Staff was busy so I picked out gift myself. Waited for help as merch did not have prices. Walked to the register to ask. Then I was told its on sale which made my decision easier. Engraving costs as much as the merchandise.On a positive note I didnt have to rush and make my decision. The associate told me that I can place the order online and pick up after 30 minutes. Would give them 4 stars but just that I had to tour the store twice without any assistance.

I went in to find a beautiful frame as a wedding present for my co worker. A young lady who had blonde and reddish hair approached me and offered to help me pick out the perfect gift. She was knowledgeable, and we chose a beautiful 5x7 picture frame and customized it. I had a great first experience and can’t wait to present my gift.

Needed a plaque done, service and product great, they found and downloaded a logo that was needed, just awesome...

The store needs more employees. They had only one person doing engraving and trying to assist customers simultaneously. They are poorly run. I would not recommend going there since you may have to wait an hour just to buy one item that may not even need engraving. Terrible customer service.

The staff was not helpful. The store looked like a mess. This store requires better management. Everyone working there looked so dysfunctional.

I love Things Remember i have gifted about 40 engraved pens, engraved Mirrors, and a wedding frame i absolutely love this store and i am very sad to see my favorite store in Queens Cancer Mall closed i truly miss the convenience it brought me and 2 staff members that worked there. This will be my last year ordering since the other locations are not convenient to me. But i still do love this store very much.

We found what we wanted their prices were fair. Overall good experience. I would shop there again.

Id give this place a 0 if I could. The employees are fine but the manager is terrible. We asked for help finding items and management was very dismissive. We then found a snow globe we wanted but it was sold out except for the store model. We asked the manager if we could buy it and she said wed have to pay for the EXISTING engravings. We explained it made no sense since we didnt personalize it but were met with nothing but attitude. Worst experience shopping ever!

Perfectly neat fun toy shop. Calendar shop inside as well. The staff is happy and ready to help but not intrusive nor pushy. Enjoy your toy and, calendar shopping.

Deceptive practices and bad customer service. Engraving cost is exorbitant. Offer same day engraving, but have you come back once they take your money.

The person working when we went really wanted very little to do with us when we walked in or looked around We were going to order 4 customized frames. We were the only people in the store and the engraver was not running, so we knew there wasnt a back log of customization. There was about 45 minutes until closing and she said she would not engrave the frames for us before the store closed because it takes too long. Although the sale item prices are great, the customization prices are pretty outrageous charging you by the word/letter. This could turn a $10 frame into a $60 frame with just a few simple words. If you need something today, this might be one of your only options, but if you plan ahead, I would order from Etsy or some other personalization company.

This store has a great appearance. However the staff/manager are the most disgusting business people Ive ever encountered.The mercha dise I purchased was engraved terribly!when I brought it to the managers attention,she had all kind of ridiculous excuses. I will never shop there again! I do not recommended this store to anyone. UNLESS THEY GET NEW MANAGEMENT! Place is a RIP off!!

The saleswoman was helpful, then passed me to a trainee to ring up the sale which took way too long. The saleswoman should have stepped in to help when she saw the problem. Then the text..supposed to get one when my item was finished being engraved. Did anyone get that text? Anyone? I didnt. They forgot. More professionalism and training needed at this location.

No customer service. Was greeted when the associate was done with the customer at the register but at no point did they try to help. We picked our items and instead of walking us to the iPad and walk us through how to use the site. We were having trouble and she came over and then walked away and we continued to have troubl . How hard was it for her to stay there and complete the order for us. Then another group comes in and she is attending them even goes to the iPad and shows them how to use it. Clearly we werent good enough hence why we left and she lost out on a sale. I felt outcasted and now I will think twice going in if thats the type of service that is being given.

Very disappointed! I had ordered an engraved necklace online and picked it up in store the following day and the letter was messed up. Now I have to go back and forth and wait for a new one to be made.

Mandy and team are the best. She helped me pick up a perfect personally engraved bracelet in my dads memory.

Horrible customer service... 8/2/13 - 9pm. Greeted by a nice young gentleman... who helped me select what I wanted for my nephews birthday. Then I get to the engraving section / register where I was met by a RUDE and obnoxious woman who barked at me for my note orientation - she then brought the nice gentleman over to the register who helped me and chewed him out in front of me for making the mistake. Ive worked retail before - thats not the way things should be handled... I was so turned off by this that I was either a. Going to engage this woman on proper manners... or b. Leave and take my money elsewhere. --- I elected to take my money to build a bear where the customer service was EXCELLENT... as far as things remembered goes... im done... - annoyed in NY.

On the google search page business hours it says closing is at 09:30PM. The lady insisted it was 09:00PM which meant 08:45 PM. All I needed was a name engraved and she said no. I was at the store at 08:25PM.

Horrible customer service by Leslie! Thank god the other female associate helped me because I was about to walk out. I asked Leslie one question and she was rude and she is rude to her employees!!
