Would give zero but have to give something. Be aware with what you drop off. I was “friends” with her and helped her with things for the store. I figured out her TRUE colors and stopped and all of a sudden she put my stuff up for sell! It had been there since we did a show and she was going to “get to it” and when I stopped helping her she decided to sell it! Never called me or messaged me to come get it. No customer service and extremely RUDE! Be careful what you get from her!

I love the selection here! Reata has not only monogrammed stuff and printed unique items for us, but I’ve found several gift items for both kids and adults. She does a great job and always turns items around quickly.

I have been going to the Monogram Spot since they opened in Gardendale. I love the new location with more room. The staff is friendly always very courteous and willing to help. I highly recommend this shop. They did monogram something and I loved it.

Called ahead to be sure they could do custom monogram in one day (something simple). They agreed and said that will be no problem, just a $10 rush fee. I arrived to be told this was not true and they would not help me. This place was out of the way but had great reviews so I thought they would honor what they had said on the phone. Its too bad that they over-promised and lost my business forever.

I was in a bind because I needed to change my sons number on his uniform. Monogram Spot saved the day by being able to remove the old number and replace it with the new one. It saved me having to purchase a brand new goalie jersey. The staff is friendly and helpful!
