I frequent Human Bean locations almost every morning and have been pleased with what they offer but lately I can’t realistically stop anymore. It takes almost 30 minutes to get through the drive thru line. I’m going to have to find a coffee shop that moves at a faster pace.

The ladies there were really friendly and helped me order my first drink there, since Ive never been to a Human Bean before. The drink they made me was amazing!! I would definitely choose them over Dutch bros any day! I also like that they have real fruit smoothies.

I had a punch card for a free drink lady refused to take it said we dont do punch cards you can download the app and start all over again. What the A. Should have honored punch card to a loyal customer B. I dont download apps on my phone that are useful everyday. Very poor customer service experience and lost a loyal customer.Coffee wasnt coffee tasted like milk and water burrito was way over cooked couldnt even eat it biggest waste of money I have spent.

I have been a loyal customer of the human bean for years. I always loved choosing them over the big coffee companies and that little chocolate covered coffee bean on top of my cup always brought a smile to my face. I also loved that they were one of the few coffee places who still honoured the punch card. That was until recently when I presented one of my almost full cards and they told me that they are no longer using them. I dug out four mostly filled out cards and none of them are worth anything now. When I asked if I could combine all of the punches I had on the various cards and submit them for points the girl behind the counter told me that the only ones that count are full cards. What a sham. How utterly and completely dishonest. I will give my business to Starbucks before coming back here ever again

Only problem with this great coffee shop is that all the things I like arent FREE

Really wish you would stop trying to be like dutch bros. I came here so I didnt have someone bombarding me first thing , BEFORE coffee. Can I suggest at least putting somewhat of a menu board out prior to your person coming to get orders as well.. I wouldnt go to burger King and order without the menu. Makes it very inconvenient.

I got a chocolate frozen coffee .. it was very good but I cant find the list of ingredients and I really dont like it eat seed oils.

Has good coffee...and the people are very friendly..the pastrys are tasty as well..you get a expresso to eat with your coffee...

The Human Bean is a great place for coffee. All of the locations have a great, friendly and helpful crew. I think this particular one has a super nice crew. Loved my Cappuccino and my son loved his hot cocoa with a bit of peppermint. Thanks to the Human Bean, Ive kicked my Starbucks habit. Nothing against Starbucks, just like my drink, the prices and quality better at HB. Thank you.

Honestly its a good little coffee shack. Everyone is always friendly. You usually get a covered chocolate coffee bean with each coffee. I just have to give it 3 stars because the coffee really isnt ever that good. I always end up throwing it away. It always tastes a little watered down.

Excellent service and delicious coffee. Definitely feels incredibly welcoming. I love the 32oz infused Rockstar drink and my wife loves the Green Tea Frap. Definitely would come back again.

I am not actually a big coffee drinker - but the Non-Fat / Sugar Free Java Chip hits the spot more than I would like to admit! And my kids love the flavored Hot Cocoa, smoothies and specialty drinks without the coffee. I love that they offer more than just coffee!I think though, I enjoy the friendly baristas equally as much. The State Street and Horseshoebend Rd location has top notch service, with friendly and sincere workers! Shout out to Sydney, Jessica, Heather, Cassidy and Jacob --- who see me coming in the big blue truck (again a little too often). Keep up the great job!

Super frustrated every time I go to this coffee stand I never get a sleeve on my coffee I don’t recall ever going to another coffee shop and not receiving a sleeve. Really would appreciate if you start putting sleeves on your coffee so I don’t burn my hand I like this human being but I’m really frustrated with experiences that I’ve had with the sleeves.

Great keto friendly drinks

Never been there before. Very disappointing. I asked for a blended drink and I got a hot drink. Tasted about the same as a gas station coffee.

Before coming to Idaho I had never heard of this place. They instantly made a repeat customer out of me! Had a great cup of coffee and I like the little touch of the chocolate coffee bean. 👍🏻

Amazing, friendly and just plain pleasant employees provide a wonderful experience. Coffee is AMAZING and definitely top tier. Menu is robust, providing tea, coffee, Italian sodas, energy drink fruit smoothies and much more. Price is actually quite cheap, cheaper than lower quality alternatives and they offer good rewards for free drinks. Line moves very quickly with two windows and theyll take you order while in line. I cannot recommend them enough. Be sure to tell them if its your first time there!

Great tasting coffee and super quick service.

They are always so nice at this location! They even give my dog treats when shes with me and she sure loves it too. My order always comes out correct and delicious.

Five stars to Human Bean for being open in the middle of the day on Thursday when Starbucks down the street was closed for happy hour.

Delicious local coffee shop that has a wide variety of drinks. I really appreciate the service received and signature chocolate covered coffee beans included with beverages. The frozen hot chocolate with vanilla is my all time favorite drink available, and the local banana bread sold is amazing.Definitely recommend this place.

If your after a classic espresso, Italian roast, dark creme, they can not serve it here as they only do light roast. The Barista even insulted my taste in coffee by saying Italian...you mean burnt were you cant taste the beans. I have learnt after visiting some US cities, Boise and Denver that a new trend chasing fruity tones of a slightly roasted bean is the objective. Similar to many beers these days. There is a new gen of coffee drinkers and I cannot deny the good reviews this place gets for its great coffee. The Human Bean offers something to a younger local crowd.From a classic coffee drinker, many years in Europe especially Italy. Good classic coffee and espresso without flavours in a cozy atmosphere this not the place. I do not mean to be harsh. Just 1 opinion
