I usually buy from this place online and love the merchandise so decided to check it out in store. And all I can say is TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! The one girl (only girl in the store I might add) who helped me in particular was very short with brown hair with many piercings and tattoos wearing a sweatshirt and leggings..First off let me just ask, do you really want someone like that resembling your company? Not a good look. Second of all when I tried asking for advice and questions about the products, not only did she seem to not know anything about what’s in the store …but she also had a hard time speaking PERIOD. She was clearly off some kind of drug. I’m appalled the employers would not only hire someone like this but trust them alone in the store to interact with customers. I will never be returning from this store or purchasing anything from this company and I’ll make sure my many friends who I put on to you don’t shop here either.

Great little store with high quality personal care items for both men and women. The shop staff are very friendly, polite and know all the products.

I Love the Body Shop, the lotions are amazing and they smell wonderful on my skin..its a bit expensive, but worth it..I just wish they had more stores..
