meridian and couldnt have been happier.They also have a large rental space available. Its big enough for wedding receptions or large family gatherings. We use their space called The Wherehouse as the main screening venue for the North Jefferson Independent Film Series.

I wouldnt recommend this place at all on any degree. Great American Tent Company? No. I wouldnt even take the gloves.

I had my 29th Birthday in their rental room, had a great time. Used their projector to put on the original Star Wars for everyone to watch, it was like having our own private movie theater for the evening.

Hands down, the BEST VALUE for an AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENTLY LOCATED, SAFE, CLEAN, INDOOR venue with all the bells and whistles to bring your party to life!We were blessed with our children’s arrivals in December. Although it’s a great early Christmas present, it isn’t very convenient to planning birthday parties. Impending the arrival of our son days later, I was struggling with finding an indoor location for my daughter’s 3rd Birthday Pirate party. Most indoor places are crowded with germy kids and charge too much for mediocre services. Yuck, that doesn’t sound like *party* to me. Thankfully, the Wherehouse was saving grace! This place is everything it advertises and so much more without breaking the budget!! It was very easy to find, located off Hwy 31 in Gardendale. We had access to a huge open space, with beautiful hardwood floors, tables and chairs already set up, and a *CLEAN* bathroom! There was enough room to have a small bouncy house, plenty of dancing room, eating area, and then some *like a scavenger hunt*. They have a sound booth upstairs which provided us with whatever dance music we requested and played Jake and The Neverland Pirates on the big movie projector. And not to mention how much a hit the PacMan Arcade game was with everyone, kids and adults alike. I had to do was show up with the basics (food, friends, & a few decorations) and the rest was taken care of. I’m still new to this mom gig, so our parties haven’t always gone off without a hitch. Usually I am running around, exhausted from all the set up & details that go into making my little one’s day as magical as possible. I end up forgetting to enjoy the party myself, but being at the Wherehouse made everything simple, fun, and AFFORDABLE. I am glad to say that this party was our favorite so far thanks to the services the Wherehouse provided. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I had absolutely no complaints with our experience. My daughter still talks about how fun her pirate adventure was two years later! We all can’t wait for our next party there! The possibilities are endless with such a great indoor venue! I would highly recommend using the Wherehouse for ANY of your indoor party events.
