This review is way overdue..My team and I made a batch of shirts here for our charity event. And we were greeted by the most welcoming smile from a lovely samoan lady. She is super friendly and very sweet. She even came early for us on a Sunday at 7:00 a.m before church just so we can get our shirts. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.the customer service is first class here.

Vic and the Lone Kid Team are the best. Hes done our shirts for 12 years now & he never disappoints. Even living in Seattle, he still hooks it up. I wish he would open a branch up here in WA already. Keep it up Vic...

We used this company to print out family reunion shirts. Victor was very accommodating and more than willing to workout a solution with me when we realized there was a break in communication. Performance & quality are important to me but not exclusively. We sometimes forget that business is about people. Above all; I like to support local family owned & family run businesses. I drive up & down Garden Grove Blvd day in & day out. This place is slightly hidden; as you can miss it driving on this rather fast road that pours into the freeway entrance but at the same time the name Lone Kid stand out & stuck in my memory for many years every morning at traffic hour. I finally have a chance to walk in & check them out. The funny thing was that the owner Victor thought that I found Lone Kid Screen Printing on yelp! LolTo make the long story short; I just love how smooth & easy my whole experience was working with Victor & his lovely family. I got to meet his beautiful sweet wife Lu & his friendly college aged son helping him over summer break. All & all Victor was so honest, helpful & easy to talk to because he makes an effort to truly listen to exactly what I needed! Victor definitely took the time to ask questions & show an interest in my thoughts & opinions. I love to work with & buy from people who are down to earth but also has high standards of professional behavior like Victor & his family! Not only did Victor take his time with me to explain about the different types of screen printing, vinyl pressed & embroidery; after I finished telling him what I was looking to purchase. Victor even rushed my order without any extra charge! Shame on me that I have been such a procrastinator lately but Victor & his family came to the rescue! Have used Vic and company for services before and still am and always got quality services. Howevwr This week I had a last minute order for shirts I put in early this wk and Vic / Lonekid managed to get them ready for my son to pick up Tuesday night. Due to short notice did not think would be possible but he did. Granted was not an extreme order Vic and shop still manage to meet my expectation. Thank you Vic for always providing quality services and thank you for the prompt response and getting my sons tshirt order on time and thank you for making arrangement on the pick up. Quality services and quality does not cease to amaze me. TY

PHENOMENAL. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL.Victor gave me the best customer servuce Ive exlerienced this decade. At 10:45 i called him, requesting a shirt to be designed and printed ASAP.I had waited til the last minute to get tshirts made for myself and my friends for the price is right. I needed them made that same day, ASAP so i could hit the road and drive up north to LA.I gave Victor a description of what i wanted and about 25 minutes later he texted me a design. I requested a few tweaks to the design and Victor completed the finishing touches extremely quickly. In that time I purchased plain tshirts from a local Target and brought them in. In no more than 25 minutes Victor texted me. So from the time i called in, it was only 2 hours until Victor had created and edited the shirt design, waited for me to bring the tshirts, and finish the product. Plus, the price was incredible especially for how quickly the job was done. THANK YOU,! VICTOR.Truly unbeatable, second to none.
