I purchased a 30ton log splitter. The store associate inside Kayla was very helpful and nice. But when it came to the person that helped us load up outside he was very very unprofessional with a bad attitude problem which I didnt appreciate. Staff inside building were nice and helpful but the loader outside was a different story. Spending well over $2,000 and excited for my new log splitter I didnt appreciate how the loader helped us.

I came quite a distance to Gallup and made it to this store at 8:25 pm. This site says this store is closed until 9:00pm. The doors were closed, locked. I could see people way in the back behind the back doors through the windows. I knocked and nobody was in the front but the register computer is on. I called the phone number listed on this site. 6 times. Nobody answered. Another vehicle was there too before me and asked me if they were open? I said no. Exact same reason as me, we got info off the site. As I was calling, they left. What is going on? Horse play in the back? Nobody was restocking. So I guess “milking” the clock? Maybe the correct closing time should be posted and updated.

Nicest person in the building was the security guard. The older cashier who cashed us out has service that mirrored the MVD. She yelled after opening another lane, “NEEEEEXT!!!” When we got to her counter, no greeting and it felt like we inconvenienced her by making our purchased. My husband asked about additional sizes and inventory for an item we were buying. She ignored him and did not provide an answer. I politely asked again and she interrupted me rudely and said, “We don’t have any more, this is it.” If you don’t want to provide customer service work in a place where it is not required. Cashiers name began with an L.

Got my pet stuff here, also horse feed.Got good deal on my items 😁

Terrible customer service. Asked two attendants for help and did not get any support. Got so fed up that I took my business elsewhere. Seems like employees don’t want or care to help and are getting away with it. Went elsewhere and were asked if we needed help 4 times! Was given very rude, unhelpful, and curt responses by worker named Holly. Customer service is especially important when buying feed, gardening products, and household products. If I didn’t need the help, I would’ve bought online.

I like going to the trailer supply store for multiple reasons. Mostly to buy Dog and cat food in bulk, because the prices are so much better than say Wal-Mart or T&R. All of the employees typically know the store and the products they sell, meaning they know what items are good for what etc. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is usually clean and well stocked, but it does get packed really fast.

Came in for a particular brand of Dog Food. The spot on the shelf was empty but there was a young male associate that quickly asked if I needed help. I asked about the food and he knew exactly what I was looking for and even went in back to find more. When he came out, he had the large bag of food I was looking for and even informed me that the packaging had changed but it was indeed the brand I wanted. On the way to the cashier, every associate that I passed asked me if I was finding everything okay and offered to help if I needed it. TOP NOTCH Customer Service! Keep up the Great Job team!

Staff is very rude, my wife asked for a price check on an item at the register in the middle of the store. Guy (Didn’t get his name) in the middle Register told my wife “you can Get it check at the front register” and changed his mind like she was inconveniencing him. Then we went to the front register to check out and “HOLLY” who was working up front was the worst. We had asked her if she could check the price on a product since it was in the clearance section and she said “if it ain’t marked, it ain’t on sale.” Then we said ok well let’s see what price comes up and we asked again is it on clearance and what the price was then she points to her screen and says “look! If it doesn’t come up on sale, it ain’t on sale.” So we said ok we won’t take that item. Then she went on to say someone had put there and didn’t put it back and we told her there’s not just one but a few of them In there. Then she says “yeah people pick up boxes of them and leave them there and all over the store all the time.” But they’re clearly there on purpose and not in boxes. Most of the items that are in the clearance area aren’t marked at all!!!! At this point I tell my wife forget it and we aren’t going to be purchasing anything from here today. Then “Holly” comes around the register and TELLS us “leave the cart there so I can put your stuff back.” We told her this isn’t our stuff because we haven’t purchased it. Meanwhile, I’m trying to get my daughter out of the cart I tell her I’m going to move it right here which is by the turntable bagging area. While she’s trying to grab the cart like I’m going to run out of the store with it. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE!FORGET THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.Keep in mind we came here to avoid the line at Home Depot and also to support the smaller business but after this experience, I don’t mind waiting in line at Home Depot at all!

I like coming to the store because the staff is very helpful the manager is super awesome and he works with you and hopes you get what you need. I buy my dog food here because I like the quality of the grain-free which is what I feed my dogs. I love the variety of foods that they have and I cant say enough about the staff they are awesome.

These guys have it all whatever you need most likely they have it from feed for horses chickens dogs to chainsaws what I liked most was that I can order online and have it delivered to the store no delivery charge this last time it did take them a while to locate my order but they were very kind and friendly.

Asked for hog feed, was told they didn’t have any and haven’t had any for a week. Went to the bathroom and saw a whole pallet unopened just sitting there. Asked 3 different employees was was told the same thing.

This is a neat place to shop for a wide range of items. They dont always have what I need, but I enjoy looking around in the store when Im there.

All the people who work there are so kind. They are always so helpful!

Its a good store for knick knacks n things some stores dont carry. Only problem I had was store closed earlier then time posted even for a Sunday.

Can find most stuff needed and also the deals/sales are not so bad as well.

Very high quality products! Ive bought tools, dog crates and houses and always satisfied with my purchases. Also fencing material. Looking forward to purchasing more products.

I have been trying to special order a stock tank that other tractor supply stores told me they where not able to order. I called Darla and she was certain they should be able to. I live in Albuquerque so Darla then took the time to call the Albuquerque store closest to me and walk them through how to make the special order for me. She went above and beyond what I expected and made my day. You can bet shell give you the same great customer service if you go shop there!

Pretty much carry what I need.

They have many of the things I use to help the stray animals that come by my home. They have a good price on the bentonite clay and diatomaceous earth blend. I recently used this to relieve a swollen foot that a dog had when he came by. I just made a clay mixture and was able to extract whatever was in there. Without these prices, I would not be able to help. Also, I used this mixture when my best friend got stung by a centipede. It was unbearable if she took her foot out of the clay mixture. It was weird that the same dog with the swollen foot showed up that night that my friend hurt her foot. Thank you tractor supply for providing excellent products at such affordable prices.
