We had 2 windows and 1 slider replaced that were the originals from 2000. Tonie was swift and efficient scheduling the 1st appointment. Yo arrived on time at my house to show me windows that would work for my older home. We discussed cost. I picked my windows and slider that very day. Yo measured and submitted the work order as we spoke. The next week Shane stopped by for a measurement confirmation. 5 weeks to the day of order, the windows and slider were installed. It was about a 2 hour job. Shane and Ryan were quick and professional doing the install with care and precision, cleaning up after themselves which I greatly appreciate. Yo calls me later that day after the install to check on us. I highly recommend Window World for all your window needs. Professional and affordable.

My wife found Window World through a Google search. We needed a specific design that we were having a hard time finding at home improvement stores and Window World showed up as an alternative. I sent an email request to Window World of Boise to get a quote for the new window. The sales staff responded to my email the same day I sent the request. My communication with the sales staff was top notch! I sent pictures through text message, so we were all on the same page of what I needed. They sent staff out to my home to double check my measurements just to be sure the window was ordered correctly. In under a week we had the window on order. The installation costs were very reasonable, so I just had them install it as well. The installation staff were very professional! They even saw a small issue with my siding around the window and fixed it on the spot. I would recommend Window World of Boise to all my family and friends.

One of your technicians came into my complex today and there was some miscommunication with where he should park and he ended up blocking both of my parking spots. Unfortunately my wife and kids werent able to park and get inside. Not a problem, technician was super friendly and helpful. BUT your nasty front desk lady needs an attitude adjustment. She has absolutely no right to cuss at anyone on the phone let alone go out of her way to call my wife back and be a snatch. With that being said no matter how nice your technician is, I will NEVER use you guys as a service. As a trade worker for the last decade I know its stressful taking calls. But if you cant handle it go back to Starbucks.

The 1st company used lots of pushy sales tactics and a hard to understand pricing structure. We had to almost push this person out of our house! Then Yo showed up from Window World and was honest, not pushy and had a clear and simple pricing. Not only were they great to work with, but they were $10k to $20k cheaper then the other company. The installers were on-time and professional and finished exactly when they said they would. Everything looks prefect! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to use their services.

We needed to replace a patio door and I did a lot of research, including obtaining quotes from six different companies. Consumer Reports rated Window World as #1 in Customer Service and now I know why. From the very beginning of my experience with Window World of Boise, they outshone the competition.First of all, their pricing is the most transparent of any company that I dealt with. They didnt hide behind a laptop and then show me a number at the end; or ask me what I wanted to pay before making an estimate; or make me wait days to get an unitemized estimate--all of which happened with other companies. With Window World, there is an actual sheet with pricing on every size of window and feature. You know exactly what you are paying for. Window World wasnt the cheapest of all the companies; but they were lower than many and their products come with a lifetime warranty (which only one other company offered-- but at 4 times the price).Secondly, unlike other companies, they dont just sell you a product and then farm you out to a contractor, which is likely the reason why you get a lifetime warranty. Everyone who works for the company that I came in contact with was very professional. Yo is extremely knowledgeable and was great when explaining pricing, timing and warranty; the office staff kept in contact with me throughout the process; and Marshall and his installation team did a fantastic job. The installation team made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving; and Yo even followed up to ensure I was happy. One other bonus--they met the timeline they promised and actually installed two weeks earlier than I anticipated.I would recommend Window World to anyone; and we plan to have them come back and replace all of the windows in our 40 year old home.

Yo, the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Their quote was lower than all our bids but they didnt skimp on quality or service. After being measured they decided our patio doors could be replaced by a common size and decreased the amount owed by us. Marshall and the install guys were friendly and efficient. They noticed a scratch in one panel and the other panel was manufactured incorrectly. They installed everything to be usable and then ordered two new panels. They didnt take payment until everything was installed and we were satisfied. Bill and Yo called to check in on the final install day to make sure everything was ok on our end. Overall it was a great experience and we are 100% satisfied with the quality of our doors. We will definitely be returning to update our windows.

These guys did siding for my 600 sq ft addition and windows. They matched the old vinyl siding beautifully. I compared window efficiency with the ones my brother bought from a different company. He paid half again more for less efficiency. I just dont see any other company beating WW.

His crew did a great job of cleaning up and making sure I knew how to operate the windows. They have great features to make cleaning a breeze. We made 3 calls for status updates and 3 excuses were given. We canceled our contract with them and the sales rep seemed indifferent. Window World is the best! We needed to change out some old windows and had scheduled to get estimate from a few companies. After dealing with pushy and dishonest sales people from all the other companies we finally got to sit down with the salesperson from Window World and what a refreshing experience that was. First off, Yovko was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and most of all honest. He was the ONLY salesperson who had a price list to show us and calculated the price right in front of us based on that price list. Nobody else from any of the other companies had a price list; they all would hide their phones or tablets under the table and then give us some made up quote. Yovko placed his paper on the table and showed us all of their pricing. Not only are they honest with their pricing but their pricing is the lowest and nobody can beat it. The actual installation experience was nothing short of great. Marshall and his team came out right on time and worked really hard to get the windows installed very quickly. They were polite and showed us how to work the new windows and they cleaned well after themselves before leaving. They did a great job and the windows look beautiful. We can already tell the difference and cannot even feel the heat coming through like the rest of the old windows in the house. Excellent! We had 3 windows replaced / upgraded to obscured glass- it was straight forward from the sale to the install. No surprises, no hidden anything, and clean professional installation with a quality product. Plus a lifetime warranty that is assumable by the new homeowner if we choose to sell! Hard to beat that!

Compared with two other quotes, they were the lowest by far.We had a bit of a delay because of sales turnover (delayed one week) and installation crew sickness (delayed half a week,) but it all turned out well in the end.I plan to return to WWorld when I replace the rest of the windows in the house.

Ive seriously debated leaving a review as I understand how important reviews are for businesses. Ultimately I have new windows and the price was fair. I am only leaving a review because as a young homeowner I am learning the hard way how difficult and frustrating renovations can be. It is stressful to spend a very large sum of money and not be treated with respect.I will start with the positives:+I have 7 brand new windows that function as they should.+Shane and the installers were awesome. Helpful, timely, communicative, and cleaned up after themselves.+Window World seemingly has a great warranty. I say seemingly because after my experience I am nervous about how difficult the process might be.Now for the not so good...- Be wary of the sales team:They have a great pitch and may confuse you with the types of windows and added features. The salesperson tried to pass himself off as the owner or a maybe a partner (a quick google search confirmed that there is one owner who was not him). I was lucky that my boyfriend works in construction and knew what questions to ask but I was so off put by the condescending attitude of the salesperson that I did not plan to hire Window World at all.- Timeline may not be as good as you think:I ended up hiring Window World because they had the best timeline for installation and they have a good warranty. My windows were scheduled to be installed the week of Thanksgiving. I was contacted later in the afternoon by the installer who told me that there was something wrong with one of the windows...they were going to have to order a new one and someone from the office would contact me. I was never contacted by the salesperson or anyone from the office.I contacted the sales person on 12/28 (a month later) and asked for an update on the final window as I had a new roommate moving into the bedroom with that window and because I was leaving on a trip to Europe for 2 weeks. I received an email 2 days later with a very vague answer about the window getting lost during shipping and it should have been on that days truck delivery (it sounded like a convenient excuse to me and that maybe they forgot to order the window?).A lot of my biggest complaints are from during my time in Europe and asking them to coordinate with my boyfriend to complete the installation. They were not able to provide a clear cut schedule and it was not realistic for my boyfriend to leave work with an hours notice to meet them at the house. There were weather issues that prevented installation which was totally understandable but then my installation was being pushed back in order to prioritize other jobs that had definitely been booked after me( it was mid January at this point). The emails I received from the salesperson were unprofessional at best (rude and full of typos).The window was finally installed on January 20th or 21st and I paid the rest of my deposit. Today, I was contacted by the installer because apparently the installation wasnt actually finished and there is a missing part that still needs to be installed. This is news to me and as Ive already paid in full for what I thought was a completed job, I feel misled by the company. Luckily, they have the integrity to finish the install but were not forthright with this information when I paid at the end of January (it is now 2/17).Overall, I am disappointed with my experience. This whole process has taken 3+ months which is what I was trying to avoid when I chose them to install my windows. I wish I would have gone with a smaller company that valued me as a customer and treated me with more respect even if it cost a bit more or I had to wait a bit longer on the installation.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I actually had WW install windows at my house a year or so ago and had a good experience so I thought I should use them again. My experience this time was very different. The salesperson that came out gave a lot of misinformation and then proceeded to take two weeks to give me a partial estimate that was hand written and almost illegible. I had to call several times to get it and was told you are not my only customer. I called the office to see if I could get someone else to help me, but was treated very rudely. I even asked to talk to the owner, but he never bothered to call me back. An example of how not to run a business.

Getting windows replaced for the entire house cost half as much as several other places we got quotes from. They did it quickly, too. We were told it would take 2 days, but it only took 1. I would give them more stars if available ... From sales guy Yo, to the front desk Toni, to the install crew Marshall and his team, everything went smooooooth... These guys were on top of it! And the price was right for a really great product ... I took a few different bids and some were ridiculous! Some were twice as much and had me feeling desperate ... So I called window world and my faith in people who stand by what thier doing was renewed! These guys are proffesionals! And I mean they love what they do and they love thier customers! Me and my wife depend on reviews when we purchase anything ... So let me as a fellow customer say this ..... -Do yourself a favor and avoid using anyone but window world! I cannot recommend them enough!! I know im truly grateful for them being an honest company with some real integrity!!

Horrid customer service over the phone. The woman that answered the phone on 12/19/17 at 3:30pm was very aggressive. I called to ask about getting a quote. She spoke over me sever times and started asking several questions in a row using industry jargon and again, speaking over me. The call ended with me hanging up on her. I happen to work in the industry and I would never speak to a potential paying cuatimer like that. Absolutely lost my business on a whole house of windows and siding. I will be sure to mention it to my friends and family.

I would first like to say, that in all my research, online, builders, references and educational materials, it came down to A Window is a Window. They are all made to same industry standards, they all meet same Government Regulations, and for the most part they all look the same.So what set Window World Apart, customer service and non-pushy sales people.Like most people, we did our research, and got 3 bids and presentations from 3 of the top window replacement professionals. All of them brought in their windows. All of them showed the quality of construction, glass, sealing, ratings, and warranty. Once again, a window is a window.Now the difference, 2 of them, rather than comparing their windows to the competitors and showing the differences, they proceeded to bash the other manufactures, telling me how bad they were, crappy, and didnt stand by their warranties. They even went as far as bringing in competitors windows to show the lack of quality In other words, they were very negative.But not Joel with Window World, he was positive, show the advantages of his windows. He was very polite, did his song and dance in a small amount of time, and ask for the business.But remember window is a window...now comes the installation.The windows arrived on time, and we were kept inform with the progress of the manufacturing of the windows. WW gave us a date and time of installation, and they kept it.The installation will very professional, they crew was on time, very well organized and kept the installation mess down. The crew was polite and did everything in their power to keep the dust and construction materials clean.30 days later, we are extremely happy with both the windows and installation. I would highly recommend Window World of Boise.

Excellent windows at a great price.

Bill is very knowledgable and set us up with the best option for our area based on our location in Mccall and our needs. The installers were in and out in a day and change and were very helpful with potential issue with out log home.If you are looking to replace existing windows or purchasing new windows for your new home I would go no were else.

Great service from meeting with sales man to the window installer. They were great and answered any questions that I had or my wife had, they did everything that they promised and made the whole process feel real comfortable I would highly recommend them.

Super clean. Great service. Have used them 2 times for a total of 8 Windows so far.

Overall quite disappointed in the service we received. Windows are great, but we also hired Window World for their installation services. We were left with quite a bit of mess to clean up (the installers left my back door open when cutting a slab of granite and I was left with fine dust all over my dining room furniture and flooring). And the caulking around the windows was done quite poorly. There were large gaps left around the windows where they had to come back and fill in with more caulk. And we were left with quite a bit of touch up painting we had to do ourselves to clean up around our windows where the caulking was done in a hurry. I also have a picture window which is way up high in my entry way and I dont have the equipment to do the touch up paint needed to make that window look finished. Disappointed that the installers didnt take a little more time and care with their finish work. We hired Window World for their product and their service and Im disappointed that I was left with quite a bit of work that I had to do myself and am still working on finishing.
