I showed up 5mins to close and Keith was alone and still had lots of work to do but he was so kind to fill my antibiotics. I appreciate him so much for filling them instead of making me wait for the next day.

Been to this pharmacy twice since we been here for antibiotics and the techs and people that work here are ridiculously rude. Please do yourself a favor and take some classes on good customer service. Its Your job to give your patients information about the drugs they are getting such as pricing info, stop acting like its a pain to do so. If it is, then quit your job.

We have called for 3 days to just check on meds, no one ever answered the phone. we go down to the place to see what is going on, they did not have our order ready to pick up, because we couldnt get thru on the phone. while sitting there only one other person there as a customer, and 5 people working in the pharmacy, and not one of them would pick up the ringing phone, it rang and rang, over and over, not one of the workers there answered the phone WOW, someone really needs to take charge of this. people need their meds, and this is a really good walmart, but this is ridiculous. i will check on going else where now:(

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Edith is the rudest tech to ever speak to those suffering from mental illness. I am unsure how these people are allowed to keep a job.

I gave them my insurance info and they didn’t use it, and told me I had to go to the drop off counter for them to correct their mistakes. I chose to pay rather than wait any longer than I already had. I understand it was busy, but I’ve worked in customer service, and the medical field, and you always work with the patient and customers to fix YOUR mistake especially when they have been sitting in front of you for 30 minutes waiting on their medications for a tooth extraction. I chose to just pay rather than continue to argue with the cashier, whose fault it wasn’t. If you are at the drop off counter and someone gives you their insurance information you should probably be competent enough to enter it in. Unfortunately, this has happened before at other Walmart’s as well. I would recommend going anywhere else, because I’ve never had that happen at Publix, CVS, or Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy I have even been to. Not only do they not ever have my order ready even when it called in sometimes days before and you have a text saying it’s ready but they also don’t notify you of price changes. Hence my $10 medication the charged me $60 for. Just don’t go here!
