My experience was horrible. They first quoted me $75 per print and than turned around and charged me $200. Ive been waiting over a week, when I got the fabric it was blown out all wrong! They offer there in house digital artist but couldnt even help me with a simple resizing adjustment without charging me $125.

Paid in full and havent received my product. Keep getting new dates that it will be ready, which is not what I paid 5k for. Very disappointed.

Wish they had more loading docks. Guys are very friendly and quick.

Where do I start?! If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! Paid $7k for fabric, dying and print set up. Received the 5 yards of sample fabric after a very long wait and many weeks of their delays....and it was stiff and unusable. The print was thick and made the a fabric that is suppose to be stretchy a totally stiff and scratchy product. There was someone else’s print running through parts of the sample fabric making much of the sample cut unusable. Had already paid for 1,000 yards to be dyed so I just said don’t print it, I don’t want my entire 1,000 yards screwed up. They delivered the 1,000 yards of dyed fabric to my manufacturer and 2 bolts had been damaged by water and were unusable. I had to pull teeth to get them to retrieve the fabric but instead of crediting me, they insisted on washing the damaged fabric. Still have not received credit for the damaged bolts and probably won’t until I file a claim. Besides this headache, their communication is insanely unclear and I think the prices I was quoted were totally made up. Nothing matched the price sheet I was given. I ordered and paid for 12oz Cotton Spandex and the product they delivered was more like an 8oz cotton spandex, fabric was already pilling as if it had been worn and washed heavily. If you have a timeline, look for someone else to do your work. What was suppose to take 3 weeks took over 4 months.

We tried this company to dye our sofa sectional slip cover and they completely ruined it and would not acknowledge the damage or offer to fix it.

Have no sense of timelines or communication. I ordered a sample of 3 designs, paid in full, 2 different fabrics. Was given a 2 week turnaround and that the following date of paying i would get the date on which to pick up in person. Crickets. I called after 16 days and was asked by George if anyone reached out to me because there was an issue with my design, which I had already fixed once for the two different lengths of fabric I requested. Not sure why I wasnt told of the issue then. I was told it would cost more, i requested to cancel and a full refund. George told me he would call me back, never did but emailed me that my design was going to be fixed by them and would be ready in 3 days. I declined and requested the refund. George just ignored it. 5 days later i called again and was told it just needed to wash. I emailes him about my request to cancel and he just insisted it was ready for pick up. Bad start already, no way am I risking my timelines because of them.

Rocky start but the product looks good. Definitely deal with Robert and not George.

Ive been having George print textiles for me for well over a decade. Ive never had any issues and love working with him.

They are vary nice to work with. If you need fabric printed this is the place.
