Great experience, awesome staff, my son was run multiple test that took about an hour long, was pleased they took the time on him. I was explained in detail of what next steps I should take. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and honest staff! The best hearing center I have ever been to.

My first hearing aids I got somewhere else was not happy with them for a lot of reasons, tried different kinds and still didnt wear them much. That all changed when I went to Gardena Hearing Center. They go out of their way with customer service and since I got my hearing aids tuned to my needs I hardly ever take them out of my ears. They are the best!!!!

I took my mom in for a hearing test. Sam was very helpful, professional and friendly. He suggested a hearing aid that was within her budget. We will be returning.

Was searching for a place that was approved by my insurance Amplifon. So lucky to have found Gardena Hearing Center. Marcia and Sam are wonderful. They are very informative and have a lot of patience. I did not like my first choice of in the ear hearing aids and they worked with me and my insurance to get them swapped out for an over the ear pair. They are hardly noticeable and work and sound really good.- Michael

Sam is great, kind, patient and professional. I was worried my dad was going to act up. He has anxiety and gets restless easily. Sam made everything easy. He made my dad understand what was going on. Instructors for me were easy enough. We have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks and I dont doubt the experience will be anything short of great - again!

My visit was very good. The audiologist spent a lot of time showing me the various brands of hearing aids and how each one worked. There was never a feeling of being rushed and no pressure to spend more money.I was able to try on a demo hearing aid similar to the type I wanted. The audio quality was excellent, and she made further refinements. This was all before I had made a commitment to buy.They were recommended by a business friend who had a less than successful experience with another place. I, too, had a less than great experience somewhere else and needed to start over. It was worth the trip to Gardena to meet with this excellent company.

The staff was exceptional with follow up prior to appointment. The individual that conducted the examination was outstanding and thorough. The immediately provided my health care professional with the results. This experience was great.

Went in for a hearing test due to an ear infection and the receptionist and Doctor were very friendly and very thorough with their explanations. Would highly recommend if you are having any hearing problems.

I have been living in the LA area since 2003. I moved to the US in 1991. I started wearing hearing aids in the early 1980s. At 41, I have finally found Gardena Hearing Center.I have gone to so many audiologists over the years. It is hard to find someone who has a lot of knowledge AND will listen to my experience without being patronizing. Enter: Gardena Hearing Center.Hearing aids these days have so many options. And here I feel my needs are heard, they know their technology, theyre encouraging me to try out various options. It sounds dorky, but its been a magical experience. For example, I am currently at the Dallas airport, a hub of noise, and I can switch hearing aids to hear how things sound different for myself. Its amazing.My husband and I have also bought hearing aids for our son here. My son was almost 5 when he started wearing his hearing aids. As little as he was, they listened to him and took him seriously when he complained about his earmolds. They kept adjusting (over several appointments) until my son was used to them.I very much highly, HIGHLY recommend this place for your hearing aid needs.

I arrived at my appointment on time and was seen promptly. Sam immediately came up with a solution to a minor problem with my device but still took the time to review my file to make sure everything was up to date.

So very helpful, staff took time to hear my concerns and provide valuable feed back. They put their best foot forward and tried to fix/improve any problems I had with the equipment.
