Well we are on a right timed schedule for rapid test…. Don’t come here for that. We got there After scheduling, and are told at arrival, they don’t do it. If you are getting on a cruise ship, don’t test here for rapid. The website does say it. But wrong ……

Usually a good go-to place for over the counter meds. However on Sunday morning I read they open at 7 am. I had been up all night with a bad case of heartburn. I waited until 7:15, trying to give them a few minutes to get up and running.When I got there the metal scaffolding was still down covering the doors. Very disappointed.

The pharmacy is the worst Ive ever seen. Hell, the VA is better than this pharmacy. My doctor ordered pain medication well before a holiday weekend. The pharmacist lied and said they didnt get the script. I had to go 4 days without the medication I needed. They couldnt care less. Thats it for me . Finding another pharmacy

I love this store! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. It usual is very well stocked so I find everything I need. I enrolled in the carepass membership they offer and save alot more now than I did with just the cvs card. Definitely recommend!!

CVS writes up its employees and managers for the fact that customers dont want to buy a carepass. Completely unethical to hinge a good employees means of living based on what a customer chooses to buy. I will make sure everyone I know knows about this policy as well as everyone I can reach on the internet. Also transferring my prescript

The manager is very unprofessional and claims he “doesn’t have time” to help when he is standing behind the register doing nothing. Then proceeded to have an attitude when something on his computer messed up at my cost. DONT recommend.

The front of the store is awesome. The staff are great. The pharmacy however is by far the worst I’ve encountered. They are not helpful or friendly. I have attempted to get my prescriptions there multiple times and finally out of frustration had Wallgreens call and move my entire profile. When I made complaints the pharmacy just ignored me. I told them I would be speaking to the store manager again they all just ignored me. This is not the way you treat customers and cvs should fire the entire pharmacy and out in new staff there. Go to walgreen to pick up your meds. Go to cvs if you want something from the store. Again front of the store staff are awesome.

Would give zero if possible. My brother in law had surgery & his prescription was sent to this pharmacy. My sister called several times a day for 2 days & was left on hold for 15 minutes. Called & tried to select non pharmacy assistance & was disconnected. My brother in law, in pain & in his pajamas drove there, went inside just to be told their phones are out of order & they have no record of his prescription. Terrible if true but suspicious that a major pharmacy retailer cant get their phones repaired timely.

Been coming here for several weeks and keep getting a different excuse why my prescriptions are not ready and not a single apology. Last week was told I needed to ask my PCP for a Pre-authorization, turns out the pharmacist is supposed to do that. Staff is not very empathetic, and honestly rather dismissive. Not having the medication you need is difficult enough, but having staff treat you the way they do only adds an additional level of frustration. The overall 3-star rating simply speaks for itself and as soon as I can I will be switching pharmacies. Good riddens!

Rude pharmacy customer service. I called to have my birth control RX transferred to this location, as I would need to pick it up while in this area. When I went to pick it up, I wasn’t greeted but asked what I needed in an unfriendly manner, and the woman working the drive thru window, commanded me to sign the confirmation of receipt, then pushed my RX out without a thank you, a goodbye, or even letting me know if my transaction was complete. The job was done, however your staff’s disposition is very unpleasant and is driving me to another location with more friendly customer service. I do hope this review helps change that, but I’m pretty sure it won’t 🤷🏽‍♀️

The pharmacists will do absolutely nothing to go out of the way for you. IF there are any glitches with your insurance they basically push it back on you and say good luck. In my case I knew that they could contact another CVS in a different state that would answer whatever questions they had. The response I received is that I needed to look-up a CVS in that state and provide them with the CVS Pharmacies name & phone number. I told them any CVS pharmacy will do and I have to hang-up and call back in every time I have to access the Internet. The pharmacist said that the people in the store are more important than me and that I will just have to wait on hold again for the 3rd time (because she didn’t want to find a CVS pharmacy on her own!). Before hanging up I asked if she could call UTMB pharmacy down the street because they have the information. Again, I was told to get them the phone number and call back and then they will call that pharmacy (again it’s a 30 min wait every time I do this!). I have had good luck with CVS but this particular location the staff is lazy and unhappy. This isn’t the first time I have noticed but I know I am done giving them business. Avoid this CVS pharmacy at ALL COSTS! There is another CVS on 61st, Walgreens is close, Kroger & WalMart on the Seawall.

Very rude cashier. Some fellow named Lan or Fan does not know how to talk to customers. Everyone else seems fine, but this one claimed to be the manager on duty, which is disturbing because he should know that you should treat all customers with equal courtesy and respect, no matter what they look like, how they dress, etc.

It is an acceptable environment it is directly off of the busiest Street in town and the manager might follow you around because he thinks youre stealing aside from those factors however it has absolutely everything you would imagine you might need it said location

I was in this CVS Saturday, March 31, at around 7:30 pm, trying to make multiple 13 cent 4x6 photos, and not doing a very good job of it, due to my own lack of expertise. Even though the store was very crowded most of the time I was there, the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful to me than they actually were. Readng other reviews on this site, I can only conclude the earlier unfavorable reviews about customer service are much outdated. I had 3 employees cheerfully helping me (Nancy was especially helpful), and I really appreciate havng been able to complete the job I was performing in a timely and stress-free manner.

Cvs is a good store for CERTAIN items. Its overpriced for things that you can buy at Family Dollar, or Wal-Mart. Its a convenience thing. The good news about CVS, is that if you get an extra care card(free), you get money saving coupons and cash back. Its expensive though.

Dont use this CVS for Passport photos. We needed 4 copies of the same passport photo and were charged $30 - 2x the standard price to print 2 extra photos.

Made an immunization appointment many days in advance and showed up extra early only to be told they dont do immunizations. The person simply said we dont do vaccines, go somewhere else and turned around. Ive had my vaccinations done with this particular CVS before too.

This CVS is like any other except for the driveway. The driveway is why I gave it 1 star. I was in a tahoe and took a wide turn to get out but still completely messed up my front fender. I can only imagine what would happen if I was in my civic. I dk if it is like this to help with flooding, but it is terrible. Ruined the front end of this new tahoe.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for years. It has never been very good service but Ive continuted going because of the proximity to my house. Today the pharmacist called me to say that they were out of one of the prescriptions that my doctor had just faxed in for my surgery in two days. She explained that they would get it in within 24 hours. It did strike me as sort of odd that they would get something shipped that fast, but I thought that maybe they were just getting it from another CVS. Anyway, whiletalking to the pharmacy tech later in the day for a different prescription I was dropping off, it turns out that they really just had a massive computer glitch and they are 9 hours behind. If they had told me what was really going on it would not have been a big deal. I dont appreciate being lied to, and I am going to go to Walgreens from now on.

CVS and Walgreens Pharmacys are always busy inside and,the drive up.They both do need more employees to handle the amount of customers that they do handle.Try going when the Pharmacy first opens in the morning.Might save you a lot time.
