I first called this location Nita answer all my questions professionally. I walked in the location to pick up my photos. She was really friendly and nice I left happily with the photos I ordered. she was great help.

Friendly Service a Cashier helped me find what I was looking for.

Very reasonable prices...very good n helpful employees...n if your elderly or handicapped...they are VERY help n show empathy.

One name * EUGENE * , I had questions later in the evening but I refused to call Walgreens , I called CVS , very professional and courteous. I am in Walgreens 5 out of 7 days just for many other items , very glad I dont need to deal with the Pharmacy , Walgreens in general , the staff are very helpful , great and always helpful , quick check outs. The only reason I gave it a one star is because I received my prescription way to many hours later.

Worst, most rude pharmacy staff EVER! I have called in for refill for my 77 year old father multiple times only to be treated extremely rude and ended up hanging up on them. I have now switched to another pharmacy and will not be back.

On September 30 12:20 pm I went to the store to pick up my FEDEX package. Their store customer service Adrian came out to help. i gave the information he needed and he went in the storage room to get my package. then two FEDEX employees arrived with a cart full of packages and they knock on he door. Adrian opens the door and let them in. after waiting and knocking on the door for a long time Adrian opens the door and the FEDEX guys starts to leave with another cart full of packages. I mentioned to Adrian that he bypassed me and helped the two guys and I had to wait too long . (he could have taken cared of me in less than ten seconds which he did after he went back to get my package a second time) He apologized for my wait and told me that my package arrived with the two FEDEX guys. I told him that I had proof on my email that the store obtained the package 2 days before. I had to wait for them to scan both cart full when I didnt have to wait longer than 15 seconds.

Great Walgreens! Line wait usually isnt too long, usually in stock of all the items I come for. Parking is plenty, and lot is pretty clean. Nice friendly staff, also has a drive-thru as well.

Lizbeth in the photo department was very kind and I Saved almost $20. Great employee along with the young man who worked with her in the photo department too. Thanks.

Poor Customer Service. The Pharmacist named Eugene is very rude unprofessional. It is mandatory for all licensed Pharmacist in the State of CA to orient the Client for medicine that will be taken for the first time which he did not. He should be reported to the board.

The phone employee, male, that Answers the phone is very rude! Very monotone, sarcastic, dry and no empathy when speaking with patients. Please stop him from answering the phone!!!

Greate and good service. I lost my presents on desk and got them back on next day. Thanks for cashiers of day and night shift.

This was a very pleasant visit. Dominique had just returned from a break I assume. He assisted me with the Rx pick-up I was there to retrieve. I was sent to discuss this Rx with the Head pharmacist and then back to the register. About 2 months (or less) I had one of the worst visits at their drive thru window and placed 3 phone calls to their customer lines about this utterly awful visit. Dominique, you are awesome! You showed up and literally the whole line picked up and moved. Not only was he cashiering 2 people at once, but going back and forth retrieving Rxs. He was found a 3 man job. This visit was a complete 180 from the one a while back. Way to go Dominique, not only was he helpful, but corteous, and fast! This Walgreens needs more like him! Great job!

The staff is not fully trained there. And very rude. Wouldn’t be surprised if they close down on the next year. Not the first time I had mistakes there giving me wrong prescriptions and being told false information about the prescriptions.Everyone please transfer to CVS. Staff is very friendly and fast service.

Take a long time to get meds. Most places its 30 minutes.here its about 2 hours! But the staff are nice and helpful. 2 stars just cause of the wait time. Other then the wait its a good place.

Beside being rude..The price of my medicine kept going up, then I was told they now always have to call my Dr. every time TIME I brought my script in so that meant I might have to wait days!I now go to CVS. Instead of paying $120.00, I pay $32.00 and can pick up in 30 minutes !

Waited 10 min to connect to pharmacy. No one picked up ! So I called one more time. Again, no one picked up! That’s 20 minutes of being ignored!I called and an employee for a favor, but she said she can’t walk over to pharmacy to get their attention. She was going to transfer me but I said no! Not another ten minutes!Because I really needed my pills, I called again. They were quick to pick up the phone but when I asked someone else to slip the pharmacist a note with my message, he said that he can’t walk over there cuz he has to watch the front. I said isn’t there someone to back him up? He said, we’re busy now.Finally a pharmacy manager “helped me”by arranging my meds transferred from MD to CA. I thought there’s at least one person who knows how to treat a customer right.Then two texts came through saying meds are ready to be picked up, and it had their phone number in it.When I went to pick them up, the manager (I think the same guy) said, “what do you need?” ...that there’s “nothing filled.” “Your meds are ready in MD.”After all the frustrations I went through!!to transfer my meds from MD to CA. This got me upset again!I said “someone made a terrible mistake.”And I also said, “cancel everything!” And drove off.Their customer service is almost non-existent,For sure, no customer service in pharmacy! and inaccurate!Terrible!(However, I’m happy with the customer service at Walgreens in MD. They know how to provide good, timely, courteous, and efficient customer service.)

Friendly, caring staff. Minimal wait time for prescriptions.

After being scorned for standing too far over the line, I was made to wait for a phone call. Then when the jerk pharm tech told me he could now help me I was told I couldnt have my antibiotics filled until the morning even though there was a full hour til closing. I suggest going next door to rite aid or CVS. This place really disappoints.

The pharmacy gets very busy between 5-6 pm.Other than that its fast and great service.

The worst pharmacy ever! They miscounted my pills, its supposed to be 21 tablets but they put only 16. What the hell? Now, I have to drive all the way to pick up the rest of pills? Its insane.
