Tried to get tested for covid but they only test mon-thurs. Appointment only.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would!! The pharmacy people are terrible! They never have anything in stock! They call you to tell you that your prescription is ready and then when you get there they don’t have it and have no idea what your talking about!!!!! They are very rude and I CANNOT STAND TO GET MY SONS MEDICINE FROM HERE!!! Will be transferring all of his medication!

I just observed a cashier at the make up department argue with a customer regarding the mask mandate. Does Walgreens encourage this type of behavior??? Hmmmmm.

Traveling from out of state, my son needed some necessary products. We arrived to the Walgreens on Route 66 at 8:55pm. We realized that we were cutting things close since the store closed at 9 pm. Imagine our surprise, as well as other customers who were turned away, the store was already closed. I was informed by two different store associated at 8:57 pm that they were closed. Tammy, the manager was already in the back office counting the tills and completing the closing procedures for the evening. During this unprecedented times, I understand that store hours may vary. The closing time of 9pm is posted on the store website as well as posted notices on the doers. It is completely unacceptable that multiple patrons were turned away due to the store closing early.

We stopped in at walgreens..no line to get in..developed some pictures. Prices are only .39 ea.pic. thats why I go to walgreens.customer service was Awesome.

The manager was such a great help I remember the place back in the day and he has done before 360 thank you management team pharmacy team and all other employees for putting your lives at risk for us

Pretty straightforward. They have things to sell and are open late- I have things to buy and get off work late. Most of the time they have what I need. Sometimes the prices are higher than other stores, but hey- you pay for the convenience of them being open all the time.

Got some foot lotion for me feet and it works lol

General manager was extremely rude especially during these times.. biggest a#$ hole I have ever encountered..shop here daily but will probably refrain because of rude manager

As a member of the healthcare profession, trying to get this pharmacys help is useless. They transferred me multiple times, and no one knew what they were doing. Its a shame that they have patients lives in their hands. If you live in the Gallup area, try a grocery store or the local Walmart. Dont give walgreens your money.

Everythings been good. have gone there multiple times.. line is a little slow but still faster then walmart.

Possibly the worst Walgreens in New MexicoI was testing an already opened BB cream cosmetic and was going to buy it because it was already my shade.Yet, she had the nerve to rip the bottle out of my hands.Already I knew I wasnt even going to buy it now.So I told her and she just kept rolling her eyes and judging me by asking me why I was even buying BB cream.So the next time you come to such a narrow minded owned store. Rethink because, those people, were not even willing to just explain that I shouldnt have used it if it was opened.Never going back again and I highly dont recommend coming to such a rude place.The only staff that was obviously accepting and understanding was customer service.

The store says it is open 24 hours. Yet they lock the doors and block it with shopping carts while paying someone to stand at a cashier stand reading a magazine.
